Pizza Box in Salford

Been here a few times but tonight the kebabs I ordered and collected in store were cold on opening them. Never had a problem before food always piping 🔥 hot All the staff are always helpful and polite.

Told me it was delivered when it wasn’t, assuming to show it not being delivered late. Then they couldn’t find the address as they were using the postcode rather than the exact address details as provided at the time of order. Then wanted me to walk 15 minutes to where they were to collect the order. Surprising to say, not impressed and won’t be using again. Took almost 2hrs between order and delivery. Food mediocre at best and completely cold by the time it arrived.

I ordered a pizza box special kebab and just gave me some donner and 3 or 4 pieces of chicken . Which was showing us a list of items as below . And when i was checking if that was right. They replied

food was stone cold to point I had to reheat it, Not exactly their usual quality. Normally I choose these guys over most places, Well not now this is the final straw, Last time ya didn't even know what a calzone was as it was missing the main meat I.E donner ect and now my food arrived so late it was almost pointless think I ate a quarter and the rest sat in the box.

dont usually have problems with this restaurant but today order was late, arrived cold and didnt taste as nice as usual

Very poor service. I have orders pizza few days ago, I found a piece of bamboo inside of one slice. 3/4 months I ordered pizza from them andI told the guy please tell the delivery driver bring the change of £20, but the driver didn't give me full change moreover this driver was asking to come out and collect the pizza!!!

The best Kebabs in Manchester, we will never go anywhere else!!! Arrives nice and hot every time, with all the extras we ask for. Thank you

Food was really nice when I got the correct order, I phoned and they corrected my order but it took an extra 20mins to arrive. They took back the original pizza and didn’t offer anything for inconvenience (just a little feed back, if someone has to wait extra time for what they actually ordered, offer something little just to say sorry)

chips soggy little under cooked

They keep forgetting my milkshakes that I'm ordering and the last 2 times I've ordered, the food has been cold.

Really touched with the kind gesture of the owner. He came to deliver the food as normal and realised it’s our festival Diwali. He specially came back and delivered desserts for us .it’s rare to see such kind hearted people. Many thanks 🙏

Order from here all the time! Always good quality food! Staff and delivery drivers are so lovely! Can’t fault it! Don’t know how others have claimed food poisoning cos I’ve had it all, chicken, kebab, burger, pizza and always amazing no problems!

Always great food and friendly staff. My constant go to for burgers and pizza. Delivery is always quick and usually earlier than what Just Eat suggests.

Food was delayed 30 minutes past its delivery time and was cold the driver went to the wrong street saying he was outside when I told him he wasn’t told me to wait a minute so I did finally got here and no apology or anything won’t be ordering from here again

We ordered red velvet cookie dough and received plain chocolate and we then found hair in them. For £6 that is ridiculous

Always order from here, 8/10 they’re very good but I’d just like to mention on my latest order I ordered a milkshake which came with a lid that barely fit and because of this when I’m drinking my shake it’s going everywhere I’ve had to change my bedsheets because of this. Apart from this the food was beautiful

Kebab was nice however more donner than anything else and did not taste any chicken in mixed kebab! Chips that we ordered were a joke poor value for money, would not order again

My order was sent wrong i asked for pepperoni pizza instead got mushroom sweetcorn and chicken. Not happy at all i order form here alot and took the mick out kff me my order was poor. Not happy custormer

The kebab and chips were amazing as usual. Perfect amount of sauce and salad. Fills the box every time! Delivered within a timely manner. Nice, fresh and hot!

Ordered a milkshake for delivery. Driver finally turned up after 1hr 30 min wait. I had cancelled at that point because the waiting time was ridiculous! Driver explained they made the milkshake and forgot about it so it had been sitting on the side for that whole time, but then tried to deliver that to me? Joke.

Food never arrived rang the shop and was told driver was knocking on my door and got no answer when he couldn’t of knocked on my door as I live in a flat and there’s and intercom system and if that was the case why didn’t the driver call me!!!

The delivery drivers have always been nice, the shop has also never messed up my order, great experience overall.

Usually no issues with the food, but unfortunately today was a bad one. Order was incomplete, food came cold. Curly fries had definitely been cooked and then reheated, the cans were warmer than the food :( bad day at the office fellas, any other time it’s 9/10…

I left a note to be called when outside due to me being deaf in one ear. They didn’t read it and was about to walk away until I saw the front light come on on my drive and had to frantically knock my window. I didn’t like that!

The donner meat was absolutely perfect In my kebab.

The milkshake was lovely. However, the cookie dough was burnt. Not a lot of it was edible. It looked like charcoal and couldn't get your spoon through it. Ordered from here before, so was shocked they've let it leave the shop looking like it did.

Yoghurt sauce had what looked like period blood in it after i complained the delivery driver sat in his car and didn't come to the door. Apparently thats Just Eats Policy. Probably bust a nut in my sauce it went tound the estate a few times and they disappeared the kebab i ordererd. Shame they are the local kebab joint of i was rich id show em how to have a kebab joint next to a Hospital that delivers to your door with no dramas. You better hope i dont win the lotto

pizza was to doughy too much tomato sauce

For a chicken fillet burger thats priced and £4.50, expect a microwaved burger that is as tough as rubber. Majority of the items sold here are frozen but sold at an extortionate price due to it’s convinent location next to the hospital. Would not recommend at all.

delivery was really fast but there was hardly any Donner meat on the kebab and the nann bread was solid

I wouldn’t even give it one star, we ordered a delivery last night could not eat one thing. The food was stale and soggy absolutely disgusting. All went in the bin and 2 top it off it weren’t that cheap paid 2 meals of chicken and chips and 2 garlic breads and a bottle of coke for £35. Didn’t even receive a bottle of coke I received a Pepsi bottle which I don’t like so that got wasted. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend

The salad wasn't fresh on chicken&chips lettuce brown, small portion. Ice cream taste weird. 1 pizza over cooked Just short of £50 order wasn't worth it.pizzabox standards have slipped.

it was probably because we ordered so late. but food was really poor, tasted soggy like it had been ready for a long time before being delivered- or microwaved.

the food was cold, icecream frozen and defrosted at least couple of times.

Over an hour and 20 mins for a garlic bread, chips, burger and a milkshake, it said delivered when it wasn’t then turned up 15 mins later freezing so turned away! Rang the shop over 5 times hung up on or ignored avoid this mess

Food come early no problem at all but I did order a can of Pepsi and it wasn’t in the bag with the food mentioned it to the driver he said contact the restaurant and tell them but who’s gonna argue and wait for a drink to come late and their food has gone cold and it’s not the 1st time it’s happened from this place as well not happy

Food completely stone cold, chicken under cooked and chips also soggy mess. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Went in the bin only had several mouthfuls and felt sick. Worst takeaway I've ever had

I've been her twice. On the first occasion, I went in & ordered a donna kebab,I walked home 5 minutes and opened it on arrival. It was stone cold. The second time I ordered by phone, when it arrived again, cold! Both went in the bin. Won't be going again for he price. This is on both occasions a true account of my experience.

food was perfect... when the order first got delivered it was missing 2 chips... I rang up the pizza box and within 10 mins they delivered whatever was missing from my order.. brilliant service... Will definitely recommend..

The driver was extremely careless and rude ,he didn’t come to right address and I had to walk down the street to pick the order and I ordered many things and he literally put all the stuff on my hand and everything was falling down , I couldn’t walk with so many things on my hand and someone helped me and make sure I reach home , the driver didn’t care to come to the right address or help me, I am using just eat since 7 years and this was my worst delivery experience
