Pizza Box in Salford

Ordered a milkshake for delivery. Driver finally turned up after 1hr 30 min wait. I had cancelled at that point because the waiting time was ridiculous! Driver explained they made the milkshake and forgot about it so it had been sitting on the side for that whole time, but then tried to deliver that to me? Joke.

Food never arrived rang the shop and was told driver was knocking on my door and got no answer when he couldn’t of knocked on my door as I live in a flat and there’s and intercom system and if that was the case why didn’t the driver call me!!!

The delivery drivers have always been nice, the shop has also never messed up my order, great experience overall.

Usually no issues with the food, but unfortunately today was a bad one. Order was incomplete, food came cold. Curly fries had definitely been cooked and then reheated, the cans were warmer than the food :( bad day at the office fellas, any other time it’s 9/10…

I left a note to be called when outside due to me being deaf in one ear. They didn’t read it and was about to walk away until I saw the front light come on on my drive and had to frantically knock my window. I didn’t like that!

The donner meat was absolutely perfect In my kebab.

The milkshake was lovely. However, the cookie dough was burnt. Not a lot of it was edible. It looked like charcoal and couldn't get your spoon through it. Ordered from here before, so was shocked they've let it leave the shop looking like it did.

Yoghurt sauce had what looked like period blood in it after i complained the delivery driver sat in his car and didn't come to the door. Apparently thats Just Eats Policy. Probably bust a nut in my sauce it went tound the estate a few times and they disappeared the kebab i ordererd. Shame they are the local kebab joint of i was rich id show em how to have a kebab joint next to a Hospital that delivers to your door with no dramas. You better hope i dont win the lotto

pizza was to doughy too much tomato sauce

For a chicken fillet burger thats priced and £4.50, expect a microwaved burger that is as tough as rubber. Majority of the items sold here are frozen but sold at an extortionate price due to it’s convinent location next to the hospital. Would not recommend at all.

delivery was really fast but there was hardly any Donner meat on the kebab and the nann bread was solid

Food was cold pitta bread was rock hard and the kebabs was covered in sauce

I wouldn’t even give it one star, we ordered a delivery last night could not eat one thing. The food was stale and soggy absolutely disgusting. All went in the bin and 2 top it off it weren’t that cheap paid 2 meals of chicken and chips and 2 garlic breads and a bottle of coke for £35. Didn’t even receive a bottle of coke I received a Pepsi bottle which I don’t like so that got wasted. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend

it was probably because we ordered so late. but food was really poor, tasted soggy like it had been ready for a long time before being delivered- or microwaved.

Always friendly staff, hygiene is impeccable, good prices, fast delivery and food is amazing.

the food was cold, icecream frozen and defrosted at least couple of times.

Over an hour and 20 mins for a garlic bread, chips, burger and a milkshake, it said delivered when it wasn’t then turned up 15 mins later freezing so turned away! Rang the shop over 5 times hung up on or ignored avoid this mess

Food come early no problem at all but I did order a can of Pepsi and it wasn’t in the bag with the food mentioned it to the driver he said contact the restaurant and tell them but who’s gonna argue and wait for a drink to come late and their food has gone cold and it’s not the 1st time it’s happened from this place as well not happy

Food completely stone cold, chicken under cooked and chips also soggy mess. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Went in the bin only had several mouthfuls and felt sick. Worst takeaway I've ever had

I've been her twice. On the first occasion, I went in & ordered a donna kebab,I walked home 5 minutes and opened it on arrival. It was stone cold. The second time I ordered by phone, when it arrived again, cold! Both went in the bin. Won't be going again for he price. This is on both occasions a true account of my experience.

food was perfect... when the order first got delivered it was missing 2 chips... I rang up the pizza box and within 10 mins they delivered whatever was missing from my order.. brilliant service... Will definitely recommend..

The driver was extremely careless and rude ,he didn’t come to right address and I had to walk down the street to pick the order and I ordered many things and he literally put all the stuff on my hand and everything was falling down , I couldn’t walk with so many things on my hand and someone helped me and make sure I reach home , the driver didn’t care to come to the right address or help me, I am using just eat since 7 years and this was my worst delivery experience

When I'm spending nearly £50 on food I expect the toppings listed on the pizza to be on there.. pineapple missing off veg special sweet.

This is the worst take away I’ve ever ordered. The food is cold, the kebab looks like something I wouldn’t even give to the dog… The delivery guy just stared at me and handed me an open hot food bag to take my food out of… looks like I’m having cereal for my tea… DONT BOTHER ORDERING.

Chicken dinner arrived without drink Grilled chicken arrived without salad and sauce. By the time salad and sauce was delivered meal was cold and unable to eat

Ordered the double pepperoni passion, it wasn't cooked. Called at 6.16pm, they said they'd send the driver back with another pizza. They have not. I don't recommend going here.

Always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the food and delivery speed from Pizza Box. The Chicken Kebab, and Hot and Spicy pizza are highly recommended. Mega Burger is also chargrilled to perfection, just like the chicken on the kebab, but it's not a burger for the faint hearted! Easily the best take away in Salford for a good decade now. Thank you

Order came and it was cold I rang them and it was replaced within 20 mins.
