Pitman pie's in County Durham

I bought a Cheese and Mac pitman's pie and a sticky toffee and custard sweets from Nissan in Birtley. I must say, they were both delicious. Fresh, tasty and lots of filling. Really impressed, I will definitely have more of those.

Just bought a pitman's pies Corned beef and it was like eating baby food purée, not a great experience and definitely not what I expected from a local company that should know what a cornbeef pie should be, couldn't eat the mush.

Popped into post office,for stamps,noticed pies on counter,Festive, tried one,superb,went back next day for another one!

Great pies would highly recommend you try these youl not go any way else 👍 mince pie and steak pies full of meat no complaints

Had the pork,stuffing and apple pie and tried the lamb and mint,both amazing and have looked to see where else stocks the pies

full of lovely goodness...braised steaks our addictive..mint lamb lovely also..many other flavours cant go wrong here

Best pies in Newcastle buying a bunch and keeping them in the freezer. Great little small business.

I had Steak pie with mushy peas and chunky chips in the Schooner Pub Gateshead and I have to say it was the best pie I have ever had.

Wow. What a find. Discovered at Chester le Street Rail Station. Fantastic pastry and filling is exceptional. Hope these standards go forward with the business. Can’t get enough of these now and bought 4 different pies in Kibblesworth today. Great pies indeed.
