Pino's Place in Kirklees

Me and a few friends were working in Huddersfield for a few days and decided to try this place on our lunch. It was way better than any of us had expected. Polite and friendly service, reasonably priced and the food was absolutely amazing. I had chicken wings and chips and I expected it to be average at best, but when it came I was surprised at how delicious it was. We tried to go back the next day but it was closed unfortunately. If I’m ever in the area again I will be returning. Great stuff

I’ve been ordering from Pinos for a while and they do amazing burgers but my main complaint is why am I paying £15.09 for ONE burger???? Absolutely ridiculous!

Was a teacake not a burger bun so the sauce just made the bun soggy. Also used cheap tortilla crisps not Doritos like advertised. Not impressed, prefer marsh

Really tasty but just a bit inconsistent. Had the masters kebab last week and it was a bigger portion compared to this week plus it was missing the cheese again. Also sauce pots 1/3 full isn't great. Really tasty just disappointing when it isn't the same as usual.

First of all, I have to say that I have a long experience in grilling and as a Greek, charcoal is my favourite way to cook meat. That's already a bonus for this restaurant and an extra star because I love charcoal grilling. Secondly what a good portion is that. I loved this huge patty, very balanced in mince,salt and pepper. Also our fries had a good amount of cheese. One burger is perfect for a good meal. In other shops I can easily eat more than one burger. Third and my last arguement, I love their buns which are soft and tasty at the same time. In overall, good quality, very generous portions and great service. Of course I recommend this shop and I'd definitely order again soon.

Amazing food with flavour! Very polite on the phone and in person will be ordering again from here! The gentleman called to say our order was coming from a different kitchen due to no fault of their own great service loved the update!

We were phoned to advise they'd no hotdogs and on delivery we'd be refunded. Absolutely no problem being advised they had run out of an item but the delivery driver didn't reimburse us. Slightly disappointed. But the food was hot and tasty and a nice treat.

Hi I go to get food from pinos I ordered food and waiting for food i saw one lady started cooking my food I saw she clean her nose with same hand and started cooking lol I left my burger and walked away so please inside stuff not clean thanks

Perfect every time I have only ever had one issue and I rang up to find out where my food was and the order didn't get put through by mistake and they was so apologetic and gave me complimentary sauce and can of pop. Great food from great people 👌

Bit since ive ordered from pinos , food was nice and tasted fresh , got a dare you chicken burger and its wasnt spicy or hot like it used to be which was a shame but food was nice and chicken cooked correct, will order some hot chilli sauce next time

Decent place for a meal overall. As a uni student it's definitely a go to place. Food does take a while and it is on the more expensive side but the proteins are big and the food always tastes amazing.

Where to start? The star are extremely rude and clearly don’t care. The food was 1/5 very sloppy and also very overpriced. Paid £5 for a small box half filled with chips and 4 nuggets. Just a really POOR takeaway, staff service and food. The manager is also even more rude then the staff. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!

Tried pinos place for first time and really THE best burger I’ve had in a very long time.service brilliant only waiting 25 minutes for delivery will definitely be ordering from here again very impressed

Ordered the same as last week only this time the burger was so spicy couldnt eat it so it went in the bin tried to contact them to find out why it was so spicy this time round but they were closed. Wasnt satisfied today unfortunately.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Chips are warmed up not fresh, both burgers ordered came completely wrong. Waste of a place this. To say it’s £15 for 2 burgers and it’s all wrong. Deserve shutting down ya useless.

The restaurant got my order completely mixed up. The parisian burger was ordered with beef and came with chicken and the master's burger was ordered with chicken and came with beef. The master's burger had no sauce on and the parisian burger had the master's burger sauce on. The bread buns were soggy and the food was cold.

Ordered from this place a good few times before but this order was soo disappointing. After waiting nearly 2 hours for the food my cheeseburger had no cheese, the chips were rock hard and the hashbrowns were dripping with oil.

I travel fair distance to have a beef burger here been doing this for a long time. Never had complaint decent food with decent prices. However today the beef was overcooked and food went to bin half eaten. Inside the shop there were loads of orders from just eat etc etc but only one person running around like a headless chicken. Come on guys get more staff in or you will lose more customers like me.

Food was late, without an update meaning we had to ring the take away 3 times to find out where our food was. The take away left us just two drink due to being late, however there was 4 meals meaning 4 people - drinks for all meals would have made more sense. On top of that the Food came to spicy to even eat - we enjoy spicy food but this was inedible, considering there’s no where on the menu that states that it was going to be this spicy! Which was really disappointing as the quality of the food seemed decent and we were hungry

We’ve ordered from here several times. The burgers are always delicious and good customer service when collecting. Delivery service isn’t always available which is the only negative.

Dont like leaving bad reviews especially when the usual takeaway form here is nice , but tonights dare you chicken kebab was very poor, it was like a childs portion , hardly any chicken in it and no spicy taste except occasional jalapeno , late delivery too although delivery driver is polite , all in all not worth half he price i paid , will go elsewhere if this is the current standard. Poor

Personal hygiene issues, staff need to be trained.I ordered 2 burgers over the phone, the lady just about got my order right after repeating my order several times. I walked in to the shop and it was covered in grease everywhere which put me off a bit, the worst part was when the lady was looking at me sucking some excess sauce off her fingers!! Gladly she wasn't making my order. But seriously the staff need training up and the place needs a deep clean.

theirs 3 pinos and this one is the worse if u want a hood quailty burger better than any where in hudderfeild got to pinos in Marsh they won't give u old dry chips and the portions are better and its more tasty fro there

Food always nice from here and it was nice , i was just past eating it when it arrived over an hour and a half later when it was finally delivered, had half and then went to bed , shame as the dare you burger is tasty . Not put me off as like i said its nice food . ps did get an apology off delivery driver who is very friendly and know its not his fault.

Waited an hour and a half for two kebabs, the just eat app said it had been delivered but it had not, rang the restaraunt to be told he is on the way! Confusing and frustrating when so hungry after a 13 hour shift! Really annoyed that wasn’t handled well . Also to be told that it is here when it is not made me feel really wound up!

Took 30 minutes to get here after getting a message saying it’s on its way

Not impressed if im honest. My large kebab came plastered in mayo which i hate! And certainly didnt ask for. Then to make it worse.. tge salad on my kebab was 2 slices of white onion and 3 burger pickles?? Whats that about? My partner said his burger was ok. Pajd £5 for cheese bites and got 4... they're literally £1 for a full bag when theyre frozen so thats a madness to me also. First time ordering and certianly our last

Way too spicy even after asking to make it mild!

I start by saying food was really nice but the portion size of the chicken pitta kebab was poor , 2/3 small pieces fo chicken its not enough for £6.50 let it down , like i said what i had was lovely but need to improve portion sizes on pitta as id have more of these if did that

Decided for a change tonight and ordered a dare you chicken pitta kebab , well it was a good choice , so tasty and loved it , shame wasnt more of it , really nice

Firstly we ordered two burgers that came to a total of £20.65. Which is absolutely scandalous. For two burgers. The burgers arrived and they wasn’t cooked properly. The buns was soggy and the salad wasn’t fresh. The chips wasn’t even cooked properly. Absolutely disgusted pinos. This will be the last time I spend any of my heard earned money at your establishment.
