Great value for money and the burrito was incredible. Such a fun hidden spot on wind street. We were fortunate enough to speak to the owner who was so welcoming and helpful. Great food and great staff. Highly reccomend

Visited last week with some friends and really enjoyed. We were looking for somewhere to eat on Wind Street that was inexpensive and fuss-free. The venue has a great vibe inside, with fun art on the walls etc. The food was really great! Our group ordered quite a bit of food and everything came out fresh, promptly and delicious. The option to build your own burrito is excellent for people like myself who have dietary requirements too. Don't forget to treat yourself to some churros afterwards - so tasty!

Went out with a couple friends to grab lunch, we all had different food items and all agreed the food was delicious, lovely atmosphere and great drinks. Staff are super nice and helpful too.

I first visited Pinata's for a friends birthday last year and by chance ended up here again recently where me and my friend had a blast. They offer great food even for a picky eater like me, the people who work there are great, incredibly welcoming and I've been attending their social/game nights on Sundays ever since.

I have ordered here several times and really rate the food, often getting a meal deal and think it’s great. Tonight, however, I was really disappointed by what turned up. The order turned up with no churros, a drop of chocolate sauce (not that it mattered then as I had no churros), my entire meal was packaged in a tiny box (usually what the jalapeño popper themselves are packaged in alone), a handful of tortillas chips, a burrito which was 90% rice, the tortilla was ripped, and two had pieces of avocado which was supposedly guacamole which I paid extra for, and only two jalapeño poppers. £16 for half a meal. How can this place feel this is genuinely acceptable to send? Please find pictures attached.

Quirky place that seemed to be undergoing renovations. Food was okay. Not much meat served with order. Beer was quite warm. Toilets really need a deep clean (the sink and taps!) however made a nice change and I liked the wall art. Meal was reasonable in price and he accepted blue light discount.

We came here for lunch and the service was so terrible! We walked out, fearing that thus service may characterise our entire lunch. After asking for the WiFi so we could use the QR code to order, the young lady said she would be back with it in a second, we waited around 10 minutes in that time we tried grabbing the other waiters attention but unfortunately she was too busy on her phone, and the one we origanaly asked was busy baning her head aginst the slushie machine trying to get it to work (appearing quite unprofessional in front of all the people present). When she did finally come up to us she couldn't tell us what the wifi was and told us it could be one of 2 different passwords! We ordered and after asking a question about the menu the lady was patronising, "oh you don't know what this is?" We thought at this point it was best to leave in fear we may have a worse experience then we've already had in the 30 minutes we've been sat down. I'm sure the food would have been good but wasn't able to stay as a result of the service. In light of the sarky responses other negative reviews have garnered from the owners along with the service we have received is measure of the poor characters in charge of this establishment. Shame really I had been here once before a year ago and the man that served us was lovely and the food was nice, shame to see how the 2 waiters are ruining this place.

I loved this place. I would always make a point of ordering or going to the venue during my time off. But we started to notice things going downhill. Sure the service is pretty slow but it’s somewhere I’d go to relax and chill with good food. Unfortunately cold food and trying to peddle nonsense excuses (it’s not thermodynamics - it’s just cold food) were the last straw. Truly gutted.

Absolutely fantastic experience, wonderful staff and an incredible atmosphere. The food was amazing and it was decently priced considering portion sizes. Could not ask for anywhere better.

I absolutely love this place. The food is incredible, service was great and very accommodating of dietary requirements. My ONLY issue is that they aren't open more! I've been a few times this year when it's advertised that they're open but then weren't or had delivery orders cancelled. I get that this is a small business but I'd like to have the opportunity to better support them.

I've been here a few times in the last with no issues , it seems there's a new management in place and it's run by children . One young women who looked like she was 13 was running in and out of the kitchen with no PPE shouting and arguing for the customers to hear . Running around in her pink tracksuit all she done in the end was make me want to walk out but after an 1 hour 30 mins of waiting I was too hungry and committed to walk away .the food wasn't what it was before and I'd call it below average , between the burnt onion rings and the young woman picking chips from the frying pan its poor experience. Its run by a group of friends who prioritise uber eats/deliveroo/just eat and leaves the sitting in customers waiting endlessly . I feel sorry for the lad who served me as he had the right approach and was very apologetic but we heard him saying this to other tables so this seems a normal thing . A joke pretty much and I won't be coming back . A nice place ruined .

Much like the other reviews we had a great time, lovely food, atmosphere and vibe. Man loaded fries to die for. Big shout out to Carl that made all our drinks and was an around Great server.
