Pier Fish Co in Suffolk Coastal

We came to Felixstowe as the sun was out, and many people had the same idea. We wanted some sausage and chips while sitting via the water. All the fish and chip shops were extremely busy and so was this one. The wait seemed longer as the temperature dropped while we are were waiting but we were only waiting for 25mins. From first glance it seems chaotic, but the server’s behind the counter dealt with the tickets very well. We would be back if passing through. The prices were reasonable for where they are situated.

The oil should be changed more often

Average fishcake, and the worst chips we have ever had (and I have been around for 59 years!). Like eating broken glass ...probably.

Really great customer service. Kids portion of fish and chips was actually quite big and generous for £6 and tasty too. Would go back again.

Chips were horrible and they shut at 7 pier open until 11pm missing out on business. Got served with a strop won't go here again Extremely over priced too

Really Lovely Chicken Nuggets, super tasty and cooked well and was worth the wait. Queue was about 10-15 minutes due to being located on the pier. Chips were cooked well and you got a big portion for the money you pay for it. Super filling a perfect Lunch on a sunny beach day. I highly recommend this chippy, it is a little bit more pricey if you’re looking for getting fish. Highly recommend :)

On a very busy News Years Day, the staff were friendly, polite and cheery, giving extra waiting time advice to every customer, to avoid congeatation around the counter.We passed at 1.30 and again at 2.30, with very long queues. We joined a queue at around 3.15 and was served quickly, and waited about 8 mins for the order. We had Cod, sausage and chicken nuggets and chips, all were piping hot and delicious with crispy batter. Well done to all the staff on such a busy day, you all.did so well.

Can't fault them. I've had fish and chips here several times and each time it was delicious. Fish and chips really is a great combination and these guys always deliver. Very reasonable prices too.

The service was average. The staff didn't appear they wanted to be there. I ordered a piece of cod. The batter was horrendous 😫 Dripping in oil and tasteless. The fish itself was a nice texture, but sadly the batter destroyed it. I wouldn't recommend the cod.

Lovely cod, scampi, fishcake and chips, the staff are friendly and polite . Quick service too. Excellent.

Seriously avoid, possibly the worst fish n chips I've ever had, skinny fish with way to many bones and chips were terrible 🤮🤮🤮

Dried up bits and pieces inedible. The worst chips I think I have ever had .

Such a shame. Had some fab chips from here last week. Today was awful. I'm sure they were re heated chips. Had that taste and looked terrible. Nothing like the fluffy chips I had last week. Clearly the oil needed changing too. Grim.

Delicious and hot takeaway food at brilliant prices and 5 star service from the staff will be using again

Dear me... The worst ever fish and chips I had!!! Everything soaked in oil but raw inside, it came quick but quality is far far away from any self-respecting standards. Total waste of £12.40 for cod and chips and kids menu nuggets.... Please people, go else where!

Fish was nice but do have food poisoning now and so do our friends that are here

Friendly service excellent fish n chips. Well worth a visit.
