Great flavour s and generous portions

poppadoms smelt like cooked in old and tainted oil. Meat in chef special curry tough and chewy. Chicken balti was best, but not amazing. Felt rushed and no passion shown.

Not the first time my foods been late from this place. The staff don’t care about being late either which is part of the problem

Foods not even come. Second time it’s happened, waited 2 and a half hours before and now I’ve waited nearly 2 hours and still no food but apparently delivered.

Ordered for half 6, came around 6:45. Not too fussed as there’s a lot of traffic in my area. This is my new favourite Indian restaurant to order from. Food is outstanding. Service is great.

Forgot the drinks but other than that, all good!

Later than planned delivery BUT the food just keeps getting better and better. We have ordered from Balti Pickles for 4 years or so now, and tonight's was some of the best food weve ever had from there. Usually the delivery times are accurate but for some reason this one was later than indicated, but when you get good food it is worth the wait. Still a loyal customer!

food is very nice, however 3 hours for food is just not acceptable! After 2.5 hours rang the shop only to be hung up on!!! had a 10 minute drive to the shop and even then had to wait..I will not be buying from here again

Placed order at 6:10pm told at 9:10 will be another 45mins won’t be ordering again after using this place for over 10 years. They shouldn’t accept orders if they can’t keep up with demand 0/10

Shocking order was meant to be here at 8pm and i contacted them at 9 and was told an extra 35 mins so i had to cancel it

Ordered at 19.00 delivered eventually got to my house at 22:30 after i had ordered from somewhere else, used to be top tier now it’s shocking, do not waste time on this place

Never arrived. Ordered at 1915 whilst on way home. Expected food about 2000. Estimated time was 2035-2055, it's now 2145 and still nothing. Restaurant is now listed as "Closed for Delivery" and I'm sitting here hungry and my evening ruined. Just Eat now say will take a couple days to look into it before I can get refunded..... Shame, as I and my kids like their food, but we also like it at a reasonable time. Doubtful I'll order from them again after this 😕

I was one starter short and didn’t get mint yogurt for starters… I’ve never had any problems in the past and the food is great but I suppose they just a little mistake this time as their rushed with orders as it’s Christmas

Dissapointed with our food after reading good reviews. Curries were bland and watery. Usual frozen veg mix. Samosas were the small catering sort. I was hoping for the large filled traditional type.

The food was tasty, but unfortunately the driver did not take care of the food. the curry box lid had come off, so there was curry in the bag. also the food was barely warm. The driver called saying he was at the entrance of the Premier Inn, but thought Toby Carvery is a hotel. Also for some unknown reason I had Onion Bajis in my order, that I did not order.

I have to be honest. Quite possibly the best curry we’ve had in years! Really good portions, massive pieces of chicken and piping hot when we received it. Really nice delivery person. I don’t think we will be going anywhere else from now on. We will be back!!

Ordered at 6.40pm finally arrived at 8.35pm! Totally unacceptable and Just Eat should be clamping down on this sort of thing as it’s rife. Called the shop and didn’t even get an apology from the rude chap that answered. When the Manager did come to the phone he was nice chap but coming out with the usual nonsense of ‘we’ve been really busy’ is unacceptable. If you can’t fulfil orders in a reasonable timescale it’s quite simple… don’t accept them! Food wasn’t good either! Won’t use again.

We order from here all the time and it has always been brilliant, but tonight the food wasn’t the best, lukewarm curry and the starters was stone cold hopefully this was a one off

The best tikka masala and onion bhajis that I have had. Good portion size, good price. I enjoyed it so much that I had to phone them because I wanted compliments to the chef. They have just got a regular customer from me. Thanks
