Piccolo pizza and grill in Redditch

Twice now I have ordered a "LARGE" Donner kebab and twice I've ended up with tiny kebabs! Absolutely disgusted! Not worth the money at all ! Definitely would not recommend and will NOT be ordering from Piccolo again!

Banging kebab which I ain’t had in ages! Not normally fan of red tikka chicken but love this one. Kebab was nice and hot and chips were absolutely lovely! First time ordering definitely will order again!

We Order from here a lot and it’s always so good ! They close at 10:40pm on a Friday and rang them to place an order for delivery at 10:38pm thinking they wouldn’t take the order but they did and were so polite and food was so fresh and tasty when it arrived . Best takeaway in redditch

Ordered 2 pizzas today and 1 was wrong ordered chicken and mushroom and got chicken and pineapple and both had different type of chicken on. Although both pizzas tasted nice would have preferred what I ordered.

This place used to be good but the food quality has gone down the pan and although the prices have gone through the roof the portion sizes are a joke, i purchased a doner wrap that used to a fair enough price and size but now is a rip off and has slimmed down to the size of a fish finger, do yourself a favour and avoid.

Someone told me this was a good place for pizza I waited nearly an hour and a 1/2 the Cheesy chips cold cheese not melted And a meat feast pizza That I wouldn't give my dog never again don't waste your money !!!

Disappointed today!!! 😠 Food lovely, always order from here and quick delivery, still hot, pizza made perfectly but I ordered extra toppings to create my personal perfect pizza and toppings I ordered were missed off pizza but I was still charged. Was very disappointed. When I called to inform them the order was wrong, I got a young woman saying 'oh' and maybe next time you order just tell them what happened and you can have a free drink. I said we don't order drinks, I asked if she was the manager or person in charge which she said yeah. 🤔 I feel like a 'Manager' would have actually been more sympathetic and at least refunded the missing ingredients and a voucher for next order. I found her rude and really debating ordering again. The pizza that were correct were delicious.

Cheeky Tuesday night birthday kebab, for my pops! We had a small kebab... mixed and lamb... with lovely fresh salad and chips. There was plenty of meat on each one, the fries were nice and crisp. We had chilli mayo 🌶 and dad had mint mayo 😋 Great value, cash or card and quick delivery. I would also now recommend.

Fantastic food at decent prices I ordered a calzone and chips and the delivery was fast with a very polite driver. Food tasted amazing was still hot when arrived. I would 100% recommend this astablishment to any one looking for a tasty meal.

We've been customers at Piccolo Pizza for the last 6-7 years. By far some of the best food me and my family have been served for such amazing prices. The service at Piccolo Pizza is very kind and welcoming! I would say this is the best place for take away food in Redditch area! Highly recommend this place.

I ordered a pizza it was cold and hair in the pizza also I ordered a kebab on pitta bread which was also cold .when I phoned them up to complain they were rude .I won't order from their again

What Rob dogs this takeaway is. I ordered a mixed kebab in a nan priced at £5.30 on the flyer in the shop only to be charged £6.50!!! I will not be using these again shame really as the kebab was ace.....Response from the owner does not justify a price hike of £1.20 for a kebab and if the flyer in the shop is out of date then that's false advertising

Was recommended this place by a friend. I was overcharged by 10% but decided to let it go. The food was nice, so I went back to give them another chance and was overcharged by 10% again. Won’t be going again if this is how they treat customers. Shocking. **Edit from response: menu says £5, I was charged £5.50. This has nothing to do with a discount.

35 minutes delay. I ordered chicken kebab and got a mix with a predominance of lamb. I ordered no onion and of course I had the onion. A big I do not recommend

One of the greatest pizza shops in the area with variety of food to choose from. Online order was simple and food arrived very quick and delicious. Highly recommended 👌 👍

We have ordered from here a few times now and food is always spot on as per order, hot and delivered on time. Regarding our latest order we had a call from the restaurant to say our food would be delivered a bit later as they were busy and they assured us it wouldn't be sat waiting getting cold. It arrived only ten minutes later and food was steaming hot and quality just as good. Also they added some cake to our order to apologise for inconvenience of being a little later than normal. Great customer service, friendly and would highly recommend. Very happy customers 😃

The food is good however it depends who prepares it. They keep making wrong orders. Today again I wanted cheeseburger with salad and ketchup but of course did not find any salad. Cheeseburger from McDonald is much better and 3 times cheaper. Every time I buy large kebab on site it's big but every time I order large kebab for delivery it's as big as small one.

Food is really well priced yet excellent quality. I would still say that the big named brand places taste better but the price you have to pay for these places is too high. Never had a delivery issue here, I'm guessing the issue might be a breakdown in communication between " just eat" & this shop.

Disgusting place and disgusting staff as well I ordered for delivery and called to ask how long it’s gonna take and they started arguing that I wanted collection when I have proof it’s for delivery I don’t recommend it to anyone !!!!!

Had a mixed kebab and pizza deal, Lamb meet and chicken had no flavor at all Pizza was dry and had no flavor Chips was hard and dry, not good at all!!

Got our order wrong as the person on the phone didn't understand what I was saying... Yet they didn't correct the order either. .usually great so what a let down

AVOID this place. Food never arrived We placed a large order for 9 people including children earlier this evening, when ordering we were told that the order would take 1 hour for delivery. One hour and 15 mins later we decided to give them a call. To find that the order had been entered into the computer but then the order slip was never printed meaning our order had not even started to be made. With us all left sat there hungry we were given the offer of free drinks with our order, which I declined, I was then offered a further 10% discount and the order would take another 30 mins minimum. I presume it was the manager I was now speaking to who did not seem bothered that he quite frankly had ruined what was suppose to be a nice chilled our night in to upset hungry children crying as their food had not arrived. We declined the offer and choose to sort an alternative faster option.
