Stopped off here for a quick fire meal with my wife. We were in a hurry and thought this was a quick answer. On arrival we were warmly greeted and attended to very well so, no complaints at all about the staff. The décor was ok, looks as though they have made an effort. The food is the real review here though and OH MY GOD what awful food it was. The pizzas are of the same standard as the ones you could buy at Farm foods or lidls but actually taste like tough old cardboard. The toppings were practically non existent which left you at the mercy of an unpleasant tasting pizza base. The Garlic bread had No garlic in it at all, both my wife and I tried to detect any garlic but came up with a big fat zero. There is no way on the face of the earth that these pizzas are made fresh in the kitchens there and if they were then someone really does need to get a grip of the chefs who make them. Seriously I had to keep reminding myself that we were only paying around £5 each to eat here and so I didn't expect the best but I did expect something that was a little more edible than this. I would expect this place will not get many return customers and I am a little suspicious of the good reviews here so far as to whether they are genuine or not. I am sure this place will not survive a long future with food of this quality, it was really bad pizza.Having said that the salad cart offered fresh salad and was the only saving grace of this place. Unfortunately my coffee tasted terrible. It was not the coffee itself but there was an awful taste to the tap water used to make it. My wife's tea was delivered as a cup of hot water with the tea bag on the saucer??? what was that?. We finished off as we watched a large family turn up, pay to eat, and then had to complain about the lack of pizza available. This place is nothing short of a train wreck even at £5 a head. I know the owner may reply here but whatever you say will not take away from the fact that your business is on the road to ruin with pizza like this.

Been to the restaurant a couple of times and have enjoyed it each time. It's a buffet style restaurant where you pay as you enter then are free to have a much food as you want. The times I have gone they have had a huge variety of different types of pizza out, that ranged from meat feast to vegetarian and even desert pizzas, much more than other pizza buffet lunches. The pizzas are hot and fresh when they come out and very tasty. Staff where very helpful and friendly, I will be back again very soon!

This is a brilliant new restaurant on the Sutton High St and their pizzas are very enjoyable. You also get salad, pasta and soup included in the buffet. The salad was really lovely and fresh, while the cheese pasta was nice and tasty. Their dessert pizzas are amazing - chocolate and marshmallow, apple crumble and banana + custard. I've never seen anything like it before and would recommend this place for the dessert pizzas alone! The staff were smiley and friendly while the atmosphere was completed with some lovely Italian music and piazza décor. The service in getting pizzas out could be a bit quicker however it's great to know your pizzas have been cooked fresh out of the oven. The garlic bread with cheese, which we tried for free on the High St before going in to eat, was gorgeous as well.

This is not a restaurant but a cheap canteen. You pay when you step in and then from the canteen PoV job is done ( as they got your money now). When I stepped in I noticed few of the dishes were empty and I mentioned this to the cashier, and she said they will replenish them asap. But until we left the canteen they didn't replenish those, apart from one dish. ( Including us only one other table was occupied on a friday eve) Issues we noticed;1. Salad bar was empty and the veggies were not crispy or fresh. ( few onion pieces , few olives etc)2. Pasta tasted like eating mud!3. Didn't tried the soups as again they were empty.4. I saw place holders for about 14 pizza's but only 10 pizza's were available. 5. After complaining twice to management they bought a pizza.6. Pizza base tasted oki, but really little amount of meat was on pizza. Suggestion :Go to Asda or Tesco and buy few pizzas and you will enjoy them much more than eating at Piazza Buffet! and you will save money too. Recommendation to Management :If you are planning to survive in this business, serve quality food as much as customers can eat, rather than ripping off hard earned Money!

Sutton is lacking in good eaterys and with a bit of more business sence this place could really be a treat but under its current conditions I fear for its future.A sterile and rattling environment, some soft furnishings, plants and more uptempo music would certainly make this a little less work canteen and more a hospitable cafe. The food itself was as you might expect of a buffet, no more, no less but it needs to be more special. The tomatoe base of the pizzas tasted a little like it was from a squeezy tube and although they tried to refresh the buffet the pizza bases had become toughened from the wait to be eaten.Served by two friendly staff, even the location of the front till makes the cafe feel like they want it to be a fast food joint, taking your money upfront and not to concerning about the after care. The problem is that people will not return as at the prices charged they will likely revert back to O'neils & Wetherspoons for a reliable offering. On that note, perhaps allowing and advertising customers to 'Bring your own alcohol' may help with the early and evening trade. If the owners are reading this I want you to succeed, so ask your customers now what they would like to see improved before its too late.

Highly recommended. Went with family for the evening meal, didn't really know what to expect. They had a big selection of fresh eat as much as you like pizza and pasta that tasted great(pepperoni was the best), also the sweet desert pizzas were awesome. I've already been back with friends, and i'll certainly be going back again :D

I went in on a Friday evening and for less than £10 (9.99) I could eat as much pizza, pasta, salad, desert pizza (some toppings i had never seen before) and drink as much soft drink as possible. Much better value than Jimmy Spices! though I think the place needs some plants or pictures on the wall.

This restaurant is going for cheap and cheerful but only succeeds in cheap and nasty. A sad looking restaurant with no atmosphere and depressing service where cheap tables and chairs surround the buffet hot plates. Sitting atop the hot plates are some of the plainest pizzas known to man - whilst each was labelled differently all were so sparsely topped they barely counted as margarita! If that wasn't bad enough we hit rock bottom at the pasta buffet as we placed tasteless, depressing, barely edible pasta onto our plates. The salad bar offered a selection of wet vegetables and condiments covered in a thick skin (yummy!). This was their opening night so maybe it was a case of stage fright? Hopefully they'll sort themselves out quickly.

Absolutely disgraceful, 4 hot chocolates were 68 pound!!! The hot chocolate was cold and was dripping down the cup. Way too expensive, service was so mean shouting at us saying if we are not a client we can't use the toilets. So we sat down and then served us 4 cold chocolates and then left without saying anything!!! I wouldn't recommend this place I hope this place gets shut down.
