Piacere is a delight. It's a tiny family restaurant with a simple , straightforward style, and a focus on making sure the food is exactly as it should be, and the service is relaxed and friendly. The Polpette meatballs are a perfect balance of the richness of the spiced sausage and the sharpness of an authentic italian tomato sauce. Main courses when we visited were pastas and risottos. The softness and lightness of my paccheri pasta complemented nicely the earthiness of the beef cheek in the Genovese sauce. My friends were equally enthusiastic about the Carlona and the Risotto Salmone. We like the fact that we were able to bring our own wine. And we loved the idea of a (Treviso) strudel on an Italian menu. We will be back !

312 Abbeydale RoadGreat little family run Italian. The food was absolutely superb with the two main courses pictured being a highlight. Small menu which pays off when the food is this good. Seating layout was a bit awkward as I felt like I was on the way of the serving staff and my partner had a shelf behind her head but the service and food made up for this. They cannot take tips on the card machine so if you like to pay a little more for a special experience then be sure to take some cash.

343 Glossop Road, Sheffield S10 2HP EnglandLiteral perfection. I ordered the vegetarian Sophia Lauren and was offered alternatives to the pancetta. This was delicious. Finished with the tiramisu for dessert which was also amazing! Could not fault the service either. Would definitely come back! :)
