Pho Bournemouth in Bournemouth

I ordered pork and lemongrass vermicelli noodles. It was completely tasteless and couldn’t eat it.

Delicious food and Holly, our waitress, really was so attentive and lovely - she made our meal even better :)

My first experience of Pho, and what I can say is I will be going again, not just for the food as it’s beautifully cooked and presented, but because of the lovely hospitality shown, especially by our waitress Holly (Bournemouth branch). Bubbly, and fun, and great at her job. She made the experience! Well done, and thank you.

Our server holly couldn’t do enough for us! She was very attentive and personable and an all round legend. Food was epic too.

Excellent service and very tasty food. The apple and ginger cider was particularly refreshing after a long walk. The squid and the summer roll starters were enough for three people to share. The Pho was excellent.

Second time visiting Pho Bournemouth. Wish we had photo’s to post but our food went down quickly! We sat down for dinner at 17:00 and were the only people dining in. We were served by Jordan and Holly and they were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. It was a hot day and Holly offered to open the window for us and top up our drinks with ice which was appreciated. The food was incredibly fresh and made with care. Soup dishes came with a bib which was a nice touch. Menu has a huge fantastic variety of vegan options and spicy/ non spicy options. Table comes with chillies and garlic on hand. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Love this place! Been here a few times now, am in love with the flavours here - lovely servers too. Food comes out quick but worth every penny and more. Worth a visit!

Just had dinner with my auntie and uncle who are regulars and this Pho. I’d say the food at this branch is particularly yummy as have gone to others and not been wowed before. The level of service here is excellent. All the staff are welcoming and attentive especially our server Ivy (she is the main reason my auntie and uncle continue to dine there. She is so friendly and goes above and beyond for customers. I feel great knowing my family is looked after with her :)

A bit naughty that they automatically add a 12.5% tip to your bill. Something about that rubs me the wrong way. I won't be going back because of that.

After a long time, I finally found a restaurant where I can eat with confidence. Ms. Debbrah was incredibly attentive, taking all of my allergies into consideration and accommodating my requests with great care. I highly recommend this place—especially for those with coeliac disease. It was an experience that far exceeded my expectations, both in terms of hygiene and understanding. I ordered the wok fried chicken and shrimp: còm chiên I couldn't wait to eat that beautiful freshly cooked food but instead, I was served a greasy plate of overcooked rice that had burnt pieces in it. And as for the chicken and shrimp lwta just say RIP! No freshness or flavour other than the copious amount of grease.

An excellent place to eat, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere! The waitress Ivy who has served us is super friendly, patient and cheerful, I loved everything! Super recommended.

Had the most delicious dinner at Pho! Especially enjoyed the crispy squid starter where you combine lime juice with an msg-like powder to create the tastiest dip. We were served by Ivy who was super friendly and attentive throughout :)

My wife and I go to Pho at least once a month as it one of our favourite places. The food is always fantastic and the service is great, the staff can’t do enough for you. Particular shoutout to Holly who has hosted us on several occasions, she always makes sure we are well looked after. Thanks again Pho and Holly! We will be back again soon.

We had a fantastic dining experience as a group of five! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the menu by a lovely and attentive Asian waitress. Her recommendations made our choices even more exciting. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a flavorful rice bowl and perfectly stir-fried noodles, alongside some tasty starters like crispy chicken wings and fresh summer rolls. To top it all off, we indulged in a delightful Vietnamese coffee paired with banana fritters and a delicious pandan waffle. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. A wonderful spot with great food and excellent service—we’ll definitely be back!

Our first experience of Pho, definitely won’t be the last! My starter of Seafood spring roll was simply amazing, and the wok fried rice was delicious, if you like spice. Our server, Ivy, was fabulous. She walked us through the menu, advised on dishes and was lovely and friendly, the perfect hostess, thanks Ivy

To expensive for the bad experience! ☹️ This Sunday afternoon, I went out with my family. The service was friendly, but the food was bland, cold, watery, and average. The beef was tough, sinewy—completely inedible. The chicken soup was tasteless and colourless. The wok dish was already cold at the moment it was served. They had the audacity to add a service charge to the bill, which we did not want to pay given the quality of the food. But apparently, you have to pay the bill first—based on what, exactly? And to top it all off, we even had to ask the staff where the receipt was so we could check what we were actually paying for. Strange how they "forgot" to provide it! We are not happy. We will not be returning.
