Good cheese burgers and amazing service

This feedback I am adding because I had very bad experience in this restaurant I found hair in my burger but after inform to staff they where behaviour was very bad at me as they serve me for freee n it was very annoying for me

cold chips served for takeaway Edit: stop making excuses and own up to serving cold chips Most importantly dont do it again

The food was brilliant an the staff is a once in a lifetime experience.

Food was decent. But the lettuce salad was off tasted awful. Luckily it didnt mix with the food. Please make sure the salad is fresh and pack possibly pack it separate in a bag plastic bag to keep it fresh. Except that food wasn’t too bad.

Loaded fries are amazing. Affordable food, clean restaurant and fast service

Honestly best food about in the local area, nothing comes near this is by far my favourite spot all the staff are friendly and food is incredible give it a try you won’t regret it!

I’ve ordered from PhatBite 15 times in total in one and a half years and it never fails to disappoint 🤭 I recommend the Smash burgers + double joint wings and the garlic sauce dip!

Just walk in randomly and the guy recommend me smash burger which was absolutely banging. Definitely will be coming back for the excellent burgers and the customers service was on point.

So glad we ordered from here the food was delicious, we got the byriani, the buffalo wings and the special platter. Portion sizes were large. Would definitely recommend phat bite and will definitely be ordering again.

Very good food, especially their creamy doner and wings.

I ordered Mild for my donor wrap but it *still* was so spicy, making it hard to taste the donor. Also the wraps were advertised as 12" but are so skinny and not filled with as much donor as I'd like. I'm glad it was buy one get one free or I would have been so annoyed paying £8 through Uber Eats for such a small portion of one wrap (which is a price raise of 50% compared to in store... Insane).

Great place and the price for food is bargain, Ilford always has the best food for best price, parking is. Difficult though

Very Good and Tasty food. Would recommend the house special platter good for 2 people and the philly rib eye cheese steak. A plus point is that it's all halal. Great Service by Muhammad Faizan really helpful, polite and was especially accommodating when it came to helping my younger sibling. However the dining room is a little cold especially as I came in the winter, they need a solution to make it warmer. Overall it was a good dining experience and would definitely come back soon.

Wasn’t that busy when I went, the loaded fries were banging and the service was good.

Bit of a wait time but the food is just as good as their other branches so can't give anything less then a 5 star! Card accepted and discount applied if ordering from their app.

phatbiteuk is a fantastic spot with reasonable prices and well-prepared dishes. Philly cheese steak is a 10/10 The mains and sides were flavorful, and the variety of options means there's something for everyone. Big thanks to their team for the great service-it's definitely worth a visit if you're near Ilford High Road!

Came in store to order and collect, but they left out every single burger from our order. Reached all the way home and realised when we opened the bag, called them to resolve it. They offered to deliver it after we were persistent they fix our order with fresh burgers, they offered us an extra burger on the house as good will. Got our burgers delivered stone cold, the same ones they left out 45mins later and a packet of chips strewn on the bottom of the bag. No burger on the house like they promised either, they traded that in for a sorry cold bag of chips. Bad luck with this place from start to finish and we checked the good reviews before coming, food isnt cheap either. What a shame.

Came here for the first time, service was good and cleanliness not an issue. We got the mixed platter for £14.99 lamb and chicken. Personally lamb was better chicken was a bit tough but had flavour, wings and burger was really good and Masala fries was nice however was very spicy bear in mind. Would definitely come here again.

Got the loaded platter comes with burger, donner, wings and masala fries. Burger was awesome, donner was good, wings were really good and the masala fries were average. Its worth the price and would recommend trying this.

Last night, my brothers and I found ourselves in east London after a very long time. I hadn’t been for a couple of years and my brothers hadn’t been for longer. We were about to leave but we wanted to eat something before we hit the road to head home and we walked into this place at around 11:30pm. They were only doing takeaway but we wanted to eat in as we had parked down the road and didn’t want to eat in the car. To our pleasant surprise, the main guy working the floor (Faizan) asked us to come and sit down if we didn’t take too long and we happily agreed. We ordered some smash burgers and some BBQ wings and they were absolutely delicious. Everything had so much flavour, the fries were crispy and fresh and he even gave us a few drinks on the house on our way out. He also checked on us to make sure our food was okay and if we wanted anything else. Really great service, despite being at the end of the day. Massive thanks for Faizan and the kitchen staff for giving us such a delicious meal before we headed out of east London. Looking forward to visiting you guys again, whenever I am in the area.

I tried the Fully Loaded Platter at Phat Bite, which includes lamb doner, two mango-flavoured wings, a smash burger, masala fries, salad, and a drink. The platter offers good variety, and the lamb doner was nicely seasoned. The mango wings had a unique flavour but could have been a bit juicier. The smash burger was decent but nothing extraordinary. Masala fries were tasty, adding a nice twist to the meal. Overall, it's a filling option, but the food could use a bit more attention to detail, especially considering the price. Not bad for a quick bite, but there’s room for improvement.

Food was very nice and enjoyable. They have good space at the back. Really enjoyed the smash burger and masala fries.

The food is great. We tried the Fully Loaded Platter with naga chips and buffalo wings. The wings felt too salty for me. But loved the rest. Cheaper price. Decoration is good and colourful. But the temperature is bit warm inside.

The guy on the till needs to watch out for how he speaks to customers.

Freshness and tastiness is the reason why I love this place, I love the mango flavour here!

Regular this place and the food is always hot and consistent, chips were nice and tasty, no complaints when it comes to portion size as they are generous. Dips were given and they were really good too. Tried the new Philly cheesesteak and the brisket burger, both were fantastic. Service also brilliant, brother at the counter always helpful.

Muhammad gave exceptional service, and the food is 10/10.

I walked into this place by chance and didn't expect anything special. It looks very clean and welcoming - that's the first thing you notice. But the food... I have never tasted such tender and tasty grilled meat in any burger. Well done guys! 6 stars from 5 :)

Me and my family enjoyed our meal today. We ordered the special platter. The grill platter was outstanding and delicious. It was worth the money. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely delicious! The portions are a good size and the flavour is on point. The lamb chops were nice and flavoured, the doner was cooked well, the chicken wings were tasty and the burger was too good. Enjoyed it very much and will definitely be ordering again.

The customer service from Muhammad was excellent. My wife, daughter and I had a great fast food meal here and the portions are a good size. I really enjoyed the burgers, and barbecued two joint chicken wings. The grilled food is the star.

Unfortunately food was not great, biryani was bland (big portion though), loaded fries were ok. They didn't give the chips with my son's kids meal (was not worth contacting about it). Cheap packaging. Update - Excellent communication from the owner to address my points, will be giving them another go.

Every time I have ordered from here, the food has been consistently good. The masala chips are to die for and the chops are so succulent. My favourite is the platter with the burger, masala chips, chops, wings and kebabs. Portions are massive. Really good value. Please order without hesitation.

I’m a regular customer when it comes to ordering from Phatbite Ilford, however I have been let down this time around. I usually order through Uber eats and the service never disappoints, this time I ordered via the Phatbite app as there was a 20% off. My order came 50 minutes late and I was not made aware till I called after the expected time of delivery. After receiving the order which was now cold I had found a hair in one of the loaded donner meals. I did call the restaurant and they could only say that they were sorry for the cold food and the hair that had been found. After receiving a call from the PHAT BITE owner this morning he was very prompt and apologetic and rectified and compensated the mistakes which happened with my order last night. I have been very impressed with the customer service so thank you very much!

Ordered their iftar box, they gave me 2 burger buns, was wondering why it was so light, only to find the chicken in-between the burger buns missing. LOL

The food is a let down, ordered a Ramadan box (where the burger was missing) the doner biryani is extremely dry and the doner just about has some sort of flavor but taste damp. Won't be visiting again!

Honestly I came here a while ago and I’ve been raving on about this place. It was one of the best restaurants I have been to for a while. Normally when restaurants offer quite a few stuff on the menu they don’t all taste nice, but here everything was amazing , from biryani to smash burgers to wings the lot! I need to come back here soon!
