I don’t often write reviews, but when I do, it’s because I’ve been truly impressed. Exceptional customer service, top-tier quality, and high standards are rare to come by all at once, yet Tops Pizza delivered on all fronts. Yesterday, I placed a large order for a community event, which naturally came with a lot of pressure. Choosing Tops Pizza was the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, their service was seamless. Despite the size of the order, every pizza was made to perfection and delivered exactly on time: hot, fresh, and ready to be enjoyed by our attendees. A special shoutout to Edrees at Tops Pizza Ilford, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He reconfirmed my order the day before, paid attention to every detail, and even provided thoughtful suggestions to help us best accommodate our attendees. man im an old time customer always get my grub with these lot but damn they stingy as hell, called up for a pizza dude didnt even ask what pan i wanted my pizza, i had to call back which i did in 2 minutes, to confirm i needed a thin crust guy told me its already in the oven, fair enough i aint one to assume, then i pull up and i only get 1 garlic sauce for a large pizza, by this time i had left the store, i come back within 2-3 mins, ask for an extra garlic sauce but the brothers telling me he cant chuck me a garlic sauce because the tills are closed and i gotta pay 60p, usually i always get thrown an extra garlic sauce but dude was crying over his 60p, must be new lmao. I told him take the pound coin but he wasnt having it and walked away mid conversation. this all happened at around 1:30-40 am on a wednesday morning. talk to ur staff and teach em to do better. pizzas always great but man yall gotta train your staff better, ive spent well over £150 on my pizzas since i been ordering, id expect a bit of courtesy. thats how you retain your clientele. Oh wells though guess thats how you lot play the game.

The who served us at 23:15 on 6/01/25 was very rude and gave us very bad food we are regular customers and didn’t had any problems before but we had very bad experience yesterday and was not happy at all

Staff is very very rude. call 10 time for order but staff pick up call and cut call that,s really bad .This is the main reason customer avoid to visit this shop. I suggest to shop owner you must give some training to your staff how to talk with customers.Thanks

Bad service, Bad staff, dirtiest pizza ever

“I absolutely love this pizza! The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce is rich and flavorful, and the cheese melts beautifully with a gooey, golden finish. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, giving each bite a burst of flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and care about their craft. It’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had – I’ll definitely be coming back for more!”

Very poor service by the staff. I collected a 13 inch pizza and the guy gave me on sauce with it. When I asked at least give me 2 he denied it and said pay extra. This is ridiculous service. One sauce for a 13 inch pizza.

Say the pizza had plenty of toppings and a nice crispy crust, or that your server was friendly and attentive

I've been getting food from this place for the last 10 years and it's been progressively getting worse! Forget the fact that the prices are a rip off for what u get, but it doesn't even taste nice anymore. The last time I ordered all the sides were burnt same again time. I don't know what's changed maybe the ownership but I'm never ordering from this place again!

I had a few drinks and this place was open late so I thought I would give it a go. Garlic bread with cheese apparently! Photo attached shows anemic garlic bread with a tiny piece of cheese as decoration.i swear they did this as a joke! Never in my life have I received it like this. Wings were slightly burnt. Pizza was the best part. Was actually pretty good. . Would I go to this place again? Probably not. Took forever to deliver. Although, the driver phoned to let me know he was outside which I thought was courteous.

Stopped coming here years ago due to low quality of ingredients but thought i’d give them a go again and wished I hadn’t now. Asked for very less cheese and they interpreted it as extra cheese! Cheese was also rubbery, similar to Pizza GoGo’s cheese. Wedges were ok but id say about 1/3 of them were semi-burnt. This time I’ll definitely not be going back. Threw most of the food away.
