Food was ok - there was 6 of us all asked for salt and vinegar which no one received. I can see in the reviews that this has happened to other people. It arrived 30 mins early than the estimated time so perhaps take the time to salt and vinegar

3 and a half hour wait and food is not here, they are ignoring their phones. i would have rather they rejected my order than make me wait for food that was never going to arrive. at least then i could have ordered somewhere else.

asked for just a sprinkle of cheese on pizza but when it came there was so much cheese on it that when picked up topping just slide of base. not nice

Placed order at 19:50, notified at 20:20 that the order was on it way, still hadn’t been received at 20:50 so called the store, advised that it still hadn’t been sent and would be with us within 30 mins, the app was updated at 21:10 to say it had been delivered but didn’t receive until 21:35. When I phoned the store for an update at 21:25 the staff member was extremely rude, not apologetic whatsoever. The food was freezing when it did eventually arrive. Definitely avoid.

very hard to find a good chippy but this is one if the best I've had in a long time 10/10

Bought a double fish supper, spent most of my time picking small bones from it until I finally gave up and bined it.

Was only given a 1.5L bottle of Fanta instead of a 2L which is quite upsetting as we didn’t have enough for my sons birthday

Overpriced very very greasy fish and soggy chips ate them because we were hungry but won't be back

The food is always good, but the staff are pretty rude and have a ‘who do you think you are’ attitude if you ask about why it’s taking so long. Definitely no customer service training lol. Regardless of how far ahead you call you are always going to be waiting 20 mins after arrival.

Ordered at 6pm, told it would be delivered between 7 or 7.30 pm Eventually arrived at 8.20pm. That is not a good enough service.

Great food and a wee bonus it got with us early. Pretty good for a Saturday night. Definitely be ordering from them again.

My Hubby's Childhood Chippie still providing these best fish suppers in the area. Fantastic choices on a huge menu and amazing deals for Families which tells me they value their customers and care about the Community.

The quality of food.was great however chips cold due to driver just leaving food on cold doorstep and not attempting to knock door or ring bell as witnessed on ring doorbell app. she put delivery on doorstep and then it looked like she took picture of food, then left with no attempt to contact us.

Cash only! Best chippie around here. Way cheaper than Catch or Hook or Mario's with bigger portions. It's a fish and chip shop, but Google doesn't offer that as an option on food i bought! 🤣
