Perfect Kebab in Croydon

Kebabs are quite good. Doner meat above ave. Chicken good. Quite patchy in terms of size and amount of salad. Seem to have different ppl working in there every time i visit. Also, opaque charging £1 for chilli sauce as i asked for it separately and very small pot. Really need ro sharpen up if they want to be used more frequently. Also fridge is showing at 13'c which is too warm and risky. This is their themometer and a worry. Update. This place has changed name, although the chap working there appears to be one of the people involved previously. Unfortunately, the place looks worse and the kebab (albeit one and of course, a small sample), was not great. Was a 4/10 at best, and I won't be revisiting any time soon. Whilst I appreciate it's difficult to run a fast food takeaway in the current environment and I'm sure the chap has difficulty making money as a consequence, I always think you mustn't compromise on food quality. This chap appears to be running on a budget, but it shows.

The customer service is very poor, and if they smile you can say is very fake. Most of the times when you ask something they end up doing whatever they want and they way even when you are the client and you are the one who's paying. The food is in a corrosive packaging thag it should be in the market anymore and the food sometimes has a lot of black stuff in it because they don't clean the grill properly.

Perfect every time. The lamb Shish is the best also the chicken Shish.

Perfect perfect perfect! Chicken so fresh and tasty. As is the salad always so fresh. Nice crispy chips and always still hot on arrival! Our go to for kebabs! Decent proportions and Burgers are banging too! 👌

I ordered a combination kebab (lamb and chicken shish) and it was spot on and also the chilli sauce was great. The delivery was also very quick.

Never ever on time. When you Call they say its coming and then it doesn't. Have to keep calling to find out it still coming having yo wait 1hour and 30 mins when waiting time says 45 mins!!!

Throughly disappointed as kebabs go, it tasted like every other kebab place around. The potion size did not represent the £7.50 for a small lamb with meat barely coming out of the pitta, i have had kebabs twice the size and a third the price. Will not be returning

Delivery was Quick! Food was disapointing ordered the shish kebab with rice and chilli sauce meat had no taste was really chewy rice was salty and the sauce wasnt spicey Shame they do nice burgers here.

The best Shish kebabs of the area, I come here from West Wickham for my kebab cravings.

The lamb stunk like it was gone off that kebab went straight in the bin. We shared the chicken kebab as it was large and we both got food poisoning. Ended being sick all weekend.

the food for this place is horrible, the service is terrible, if you ask for something they will have an argument with the customer, I do not recommend this place. If I could I would give this place a 0 star not a 1 star. The food is really unhygienic, they will give you terrible everything please do not spend your money on this place and plus this place is really long it’s not worth you spending your money and your time with this place

Food came and it was COLD. Rung them to tell them only to be told "the food cant be cold" well it is currently in my oven warming up!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely rude staff on the phone, did not sound like he want to be there. Got our order all wrong and the food turned up cold. Our spicy wings were clearly cooked from frozen and the chicken burger soggy. I do not recommend anyone get food from this place... We couldn’t finish our food and we won’t even feed the leftovers to our dogs.

Ordered chicken shish wrap a large doner and chips. Found them cheap. And the food was of a high standard.(very filling!!!!) Arrived piping hot.will make sure I give the delivery driver an even bigger tip next time. Highly recommend 👍

Got two kebabs all the way home, open the boxes and we realised the Muppet didn't put the meat in pitta bread... That's like forgetting to put a burger in a bun!!

Disgusting place. You might think the food tastes nice, but the food hygiene is BAD. Customer service is non existent. If you complain about anything, you can expect to get banned from using them. Wouldn't be using them again anyway. Thinking of actually going to Trading Standards. I hope they get shut down.

I am absolutely appalled, I ordered two donner and chicken combination kebabs and when they arrived one of them had a dead fly in it laying underneath all of the meat... when I called up to complain the member of staff who spoke to me was very rude and the first thing he said to me was "there is no fly in your food" calling me a liar straight away and not even trying to apologise and correct his mistake. He insisted that I was incorrect telling me that it was "impossible" for there to be a fly in my food, and suggested that I put the fly there myself??? He also banned me from ordering there again, as if this was my fault... Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. Their food is unclean and their customer service is utterly disgraceful.

Disgrace. They delivered a kebab with a dead fly in the box. I called to complain and the member of staff I spoke to refused to take responsibility, he told me that "it's impossible," and suggested that I must have PUT THE FLY THERE MYSELF (....yeah, of course I have a fridge full of dead flies just waiting for this exact situation) and banned me from ordering there again.... Absolutely shocking.

As a coach driver it's not always easy to have dinner but they was very accommodating and the food was very nice the staff was friendly very happy with them

This I a great Kebab shop the food is great and so is the service . It is a family run business and they run the south bridge road Kebab shop in south Croydon as well. They take a lot of phone orders so be sure to confirm your order with them over the phone or better still pick it up to avoid any small mix ups . Well worth a visit and say hi to Kamal when you go in there .

Ordered two kebabs and a quarter pounder arrived on time - kebabs were cold so had to microwave them, opened the burger, stone cold, no sauce or even lettuce , just a tired looking burger in a wet bun , took picture which at least was amusing, contacted hungry house who called the restaurant and was told they didn't care pretty much, hungry house refunded the burger at least so just writing a review to let anyone know - avoid.

Absolutely shocking kebab shop. Order over the phone chicken meat and chips and get delivered a lamb donner. Call up to rectify and I get argued with on the phone that we ordered a donner. Do not like donners, do not eat donners, why would I mention a donner? Rather than apologise and bring me the correct food, the man on the phone was rude and argumentative. Customer is always right? Not in this shop! Oh and the food was disgusting.
