Gran restaurante italiano local que sirve deliciosa pasta casera con una variedad de salsas. Los entrantes y los puds eran deliciosos, especialmente el tiramisú. Tuvimos una noche muy divertida poniéndonos al día con los amigos y a pesar de llegar muy tarde en la noche nunca se sintió apresurado. Un gran lugar para pasar el rato con amigos - sin duda recomendable.

Estaba deseando probar de nuevo este lugar, ya que me gustó mucho la primera vez que fui hace unos años. Los entrantes estaban buenos, pero luego pedí la pasta Caramelle con gambas, ricota y salsa de cangrejo, esperando que fuera un plato delicado, y en su lugar todo lo que pude probar fue mucho ajo, hierbas y especias. Solo logré comer un paquete de pasta ya que el sabor era demasiado abrumador, así que cuando la camarera vino a limpiar la mesa le dije que no me gustaba y que no era lo que esperaba ya que la descripción en el menú solo mencionaba tres ingredientes y nada más. Ella respondió ‘la próxima vez te recomendaré algo más ligero’ - en mi cabeza pensé ‘pedí esto exactamente porque esperaba que fuera un plato ligero según la descripción. . ’ No hay verdadera disculpa incluso cuando ella trajo la factura que incluía el plato inacabado. Le pregunté si le daba comentarios al chef y me dijo que sí. Así que tuve que preguntar, ¿dijo algo? Con una actitud despreocupada, ella respondió que sí, el chef cree que probablemente debería agregar todos los ingredientes en el menú. Eso fue todo: pagué 19 libras por un plato de pasta que no terminé, me fui del lugar con hambre y tuve que tomar gaviscón por la noche de todos modos debido a esa pieza que tenía. Los comentarios de los clientes deben ser apreciados en lugar de ser tomados como críticas, pero lo más importante, debe ser gestionado de manera que sea cual sea la experiencia negativa, se haga algo al respecto para recuperarlo y hacer que el cliente quiera volver a pesar del problema. En este caso específico, esto no necesariamente significaba quitar el artículo de la factura o dar un descuento, incluso una charla con el chef habría sido una buena manera de reconocer el problema, o que la camarera mostrara un poco de cuidado en el asunto. Nada de esto sucedió, que es probablemente lo que más me decepcionó.

The worst Italian food I have ever had and I’m part Sicilian. You’re better off going to a fake Italian chain restaurant like spaghetti house. The pasta was a big bowl of oily spicy mess completely inedible. The waitress was rude and kept on giving excuses for the muck on our plates. We will never be going there again and will not be recommending it to anyone. I actually wanted to warn the people who just entered not to eat there it was that bad. After writing this review we received a very unprofessional and arrogant response. To the owner and his wife we aren’t the only people who have stated the exact same thing on googles review page. If I could have, I would have given you zero stars. You should be glad my husband paid the entire bill and as I said before service charge isn’t mandatory. We aren’t in America. Your service was almost as disgusting as your food. Also when your clumsy self was dropping cutlery all over the floor, he got up and helped you clean up but you felt it necessary to mention he wanted you to do something special for me as it was our anniversary but you didn’t do anything and he didn’t say he wanted anything for free. Maybe you should reconsider the way you treat your customers.

We had a faultless meal at this restaurant tonight! All of our dishes were amazing. We stumbled across this spot in an article about dog friendly dining and are so glad that we did, our pup was also well looked after with some water and pats.

This is a delightful restaurant serving delicious Italian food. We had extremely good lasagne, tagliatelle and some wonderful tortellini followed by some of the best deserts we had had in ages. We would definitely recommend it!

We come in London for Xmas Holidays and , as Italians, enjoyed the experience of a genuine Italian cuisine. Very nices both the Owner and his wife. Noted for next time:)

The food was so nice, delicious I will say. I had a sea food pasta special with a lovely glass of Maso Toresella Trentino Chardonnay which complemented the food so nicely. The olives were great too served hot which was a first for me. And of course the Lemoncello was good too. Our waitress was lovely very attentive. Complements to the chef. I will be coming back again for sure, even it’s it’s only for a glass of wine or two.🤗

Lovely local Italian with great homemade pasta and always a decent bottle of wine. The owner is on site and is also the chef. Just a lovely spot and without pretension. Good value as the food quality is excellent and it has a very pleasant interior. Not too modern and not too dated. Spot on. Ordered Olives and Rustic bread as an appetiser and wow the olives were amazing with a buttery smooth peachy texture, more please. Followed by the Nduja pasta and Pinot Rose wine went down a treat for Sunday lunch. My friends had Chicken Milanese and Lasagna, and were equally impressed with the taste and flavours of their succulent dishes. This left no room for desert but lovely coffee followed. A great social eating experience in really lovely little bistro restaurante with Italiano style to leave you with a great feeling afterwards.

We took our son, his wife and our 11 day old grandson together with his great grandparents to the restaurant closest to their flat and what a delightful experience! It was quiet but still lots of atmosphere and the food exceeded any meal I have had in the last couple of years. They made us very welcome and it was relaxed introduction for nervous first time parents to taking the baby out. We shall be back as soon as possible

Since Enoteca Turi moved to Pimlico we have struggled to find a warm, welcoming neighbourhood Italian. We can stop looking now. Three of us went for a last meal before lockdown and had an excellent meal. The Bao, bruschetta and Aubergine were all accomplished starters. This was followed by home made Tagliatelle with ragu and another with wild boar sauce that were excellent. Topped of with mini-donuts and a Mille feuille, we had a great dinner.
