We ordered a date night bundle from Peppeckish and Giuseppe delivered it to us. It was so tasty, the portions were very generous (we have leftovers!) and the ingredients were of a high quality. We’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Peppeckish. Thank you Giuseppe and Sindy!

We have had a takeaway twice from Peppeckish since the lockdown and neither disappointed. We all agreed the lasagne was the best we had ever tasted and the tiramisu is wonderful both in taste and quantity. You are very lucky if you live near to this service. I hope the pop up will reopen at the Hill Station at some point but in the meantime I am very happy with the takeaways.

I've been here twice and highly recommend. The food is really delicious. The menu has 2 or 3 choices for each course and can be viewed beforehand on the facebook page. The owner/chef comes round to each table to speak to his customers despite being busy in the kitchen which is a lovely touch.

I went with my boyfriend after following pepepeckish on instagram for a few weeks, and it truly lived up to expectations. The food was glorious, the chef was kind and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Really excellent fresh food which is reasonably priced. The service is very good and the chef chap came round to talk to each table which was a very nice touch - most restaurants don't care anymore about the customer and it made us feel valued. Only downside - the drinks are VERY pricey for what they are - bottles of wine are £30. Not necessarily faulting the owners - perhaps that's just what they need to do to stay open. But it means that it was a much more expensive trip than we expected, having seen the price of the food in advance. Will definitely go back, though. Just more of a treat than a weekly visit! A lovely community gem.

I’ve seen the Peppeckish pop up notices on our local Facebook page - they pop up in the Telegraph Hill Centre once a week (soon to be twice). We were delighted to find it open on an evening when we were attending a Telegraph Hill Festival concert next door in St Catherine’s Church. So we .popped in for supper afterwards. Very friendly welcome. Absolutely fabulous food - full of wonderful Italian flavours. Giuseppe talks passionately about the food he cooks and he sources wonderful authentic ingredients, including the wine. We will certainly be returning, concert or not.

Just finished dinner at Saturday night pop up near Queens Road. Wonderful food and terrific atmosphere - little slice of Southern Italy in South East London. Buffalo mozzarella with anchovies drizzled in olive oil and beet soup for antipasti; very rich tagliatelle with chickpeas (we omitted pappardelle) and wow squid ink pasta with vongole were all fantastic as was the tiramisu we boxed and brought home. Lovely evening; we’ll go again.

I finally made it to the Peppeckish pop up last night in the Telegraph Hill Community Centre, after following their enticing posts on Facebook for months. It lived up to my very high expectations. There were just three starters (all around £5), two pastas (£10), three desserts, three wines and a beer on the menu. Everything was superb quality. Each ingredient comes with a story. The owners could not be more welcoming. Home made pasta with anchovy butter and parmesan was positively dreamy. We shared all three starters and I would recommend anyone else going there to do the same. Home cured beetroot salmon with fresh, crisp rocket; tender and flavoursome salami; a refreshing fennel and orange salad. The Primitivo wine was complex, moorish and reasonably priced. I am so glad they are having a regular slot on Saturday now and will definitely be back.
