Not recommended. Disappointed. Ordered online and first slot was in 30 minutes and that was ok. when arrived to collect the order was not ready. Need to wait 15 minutes (45 minutes to preapare meal). Result: part of order was already cold. Meal was much away from photoes. Explaination from staff that they bussy and could not prepare my meal on time not accepted because I was a witness that other person ordered meal inside was waiting less then 15 minutes. Food not worthed price

2 hours 45mins for delivery came cold as ice chicken burnt

That was the worst it's ever been as good customers every thing was cold, no sauce, chicken was very dry and no peri peri salt on the not fresh chips we could only eat half of it. So I would like to get our money back as £36 is a lot of money for tha

Still waiting on delivery from 8pm it’s now nearly half 9. The place won’t even answer the phone. I take it we are not getting our food!

Good was wrong again for the 8th time out of the last 10 orders, have repeatedly spoke to one of the managers about this continuing issue. Even went in to get it remade one time and they still got it wrong after that. Horribly horribly run.

Clean and tidy restaurant. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Wasn't overly busy when I was in. Food was really good had the chicken wings and chicken strips. Had a side portion of piri piri fries as well. Would definitely recommend here if you haven't tried it

Just been in....waited as ignorant staff totally ignored myself and another customer...absolutely ridiculous behaviour, no manners at all..! The rice was freezing, the chicken with the rice was semi warm but still cold… the chicken wings where also freezing and the mozzarella sticks wherent cooked correctly the cheese was rock solid

Consistently making mistakes, any requests not being adhered too and cold chips on most orders. When requested a refund from the last order mistake got rejected considering the chips were freezing and my burgers were not as requested and also the bread was ruined and turned to mush.

Chips where cold & hard an chicken was black on one side absolute disgrace to pay £16 for it would feed it to my dog

I placed an order through Uber Eats and specifically selected non-spicy options, but the food was so spicy that I couldn't eat it at all. It was the spiciest meal I've ever had. They don't respect the customizations you choose when ordering.

Delivery was 1hr 40mins. Take away however marked as delivered in order to keep the site happy. However food also arrived very cold

4 Indian men working the till, none of the spoke good English charged £3,70 for a small tub of Ben and jerrys. Asked for refund none of them knew what it meant. None of them knew how to tidy up the place looked like Delhi by how mess it was my mates food stunk aswell

for my food i got a regular chicken wrap with mild sauce, not hot at all that was my mistake lol, overall the food is so good, the service is good, loved this place, atmosphere isn't special but it's nice and spacious. on the other hand there isn't a lot of seating. best thing is it's not expensive lol

Great experience overall, we ordered 2 whole peri peri chickens one is hot sauce with dressing touch of Lemon and herb and one with the mild sauce only and they mistakenly put lemon and herb dressing on mild but still we are ok but when we are eating the chicken was under grilled which i don’t like much and peri peri fires were outstanding and staff is very friendly and open to suggestions if you need which we like the most needs a bit improvement on chicken while grilling. 100% recommended

First time here and we’ve always wanted to try it. Place was clean and nice and wasn’t busy so got served right away. Ordered the spicy quesadilla and to be honest it was just ok. Not a lot of flavour to any of it, apart from the lemon sauce or whatever it was. Fries with peri salt was nice though. Not sure I would go back - would probably prefer KFC or Nando’s. Overall, rather disappointed with what I got. Maybe need to try something else to change my mind.

I ordered two pizzas there were a lot of pieces. The pizza was delivered 20 minutes before the estimated time. The person who delivered the pizza to me was very polite and nice. Highly recommended 👌

I called to order and i have a friend that works there i asked to speak to him because he knows my order and they guy working there said they were off and quoted ‘if u want to speak to ur friend call them privately’and hung up so i rang my friend and he told me he was working and after asking that employee what his name was he refused to give it to me worst servise ever And im a regular customer i order alot from there idk why this is happening

Normally a decent spot, but shoving a BBQ sizzler into a small bag? The wrap was bent in the middle and not even wrapped fully... Disappointed, will consider twice before ordering on a Saturday.

love pepes usually, this time the chips were a bit cold and the chicken wasn't very hot either. hit or miss

The chicken dish exhibited an unusual texture and was marginally overcooked. Additionally, an unpleasant flavor was detected. The marinade-type sauce, which should have been applied after the cooking process, was instead added prior to cooking, resulting in an undesirable taste.

Chicken was weird texture and somewhat undercooked. Tasted really odd too. Rather than the marinade type sauce being added before cooking it was poured over after and took over the plate. On the up side the chips were fine. Maybe just a once off experience and the staff were very friendly.

There was quite a bit of smoke but food was delicious and service was also great. It was a little bit pricey though

The food here is really good, but be warned - do not get cocky thinking you can handle the hottest chicken on offer. I like spicy food so had the ‘hot’ chicken n’ rice box, not being brave enough for the ‘extra hot’ or ‘extreme’. The ‘hot’ was a lot hotter than expected. Next time I’ll go ‘mild’, which I’d say is plenty hot enough for most people.

What Nandos should be. Just as good regarding quality, but can often have a lot more flavour. The fact that it's cheaper and quicker, makes it a winner out of the two. Could do with a bit of modernisation / updating to look a bit smarter, but that's just me nit-picking. Staff are genuinely nice too. Never had a bad meal, so really can't fault the place!

Used to be one of our favourite takeaways. Recently they seem to have increased the price and reduced quality. Ordered a takeaway, the hot chicken tender strips were not grilled properly and tasted bland. The Quasadillas used to be served in a box, they just wrapped in a paper, all stuck together and soggy. The chips smelt of stale oil. The chicken wrap was decent. I am not sure if I will be ordering again. 😒

Shocking. Ordered chicken fillet meal,hot, received lemon and herb, rang back, eventually they said they would replace the whole order, not eating cold chips by time replacement chicken comes. Whole new order came, they took the old one away, opened the chicken, lemon and herb again!! Just gave up at that point. Shame, cos we love pepes, might be off the list for the foreseeable……

The best meal of my life. chips were beautifully cooked and seasoned, paneer was done just right and an amazing amount put on my rice, piri piri pita was absolutely delicious, and to top it off the garlic mayo is the best i’ve ever tasted. WILL be buying again whoever was cooking on saturday night, i hope u have a great life.

Food is amazing, the perfect amount of spice and very tasty. Service is good too, never get order wrong and are very thorough when taking your order. Doesn't take too long for food to be ready, would highly recommend their spicy chips and garlic mayo! Atmosphere is strange feels a bit quiet even when its busy, but nonetheless doesn't deter me as food is so good. Highly recommend for spice lovers <3

Before we could get tuck into are food the we open up the bag and are food was all over inside are two meals was in one so we had to get two bowls so are food would not go all over the floor but the much we lost was not worth the money we paid for it it's the first time that are food came like this I think that I could be put of for ordering again because it seems that no care was taking about my food, go on give it a go but hope it doesn't happen to your food wise I had whet in to the store and sit down and eat my food

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere

Chicken was nice. No salad in the pitta bread and the pita bread pocket was torn to shreds. Was much better the last time I tried here
