What Nandos should be. Just as good regarding quality, but can often have a lot more flavour. The fact that it's cheaper and quicker, makes it a winner out of the two. Could do with a bit of modernisation / updating to look a bit smarter, but that's just me nit-picking. Staff are genuinely nice too. Never had a bad meal, so really can't fault the place!

Good food, friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean and bright space to eat in. Plenty of parking close by. No complaints.

Used to be one of our favourite takeaways. Recently they seem to have increased the price and reduced quality. Ordered a takeaway, the hot chicken tender strips were not grilled properly and tasted bland. The Quasadillas used to be served in a box, they just wrapped in a paper, all stuck together and soggy. The chips smelt of stale oil. The chicken wrap was decent. I am not sure if I will be ordering again. 😒

Very good chicken shop and probably my favourite food place in Lisburn. If you don’t like spice mild or medium flavour is very good

Food is amazing, the perfect amount of spice and very tasty. Service is good too, never get order wrong and are very thorough when taking your order. Doesn't take too long for food to be ready, would highly recommend their spicy chips and garlic mayo! Atmosphere is strange feels a bit quiet even when its busy, but nonetheless doesn't deter me as food is so good. Highly recommend for spice lovers <3

Great peri peri chicken and really tasty! Family friendly.

I ordered a paneer wrap for my vegetarian daughter and they served her a chicken wrap, she was very upset after accidentally eating meat and although the staff member replaced it she didn't so much as apologise. The food for the rest of our group was very good but our experience was understandably soured by this mistake.

Chicken wings were very small and not nice. Rice was wet. Not as nice as it used to be last year and quite a lot more expensive.

The food quality is good but they recently stopped serving fried chicken menu so quite a few items on the menu are not available anymore.

I am a regular customer here. But today's visit let me decideed I will never visit again. 2 male staff working here today. One of them is really rude. Whatever I said he is not repond just looking at the screen.have no idea what happened. Dont like it at all.

I had rice and chicken, I don't know how in the world you can make such a simple ingredients taste horrible but apparently you can, is anyone there knows a difference between spicy and sour? My rice and chicken tasted like lemon, couldn't finish it. Do you call lemon spicy? Won't come back there again.

food was just ok. we ordered peri peri chicken n suce was all over the plate n it was paper plate so it was no comfortable the spoon n fork were wooden. it had good taste when i visited them one year ago.. but now it was not up tothe mark

Nice diner for lunch After church on Sundays

In a nut shell it's good chicken cooked fresh. You have to wait slightly longer than at the likes of KFC but you know your food is fresh. Really good value and portion sizes. If you're feeling healthy get half a chicken without the chips. Upon return I order a quarter chicken which had much less chicken than a burger of equivalent cost.

Service was good, the interior is lovely amd clean and spacious. But the food is really unimpressive, salted chips are not salted much if at all, the chicken isn't tender, slaw is really tasteless and there just isn't much going on with the sauces

Very poor customer service, ordered a meal for more than £20 they try to charge me twice an extra £0.50 twice for extra peri peri aauce on my meal which shouldnt be charged as I always visit Pepe’s piri piri chicken in England they never charged me extra money for that, and I canceled my order left the restaurant will never be back again!!!

Excellent taste, very economical and fresh food. Good variety of burgers and rice. Loved it. Every time I go belfast one trip to Pepes is must.

Cant replace Nandos but still not bad at all

Rude staff. requested no sauce or salad on the wrap and it came with extra sauce. Rang up to see if I could get it replaced and they told me next time to check it. Would not recommend. Overpriced.

Good chicken based fast food, cooked from fresh. If you get the Chick'n'rice don't make it a meal as there's too much to eat for lunch when you add fries, chicken and rice is plenty.

Never really go in here. Went once with my mum and brother and it was average. Boyfriend ordered food from them off of just eat and half of it didn’t arrive. Just go to subway or bodenes or anywhere else…

I've been eating out of here for about three years now and it's my favourite place for chicken. The chicken and rice box is one of my favourite takeaways from here .

Highly recommended if you are a peri peri fan. Had a great time there, superb food and very friendly staffs . 5 stars

Ordered 24/12/2021 - arrived around an hour after, which isn’t bad considering it was Xmas eve. Good burger, I wouldn’t go for the peri peri salt option again as it came unfairly distributed/clumped up in the chips which made most inedible. I’d still order from again, family ordered the chicken wraps including one with an extra fillet and verdict was good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We haven't had takeaway from Pepe's in a while, not quite sure why. I ordered at the counter, service was fine. We had the family platter (which had a whole chicken, some wings, spicy rice, fries and dips) and a chicken fillet burger meal. Food was ready in about 15 mins (which is to be expected as it's cooked fresh). By the time I got home, food was still piping hot. Chicken was very flavoursome and juicy. The fillet burger was massive! Really can't fault any component of the meal. There was only one very minor grumble which is that they had some special offers running which were printed on a small inconspicuous sign on the counter, I could have saved a few quid but I didn't notice until it was too late. I will know better next time as we will definitely be back.

I am here at the moment Wednesday 7th of October at 3.40 pm nd I complained that my chicken was uncooked instead of trying to cook it properly for me he gave out to me that I was the only one who had complained! Absolutely ridiculous

Love the piri piri chicken from Pepe's. Would love to see the piri mayo added to the menu that you can get in the branches in the rest of UK as it's a great addition to the extreme wings and chicken strips

Best tasting chicken in and around the Belfast area. Only downside is the price which is towards the premium side (for example, £0.70 for adding peri salt to chips is a lot of money, considering a bottle of nandos peri salt costs £1.90 from tesco!!)

Ordered chicken fillet burger, recieved a soggy burger bap with 3 chicken gougons, it isn't a fillet burger, mis advertising at it's best. Ordered a large chip, received a small to medium sized chip by any stretch of the imagination medium chip at best
