Didn’t arrive on time, due to driver breaking down and didn’t receive any call too let me know. When we called up he said they were looking for another driver and too wait another 20minutes. All food arrived cold and soggy had to reheat in the microwave. Not happy at all, this is not what I pay for£30 for!!!!

I was not sure about the food but the teller was really helpful suggesting me the fillets and really was an excellent choice. Great cuatomer service

Pathetic customer service, There was some confusion in order, someone else's order was given to me and mine was given to someone else. When I realised it is not mine, I have returned but they kept me waiting for an hour to give my order. They didn't even care to say sorry. Very disappointing customer service.

Food arrived over hour late when it did the chips were freezing £35 and it was terrible. Forgot my pop even tho they did bring me one the chips were freezing n wouldn’t fill a toddler…. Won’t be ordering again terrible

Food arrived cold, delivery driver not happy to deliver to second floor flat, wanted me to meet him outside and part of order missing. Tried to contact the shop, no answer, left message but no-one called me back

The order never arrived and after two hours of chasing this they said they won’t deliver. This failure for delivery has happened on many occasions and the manager told me her has no time to talk to me as they are busy. Appalled.

Delicious meal from Pepes. Sometimes they're hit and miss with how the meal is cooked. For example, the chicken can arrive burnt at times and the veg is extremely lacking in the chicken box. Otherwise, they are great! It hasn't put me off.

Orderd my food at 12 just eat said 45 minutes to arrive, received a phone call saying it will be 10 minutes late. It Took nearly 4 hours for my food to arrive phoned up multiple times in the end asked for a refund which they refused because"the order has left the store", when I left a review on just eat they replied saying I was lying, then had the cheek to phone my place of work to ask me to take it down . Shame because the foods amazing but the service here is terrible.

Don’t waste your time ordering for collection, they never start making the food until you actually get there to pickup which takes another 30 mins on top of usual 30 min wait time for collection, happens every single time

Ordered at 8:54, said on the app delivered at 9:55 didnt turn up till 10:10. Food was loose in bag, had to put the meals together like a jigsaw. decent thing in the bag was the pepsi. Poor quality, cannot believe i saved my cheat meal for this.

Lovely food at Pepe,s. Parking near is a bit hard, however, there is loads of space behind in the car park.

Visiting Pepe's is always a safe spot. But sometimes it depends on the store. Some can let you down. This store was very clean; tables, floor and windows. It just feels nice when you sit and eat. Ordered the 1/4 chicken with chips. Mango and lime flavour. The presentation of the food was very nice. Taste, texture, flavour, freshness were all on point. Fries were made fresh too. There's free parking around the store. My only downside was the table was not stable. Whenever I wanted to cut the chicken or pick up a fry; the table would move left to right and vice versa. Very annoying. Otherwise I enjoyed my meal all round.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, The store was well maintained and it was very clean and set the perfect tone for my Lunch. However, the highlight of my afternoon was undoubtedly the food. Each dish which I ordered was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavour and presented beautifully. It’s clear that your chefs are incredibly skilled and passionate about what they do. Will definitely visit soon again Highly recommended.

You could see that the chicken strips have been cut for savings. Food takes a while to get cooked. Food tastes good tho but portions sizes are not how they should be. Rude staff, customer service lacking

First time trying pepe's overall great experience. Food was lovely and fresh. Bit too spicy for my pallet. But i know what im working with next time i order. Kids chicken nugget meal bit pricey for just 3 nuggets. Delivery driver was a lovely lad.

Food was late by an hour from the original time the order was expected to be delivered. Forgotten the sauces again.

the app specified a time, however after I got there I had to wait a further 45 mins. The shop was extremely busy, so the delay was understandable. The app needs to specify a realistic time to avoid people waiting unnecessarily

orderd at 12 had a phonecall at 1 saying it will be 20 minutes late, half 2 still no show phoned up and asked for refund, refused to refund as it was on its way they said. waited until half 3 tried to phone again they keot rejecting my calls, had to go work at half 4 so never received my food. finally spoke to someone again, who refused to refund me as its on its way around 5oclock and was told I shouldn't have orderd if I was going out. it shouldn't take over 5 hours to deliver chicken.

Placed my order at 21:24 and it arrived at 22:48. When it arrived all 4 dips had exploded covering the drinks cans. In a mixture of sweet chilli, garlic mayo and piripiri mayo x2. Very disappointing as the food was superb 👌🏻. Please improve your delivery service 👍🏻

Absolutely devastated! My fiancé ordered two large meals for us, one large chicken strips meal and one large chicken and rice box meal. The chips were sent as medium and then instead of the chicken and rice box for myself I was sent what looks to be a quesadilla so now whilst my fiancé is eating I’m still starving and still haven’t heard back for a replacement meal or a refund after the manager told me he’d ring back in 10 minutes. I’m absolutely fuming!!

Delicious tasty and best local take out by far. Spice levels were bang on, grilled chicken was fresh and cooked beautifully.Service was excellent. Definitely ordering again, bravo Pepes 👏👏

We’re regular customers and the food was great as usual. It was delivered really late and without an apology and when emptying the bags, half our order was missing. I’m still awaiting a refund. Won’t be back until it’s received I’m sorry to say as we love the food

Food is always amazing, really high quality and delicious. Unfortunately they seem to have a habit of marking the order as out for delivery as soon as the delivery window time hits, but it doesn't turn up, when you ring them and they tell you the driver is "just leaving". don't mark it out for delivery if it's not actually out for delivery. thankfully the food as mentioned, is always delicious (and hot thanks to the driver "just leaving" when you ring)

I ordered on Uber eats at 15:11 and it did not arrive until 16:30, I ordered a hot and spicy quesadilla which was good nothing wrong with that, I also ordered a pasta la vista (paneer) which is a new item on their menu, I would not recommend anyone order this item as it was so greasy I couldn’t eat it, swimming in oil so much my pasta needed arm bands to survive, I rung up when my order was 20 minutes late and the person who answered was not helpful at all and just said “left two minutes ago” so i gave it another 10 minutes and rung up again, he still was not helpful and just said “it’ll be with you in two minutes”, he then said he would contact the delivery driver. Attached is also a photo of the receipt which looks like it is covered in oil and food.

Absolutely terrible service tonight didn’t receive my burrito when I ordered a burrito meal, my food arrived late and was cold. Phoned the shop and was told a manager would get back to me in 20-30 mins no call back surprise surprise. Really disappointing I won’t be ordering from here again and I’ve ordered in the past but service has definitely gone downhill.

Great food but, everything else was awful ! I placed a pickup order to be ready in 15 minutes - I turned up at the arranged time only to wait a total of 25 minutes.. even though it was meant to be ready on arrival!! Waiting to ask about my order, woman on the til ignored me - didn’t wanna know.. had to call a staff member for attention - not even sorry about it. Shocking. ** much better improvement past few visits - staff are much more polite

this place was disgusting. me and my friend went into pepes at 8:15 and ordered our food we both ordered the same meal (chicken nuggets , chips mozzarella dippers and a drink) we then proceeded to sit down and wait thinking it would be about 10-15 mins but i was wrong! we ended up getting our food at 8;45 PM 30 MINUTES LATER and there wasn’t even that many people in the restaurant!! may i also add when i sat down i remembered that i forgot to order my mozzarella dippers so i went back up and politely asked the women working behind the till if i could add them to my order ! she then proceeded to hand me just mozerella dippers and refused to give them to me with my meal i said “could i please have them with my meal when it comes” and she turned around and said “i’ll give them to u now” so i went back and sat down with just the mozzarella dippers (they were going cold may i add) and also my friend was still waiting on her food as well. when the food finally arrived after that stupid amount of time because who knew it would take 30 mins to make chicken nuggets and chips ? i could have just chucked them in my own air fryer which would have took about 10 mins i don’t know why i didn’t ! we then eat our food and my COLD mozzarella dippers! then they handed my friends pepsi to her with an extreme loose lid it was not on properly at all and she spilt it on the floor and that’s all they gave her was ONE TISSUE to clean it and it was a big spillage. and they didn’t even offer her a new drink after they had just gave her a drink with a loose lid? me and my friend then went up and asked for some ketchup and in a normal food place you would usually get given about 4 sashes of ketchup but no they gave me and my friend 1 sashe of ketchup which of course is gonna be enough for 5 chicken nuggets plus chips isn’t it. it’s ridiculous we should have got given a few amount of sauces. to sum this up in the best way possible is the service was shocking , workers were so so rude and were extremely slow. there was also one toliet in the place (a dirty toilet) , what if the restaurant had been very busy and there was only 1 toliet? absolutely disgusting.

Pepe’s has lost a customer today the reason being after paying for extra sauce in our rice box but didn’t receive it. I then proceeded to walk to the counter and ask for more sauce but got refused after paying for it also it’s freezing cold inside not safe for children to sit down think twice about coming here
