amazing food was hot and fresh friendly staff who were very helpful recommend the chicken rice with garlic sauce would definitely come again

Delivery driver did not ring me and I’m not sure about the giant burger it just looks like a normal burger to me

We bought 3 Piri Piri burgers which had not been coated with any chillies or sauce even after requesting them to be made spicy, and there was barely any salad in the burger. The chicken was incredibly dry and bland. The chips were dry and a few were overcooked. We had called them to discuss this and they were rude and unprofessional.

Order for delivery during Lockdown and was charged £37 for 18 wings and a small box of wedges. A rip off. When we opened the chicken it had a bad smell to it so didn’t eat it. Called them to show dissatisfaction and they hung up. Try to help businesses out during lockdown and this is what you get.

Food wasn’t satisfying nor was it cooked

The beef burger was really bad! And it did not have thai sweet and like taste at all! Thr wrap was so small! This is not how it was before i am really unhappy with the service

Two hours late, two days in a row. And whenever you try to ring them to find what's wrong, they pick up pretending they gonna call the driver and then ignore you. So it's all about getting your money 👍

I often order from just eat, not just this account but my siblings and more than once something from my order has been missing! This particular order was wrong and they forgot one portion of chips and dips that I paid for!

Hopeless. We ordered for a Fathers Day meal, the chicken was meant to be ‘hot’, we got ‘mild’ in fact it was sweet. The drinks that came with the meal were warm. We’ve ordered exactly the same meal before and it’s been spot on, but this time when it was actually for a special meal- a flop. Tried to call them for at least 30 mins and no answer. Very frustrating and annoying.

Love ordering from here the food is finger licking GOOD, and the variety is all to try. I love there olive and feta cheese salads which I forgot to order this time.. 😋. The lime mango flavoured grill chicken is to die for 🍗😜❤️❤️the chips are always hot and fresh. The kids love there grilled wings and always ask for more.. 😋😋😋😋. Sorry but NANDO'S CAN'T COMPETE. I ordered the rice and grilled chicken for the first time and that's there secret... A very big secret that is delicious, moreish and amazing. Portion sizes are excellent. Ordered on Ubereats at around 18:30, our order was cancelled at 19:30, 15 minutes before it was due to be delivered. It is completely unacceptable to have a customer wait an hour and cancel on them with no good reason given at all. Won't even try to order again in the future if they are just going to cancel on me because they feel like it.

The food was freezing cold. I also ordered a peri peri wrap and instead received a fried wrap, paid extra to make it large and instead got a shrivelled up bit of fried chicken. Didn’t eat any of the order, went straight in the bin. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Food was tasty, hot and good quality. The driver was friendly and explained why the food was late. My only issue was is that if the foods gonna be late just put an extension in on Just Eat so people can be aware of it rather than waiting around not knowing what’s happening

Although it came early it was still cold. Lamb burger was absolutely tiny, with one little slice of onion in it. Piri piri burger was nice, but paid for large meal and came the same as a regular. Disappointed.

Unfortunately there was a weird smell coming from the chicken and the fries tasted stale and cold.

Food was tasty and made me and my families Friday night on lock down. Nando's can't compare. There grilled mango and lime chicken is to die for. There chips are always taste even if cold. But everything was hot delicious and moreish. Will diffinently recommend to others. OOW salads are always fresh.

Unfortunately the grilled chicken burger was dry and not edible, the fries were overcooked and the fillet burgers were hard and not even hot. Not happy with the food at all.

Tasty & a lot quicker than expected

My order took 2 hours and 10 minutes to arrive. When it arrived it was stone cold and I was also missing 2 different parts of my order. The burger also wasn’t cooked properly. I haven’t yet received a refund either! Won’t ever order from here again

Have changed a delivery time and still failed to deliver :D Haven't had some of ingridients of my order - so changed them, why they are in menu if you don't have ingridients? Restaurant was not picking up the phone or was hanging my call - I just wanted to calmly ask for update, but nobody wanted to speak with me. Something wrong guys, maybe management ***Never again***

Worst I've had in years!!! Half the order was missing, I was meant to have a peri peri chicken fillet in pitta..It was the oldest dryest piece of chicken that had NO sauce at all an about 3 pieces of rotten lettuce. I've actually taken pictures as proof and wish I could post them on here because you would be stunned! Corner of the chicken so dyed out it had cracked, Curled up an goin black?! Tried to call restaurant (although restaurant it DEF I'd NOT) Engaged an then suddenly CLOSED on justeat! Totally out of pocket and honestly would suggest you never buy food from here as you will sadly regret it!

A horrible experience. After purchasing from here many times I had full confidence I’d be getting a decent meal, but shocked is an underestimate on the description of the food. Soggy chips, and a slice of beef chucked into a burger bun, its not what I call a meal, intact I traveled from a distance to collect the food. If this was local to me, defiantly I would have bought the food back. A complete waste of time, and a horrible experience. Never again.

My food was set to arrive at 1:45 - 1:45 passed and still no food, I called the restaurant and I was told my food would be with me in 5 minutes. My food arrived a whole 15 mins later. Please issue me a refund for my FULL order. Thank you

Ordered from here a few times now and usually the food is really nice. However the last two times we have been given just a leg piece of chicken not a 1/4 and mix ups of humus/coleslaw

I am one of those people that never thought I would write a review but this restaurant has annoyed me so much that I think it is justified for me to write a brutally honest review. Here goes... The chicken salad was awful, a complete disservice to the definition of a salad. They literally have no idea what a chicken salad is supposed to be like. I get it, you're lazy, you don't know how to make the things you have on the menu, but at the bear minimum one should go on to Google image search and see what a chicken salad is supposed to look like! Very poor ingredients chosen, the type you get for free when you order a takeaway elsewhere where the main meal isn't a salad. Who has the audacity to include olives that contain seeds in a chicken salad? That was a real shocker, and is actually a very serious concern as this is definitely a chocking hazard. No surprise with the quarter pounder, did not come with cheese. Literally a bun with the patty in there and some onions. The Mozzarella sticks are a complete rip-off! £2.29 for 3 sticks that are each 3 inches long. Chocolate fudge cake was substandard with an expiry date at the end of the year. Very poor standards. No attention to detail whatsoever and I don't think management will ever make the fundamental changes necessary to elevate this brand. To whoever is going to reply to this: STOP! Don't bother replying back with some lame "I am sorry to hear about your experience" template response and the fact that you have failed to meet the common sense standards in producing and delivering food. It is too late now you have literally killed the LTV of at least 3-4 customers because that's what happens to your bottom line when you don't give a sheet about your customers (who are people by the way) and then we go and tell our closest friends and relatives how bad the experience was (which is exacerbated by internet and social media) Ultimately, that is how businesses will eventually fail.

Ordered at 9.15 and it didn’t turn up until 11.45. Lack of communication didn’t even answer the shop phone for over 30 minutes. Wings were soggy and the burger was dry. Would not order again!!!

The food was delayed by 30mins from the expected time. This was updated an hr after placing the order. From this new expected time, the food still came 25 mins later. I tried to call the restaurant but the number didn't not dial through, tried googling a number and still there was no answer. Talking to Kristina on the chat messager, she suggested I still wait for the order otherwise I'll be charged 50% of the full order. Which is unacceptable considering I placed my order almost 2 hours ago. I feel like the service from just eat does not compensate for my time, and the restaurant did not respond at all.

This was the 3rd time that we received wrong cold and late order from this restaurant,we ordered food from just eat and because there was no option for gourmet burger I chose the half pounder burger but on that time we called the restaurant that we want tha gourmet burger so can u please change the halfpounde they said ok don’t worry but when delivery came the food was absolutely cold and I received frozen burgers that they grilled frozen lamb from pack and no cheese no salad nothing as I’m pregnant 7 months, so I’m not allowed to eat frozen food, so I had to put the food in the bean and the most worse part when we called Resturant the man spoke and he said u ordered this so we delivered I said but we called you and u confirmed the contract order with us and I warned them that we will leave a review he replied to me very rudely listen do complain leave a review whatever u want to do do I don’t care about it. This was really rude answer and very poor customer service.

Quarter pounders were hard to swallow as they were very dry

The delivery man was very rude to me and came extremely late compared to the time that the food was said to be delivered by. I am very angry about your delivery mans behaviour and attitude when talking me and giving me the food. This is the second time this same delivery man has come 30 minutes or more later when it should only take around 35-40 minutes for the food to be here.

I had initially booked a time slot for 18:15 but after placing the order the time changed to 18:45. Not very good for when you are hangry. I called up the restaurant who told me they couldn’t do a delivery any earlier. I got a call back 15 mins later for them to tell me they would deliver earlier. I was actually quite impressed they delivered much earlier without compromising my food. The chicken was well marinated and succulent one food that let me down was the chicken steak burger.

Really didn’t like the burgers as both of them were very very dry. Felt like we eat something which was made yesterday and microwave it before sending it. Only chicken wings were good. I would really like refund on the burgers please.

Nearly everything was great except for the chicken steak burger. It was squashed and flat as a pancake. It was packaged in paper , in a foil bag so to be expected it would not look good. There was a handful of lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo. It did not look appealing or appetizing at all and as soon as my son saw it he said "I'm not eating that" . Luckily I had ordered two sides for him to eat instead. I don't understand why it was delivered in such a way.

Food arrived late and was cold on arrival. There were missing items from my order. I also could jot contact the restaurant as the line was busy constantly for over an hour. They also did not complete the order on the system which meant just eats complaint department could not process my complaint and refund for missing items. Unacceptable.

I've been Pepe's customer for many years but lately they have really let me down. Me and my wife came back from holiday, very hungry and ordered from Pepe's. It took them a good while to deliver, but fair enough - this happens sometimes. The first letdown was when we discovered that only a half chicken was delivered instead of whole we ordered. So we called the restaurant and asked them re-send the order and especially not to forget about fries. After long while, they have delivered, a 1/2 chicken by itself. By that time the fries were stone cold. Nobody from the restaurant even considered this. Is that how you treat your customers who have been with you for over 5 years? I voice my opinion to the driver and said I will need to get it resolved with Just-Eat but I was convinced to give them a chance to make it right. After 2 hours I realized we were ignored. I will not order from Pepe's in any foreseeable future. The service lately went downhill.
