Missed part of the order, when I rang up to tell them the boy asked if I’d looked in the bag Oh no I didn’t think of that? Anyway although it was not anything to do with Uber Eats, the problem was the incompetent staff at Pepe’s couldn’t pack a simple order, they of course told me nothing can be done and to contact Uber. LOL fab service. See you again never

Ordered from here via Ubereats. Prompt delivery however their lemon and herb chicken is waaaayyyy to spicy - probably on mild with a hot from Nando’s or other peri chicken shop. I normally enjoy a mild but it was my first time ordering from this place and don’t usually jump straight in to hot food at new places so though lemon herb would be a good alternative as there isn’t any spice to it but I was so wrong. I called up and asked for it to be rectified which they did but the second lot I had was just as spicy! Definitely need to rethink your recipe. Won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately. Shame because the food was freshly prepared and would’ve been lovely if I could actually taste it!

Been visiting here ever since the re open I’ve never once had a problem with the food just look at the deals before you order ! I’ve had half a chicken and sides a quarter chicken and sides the strips meal burgers etc.Mohamed is running a tight ship here now there is no it’s ready now it takes time to cook chicken and he will tell you if there’s going to be a wait.Wish they delivered to featherstone

First visit I ordered a burger. 15 minutes later they took it out of the freezer, overcooked it, then slathered it with mayo. A full 25 minutes after ordering they presented me this mayo burger, which I had to decline as I didn't want mayo. Another 10 minutes and trip to the freezer later I had a burger. Over 30 minutes for a burger. A bad burger. It was really about as bad as burgers get. A couple of months later I figure I'll give them another try. Second visit I ordered chicken wings. They were... so bad they made the burger seem good by comparison. They must have been frozen, then cooked, then frozen again, then cooked again. The texture was horrific, they were dry, there was absolutely nothing redeeming about them whatsoever.The management clearly have a lot of cost-cutting measures in place (like cooking burgers from frozen) that are resulting in truly dire food.

I’ve been to a lot of pepes branches even thought the food was okay i would say this was the least enjoyable. Let’s hope the new management can fix this.

This branch of pepes is terrible - poor customer service when I asked for an hour late order to be delivered, was told the driver came to my house and a person answered and sent the food away. This was completely false and the lady I spoke to over the phone couldn’t grasp this even though I told her about 50 times. Rude telephone manner, accused me of lying when clearly the driver was confused....and I could overhear their conversation while she kept me waiting on the phone.Now we will boycott this pepes - just awful. Wish I could give zero star. One female staff member was helpful, other one and the driver on another planet completely

Ordered food for delivery, over the phone they say it will take 1 hour yet we are still waiting 2.5 hrs still no food. I do not recommend this place!

I really enjoy buying my Paneer & Rice, from this shop. I spend about £25 every week. I realised that 2/5 my Paneer, are burnt! 3wks ago the manager was kindly to replace my order. Tonight my Paneer, was burnt again! I won't be buying again.

Terrible branch, always out of stock for everything, since the previous owners sold it, it is just a mess, random customers or friends of workers walk into the kitchen like it is their second home. Rude staff that are unable to cope if they get more than a couple orders, its nothing like other branches, its literally a joke

Absolutely crap customer service no manners what so ever staff swears at the customers never send the right ordered food something is always missing and they promise they will make it up next time and they never do. Enough is enough I won’t be ordering again hope they shut down.

Visited here after a few drinks in town, have to say ended up being the best chicken I’ve ever eaten! The wings were so saucy, piping hot! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Wolverhapton. 10/10, first class! 👌

Not a good place to order from. Firstly unprofessional staff who have no customer service skills and ill mannered and unpleasant.

I ordered from here and the price which was charged was higher than the menu states, still continued with the order, the food came however was not given the correct change, was 70p short, rather than argue I just considered it as a tip, the food was of poor quality and soon after eating I felt sick, the food was rushed and bland, the customer service provided from this store is poor, would not recommend visiting this store as the food is of poor quality, the delivery driver does not give your correct change and the customer service is just as poor. Very annoyed as the prices they charge are ridiculous for the service and food they provide.

Poor customer service, mainly from the manager which is unexpected. All staff members were rude to me and joined in when the manager was also rude, i found this highly unprofessional and actually felt victimised. They ALWAYS get my food order wrong, even when double checking with them. Upgraded my meal to a large and they still gave me a small drink. This commonly happens. Its a shame as the food is really nice, but the rude behaviour of the staff makes you not want to go there again hence why I can't even give a rating for the service.

Wow! Amazing food great staff. I went in there after the England game for the first time, the food is delicious with such quick service, well done to all the staff keep it up.

We ordered our food tonight being told 1and half hour for delivery... 3 hours later still no food arrived we called the shop a number of times and not once they answered the phone!

Amazing food randy the main guy is amazing food was exactly how I wanted it and served promptly it was a busy environment because of the weather and he handled the shop brilliantly defo worth another trip those wings were 10/10 randy we love you!!!

Very very bad service, the server at the till was extremely rude and impatient didn't smile or appreciate the custom. It wasn't even busy. Refused to make a very simple swap of of 3 fries for 1 salad so silly. Told us he would have to charge us for all. Salad is CHEAPER than 3 fries guys come on! Food wasn't all that special either, wasn't that flavourful. I doubt me or my 6 friends will return.

food is really nice however they never open on time, the woman normally on the till is always miserable and moody, looks like she never wants to be there and is just generally rude. food also takes a long time, its quite small and never enough space

Very often pop in to order my supper half an hour before leaving nearby pub. Collect meal which is in foil container and still warm after 30 minute bus trip home. Chicken wings are gorgeous.

Fui con unos amigos el personal era muy amable y nos recomendaron qué comidas para llegar. Buena relación calidad-precio comparado con los precios por sur! Sin duda recomendaría este place😄
