45mins late and freezing cold. Very unhappy.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this restaurant. We were made to wait over 40 minutes, only to be told that they had served us cold food because they mistakenly gave us the wrong buzzer. Not only was there no proper apology, but the staff responded with indifference and arrogance, offering a refund as if that would make up for the time and poor treatment. What made it worse was their attitude—they behaved as if the whole situation was our fault, showing zero accountability. The lack of respect and basic customer service was shocking. It genuinely felt like we were being treated differently, and the behavior bordered on racism. Our time clearly meant nothing to them. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone a restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before spending your time and money here.

Absolutely delicious chicken piri-piri. Definitely try their piri-piri mayo as well. I really wish they had outlets in The Netherlands too 🥹

Delivery time said 30-45 minutes. Food eventually arrived after 1 hour 50 minutes after ordering. Fries were cold and not cooked properly. Chicken and rice was good, but disappointed in time. Not good enough at all!

Place has huge car park thats helpfull..All place need good Deep clean inside...Kitchen area looks busy and messy...Need good cleas as well..Counter staff polite but better English require..Food sometimes warm insted hot especialy chicken box..Extrimley small portion of Large frice with fancy salt..Also to expensive..Toilets need more atention..In general this place has more potential to improve..Need Deep clean all over..

The fries i ordered were wrong i ordered plain and got loaded fries, the burrito was sweaty and soggy. The fries were also cold and soggy

Order came 16 minutes late I'm not happy

The food was abouslte class, the delivery driver was on time, overall 10/10

Edit: improved to four star as management have taken feedback on board. First time trying a pepes outside of England. Decent flavoured grilled chicken however the meat does seem a lot more tender than other pepes I've been to in England. The sauces are also a bit thicker which I prefer but they do try and charge you for this. PLEASE LOSE THE MUSIC OR AT LEAST TURN IT DOWN, THIS ISNT A CLUB ITS A CHICKEN SHOP. WHY THE HELL IS IT SO LOUD? apart from that all good.

The food is not the issue here. It's tasty and always piping hot. Our issue is the service. The last 3 times we've ordered we haven't received our full meal. The first 2 were just eat, the 3time we actually went in, ordered, explained and it still happened. Not even a sorry. That's a lot of money wasted. We won't be back.

La comida aquí no es el problema. ¡Está delicioso! Siempre hace calor, y obtienes porciones brillantes. Para nosotros, es la orden. Por las últimas 3 veces, no hemos recibido nuestro pedido completo. Sucedió dos veces a través de Just Eat, así que decidimos entrar y ordenar, y sucedió de nuevo. Si lo sumas, estamos gastando mucho dinero. Incluso lo mencionamos cuando estábamos adentro. No volveremos a estar aquí. Es una pena que el servicio defraude el lugar ya que la comida es muy sabrosa.

Delivery was on time but this had been the 3rd time I ordered with no wings included on my family meal order.

Fries were grease and cold, cheese on the fries was completely dried out on all three portions. chicken loaded fried barely had bacon on them. delivery took instead of 30 min it has been an hour.

Driver was very polite and friendly. He even returned to the take away to pick up the juice they forgot to put in the order. It was very much appreciated

Had lunch today , normally have the tosca sandwich but saw they had a lamb burger special Awesome burger very tasty and great flavour Wife’s rice box also epic as usual And kids nuggets great quality and taste Back soon

It was meant to be a half chicken but it was two chicken legs and thighs. No breast!!! It was Aldi very dry and very burnt. Was not enjoyed at all

Only 2 starts. We enjoy their chicken but the customer service... especially the women. So bad, constantly on the phone whilst "serving" unhappy and miserable. Every single time we visit she is acting in this way. If customer service isn't your thing don't do it.

Disappointed with my order. This has happened the last couple of times but I wanted to give them one last shot. Delivery took around 45 mins, and the food wasn’t worth the wait. The pitta had just one small piece of chicken, barely any salad, and a single tomato slice. Chips had almost no peri salt, despite paying extra for it. Overall poor quality and felt like a waste of money.

Said ready for collection at 9.30- recieved notification. Arrived at 9.31 and was still not ready. Did not receive order until 9.45

Really slow service had to wait 25 minutes after we were told the food was ready and to collect and the food was cold and they forgot the large chips

Order was NOT correct, I ordered plain chicken for my young child and ended up with spicy chicken that my daughter could not eat!! Complete waste of money and never even got compensation when the meal was a complete waste!! I wouldn’t recommend especially when it was the company’s error for not reading it right!! Very disappointed.

Absolutely Pathetic – Feels Like Getting Robbed I bought chicken wings and what I got was an absolute insult. They were so absurdly small it’s almost laughable—if it wasn’t such a ripoff. Calling this a product worth selling is a straight-up scam. Honestly, it feels more like theft than business. Food is tasty though.

I went to the shop myself and asked the female staff at around 8.30 pm. She was very rude and was unhelpful in selecting the food. She was only pointing to the menu. I got my food at 9.05pm although she asked me to wait for 10 minutes. Food was ok bo problems with that but service by that female staf is ?????

Fantastic food. Should expect the same experience at Pepe's up and down the country and Inverness did not disappoint. Had the grilled chicken meal on Day 1 and ended up with a Burger on Day 2. Attended as halal place. Great service. Prices on the high side....not sure what the premium prices are about at all Pepe's to be fair

When the food arrived the chips were cold and the wraps were barely warm, really disappointed this time with what is usually good grub

Customer service is very bad , When I reached out about the representatives did not seem engaged or willing to help with a positive attitude. A simple smile or a more welcoming approach would have made a significant difference. I believe that customer service should be friendly and approachable, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope they can improve this aspect of their service in the future. Very bad ,

At this point I don’t know why I keep ordering. Order off just eat, and they keep pushing the delivery time back. It’s been two hours and we still do not have our food. Last time it took 1.5hours and they forgot a whole meal and we couldn’t get a refund for it. It’s not like we are ordering the whole menu, literally 2 quesadillas and chips 💀

Ordered food from here as we have something similar at home which we enjoy. Big portions, excellent quality and delivered on time. Couldn't fault it. The chimichuri dip was excellent 👌

shocking service, ordered at 22:30 and order never turned up, claimed to be out for delivery 3 hours later(01:30) although order never arrived despite driver marking it as delivered.

Delivery driver was never allocated so I had to go and pick up the order just before closing time. The restaurant actually kindly made us a fresh order as it had been 1.5 hours after we had placed the order by that point! Just Eat shouldn't be allowing orders if there are no drivers available to deliver them.

Its being 3times until this order I ordered fudge cake along with my meal but everytime you guys missed fudge cake, later when I try to get a refund through just eat it doesn’t allow me to get my desert refund.

Picked up my order from Pepe's earlier and opened my loaded fries, only a layer of chips in the bottom . I'm not sure if I have to go back for the rest of my chips ?. Disappointed 😞 also this is what they call a chicken burger, not even a real breast of chicken just a slab of mish mash, what a rip off. £50 for four basic happy meals

They pass the buck as usual claiming they packed an item when it was clearly missing. I got the rest of the quarter chicken meal, didn't get my quarter chicken however. Food was lukewarm at best, they obviously made the order early and left it under the not so heated lamps. Uses to be good when they first opened but steadily going downhill since. Food is mid at best and the prices are extortionate in relation to the quality and service you receive

We ordered here couple of times but we had missing wings on our order.

They gave me a chicken burrito instead of a paneer one, it was labelled as vegetarian and my order.

The food is incredible. We had a burrito and chicken strips and it was delicious. The sweet chilli sauce was delicious, tasted home made.

One of my order was wrong and one item was missing but that’s understandable when busy times but they should send the missing item without asking you to order something through just eat would be better experience for the customers thanks 🙏
