Thank you so much. To the delivery driver as I had an issue at home and wasn’t able to get the door but he left the food on the step and said delivered whereas I know other drivers would have taken the food for themselves :)

£20 order but never got the upgraded fries I ordered

Food was nearly cold, driver couldn't find us after phoning us and getting directions........

Order was way over an hour late and clearly was forgotten and didn’t get prepared until an hour and a half in😂 crazy stuff

really very bad delivery I have waited like 4k minutes to get this order delivered

I went to the shop myself and asked the female staff at around 8.30 pm. She was very rude and was unhelpful in selecting the food. She was only pointing to the menu. I got my food at 9.05pm although she asked me to wait for 10 minutes. Food was ok bo problems with that but service by that female staf is ?????

we got the nachos for 9.99 and they were tiny. literally a handfull on crisps and no sauce.

Best lamb burger I've had in years! Great food all round, kids loved it, wife loved it and considering its Ramadan right now, my hats off to the staff here.

Fantastic food. Should expect the same experience at Pepe's up and down the country and Inverness did not disappoint. Had the grilled chicken meal on Day 1 and ended up with a Burger on Day 2. Attended as halal place. Great service. Prices on the high side....not sure what the premium prices are about at all Pepe's to be fair

When the food arrived the chips were cold and the wraps were barely warm, really disappointed this time with what is usually good grub

Customer service is very bad , When I reached out about the representatives did not seem engaged or willing to help with a positive attitude. A simple smile or a more welcoming approach would have made a significant difference. I believe that customer service should be friendly and approachable, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope they can improve this aspect of their service in the future. Very bad ,

At this point I don’t know why I keep ordering. Order off just eat, and they keep pushing the delivery time back. It’s been two hours and we still do not have our food. Last time it took 1.5hours and they forgot a whole meal and we couldn’t get a refund for it. It’s not like we are ordering the whole menu, literally 2 quesadillas and chips 💀

I don't do spice food but they will recommend what is an alternative nice wee place service good food lovely unsure of dietary options best ask

Slightly disappointed by the size of the chicken wings. Bit measly for wot we paid, imo. Food was lukewarm at best. Had better previously. Will order again but hopefully be better next time.

Ordered food from here as we have something similar at home which we enjoy. Big portions, excellent quality and delivered on time. Couldn't fault it. The chimichuri dip was excellent 👌

shocking service, ordered at 22:30 and order never turned up, claimed to be out for delivery 3 hours later(01:30) although order never arrived despite driver marking it as delivered.

Delivery driver was never allocated so I had to go and pick up the order just before closing time. The restaurant actually kindly made us a fresh order as it had been 1.5 hours after we had placed the order by that point! Just Eat shouldn't be allowing orders if there are no drivers available to deliver them.

Its being 3times until this order I ordered fudge cake along with my meal but everytime you guys missed fudge cake, later when I try to get a refund through just eat it doesn’t allow me to get my desert refund.

Picked up my order from Pepe's earlier and opened my loaded fries, only a layer of chips in the bottom . I'm not sure if I have to go back for the rest of my chips ?. Disappointed 😞 also this is what they call a chicken burger, not even a real breast of chicken just a slab of mish mash, what a rip off. £50 for four basic happy meals

They pass the buck as usual claiming they packed an item when it was clearly missing. I got the rest of the quarter chicken meal, didn't get my quarter chicken however. Food was lukewarm at best, they obviously made the order early and left it under the not so heated lamps. Uses to be good when they first opened but steadily going downhill since. Food is mid at best and the prices are extortionate in relation to the quality and service you receive

Missing items as per usual with just eat, buy 4 meals and get 2 large chips even when adding chips to all meals

We ordered here couple of times but we had missing wings on our order.

They gave me a chicken burrito instead of a paneer one, it was labelled as vegetarian and my order.

The food is incredible. We had a burrito and chicken strips and it was delicious. The sweet chilli sauce was delicious, tasted home made.

We didn’t receive what we ordered

It is the first time we have tried chicken from here and it was very good. everyone enjoyed it

One of my order was wrong and one item was missing but that’s understandable when busy times but they should send the missing item without asking you to order something through just eat would be better experience for the customers thanks 🙏

I've made this order at 12 o'clock and received it at 2:22 . a driver picked up the first one from the restaurant and cancelled and they had to make it again for the other driver. worst experience ever

The DELIVERY didn't even come. Absolutely ridiculous. I spent £92 on my order and it didn't even arrive. I phoned up pepes Inverness TWICE and they said it was delivered??? Yet six people were left with no food because it didn't arrive. I will NEVER and mean NEVER order on just eat or from pepes Inverness ever again. I have a massive social media following so I will be plastering this all over social media saying how bad just eat is and how the communication between myself and pepes was SHOCKING

10/10 food as always!! so tasty and fresh however whenever we order peri salted chips they are never coated at all. Only complaint the rest is amazing

Can’t fault the food but Pepe’s staff won’t win any awards for customer sevice and this branch has no exception.

Delivery driver very accommodating and phoned to keep me up to date

Food was tasty however, for £12 plus per person the portions apart from the half chicken were really not big and that may make the difference of ordering with you again especially when very hungry!

Phoned lady in Inverness to advise that I had put wrong address. I was 5 mins from delivery place instead which would be easier for delivery driver. The lady on the phone hung up on me when I said I was unhappy

ordered for 2pm as that is when my lunch break starts. arrived 20 min early so will be cold by the time I sit down to eat it.

Pepe's is a favourite in our house - always quick delivery, always tasty. We will be ordering from here again.

Visited inverness Yesterday. Decided to finish day off with pepes. Lady at counter took order never asked if we wanted ice in our drinks or not. It was 2 degree outside never thought they would put ice its already freezing but got drinks with ice. Asked the lady to change drinks as already unwell. Lady says you need to tell us before you dont want ice. How is someone whose never been there before suppose to know you would put ice in drinks when its already freezing. Welp at the end she gave a cup and spoon to fish out ice myself from the 2 cups. Great way to end the day there.

So, I normally order from here once a week. it's been my favourite takeaway for a long time. Tonight has completely changed that. Driver tried to give me the wrong food & I refused to take it (not his fault, he was lovely) I phoned the restaurant to explain & when I did the woman on the phone was ridiculously rude. She actually laughed that my food was still waiting there & was literally taking the mick to other members of staff. Eventually I got my food which was lukewarm at best. Never again

So I phoned the restaurant told them what I was missing from my order they wasn’t helpful at all there was on care in the world highly rude I’m sorry but if I’m paying for something I expect the food i ordered and now I’m missing out and I was a full refund cos I would of order from somewhere else and they would of 100% get my order correctly so I will never be ordering from here again
