Took 1 hour and 15 mins for food which is a joke

Place has great food options, good portions. Definitely recommend for those who like spicy food.

What a disgusting place and what terrible customer service , the girl left in “charge” did not have a clue what she was talking about when I showed her my student ID she said I was not able to use this as a form of student ID when I questioned her on where the policy was she had no idea so please tell me where on the poster outside on the shop window does it state you need a physical studen ID card? Then when I asked her name she refused to speak to me I will be taking this further as a law student they were totally rude and were not trained on any policy or procedure

My experience at pepes west bromwich was very good as the food tasted wonderful(proper taste and juicy) and the service was also good. All staff were kind and fast on their feet and got all orders out as fast as possible i’ve been to another Pepes branch but this one is the best 👌👌🙏

I recently visited Pepe's and was thoroughly impressed with the service, especially from a staff member named Ranu. They were incredibly polite, kind, and provided excellent customer service. Ranu made the experience truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it.

I just visited your restaurant and was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I was served undercooked chicken — it was visibly pink inside, which is extremely concerning, especially since I’m pregnant. When I raised this issue with a staff member I was told in very rude way : ‘’ is nearly finished, i can not do anything to you , she totally ignored me and talked on phone again, my complaint was dismissed. She doesn’t know the know how to deal with complaints politely, customers service 00. This is unacceptable. Undercooked poultry is a serious health risk, and I hope your team takes food safety more seriously moving forward.”

The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavour. Whether I go for the classic grilled chicken, the wraps, or their amazing peri-peri fries, it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, fast, and always get the order spot on. The restaurant is clean and has a great vibe, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting in with friends.
