Pepe's in Sandwell

The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was cooked to its finest, giving impressions of hard working staff. The manager ,Jessie, also greeted me politely. Making me feel as if I was welcome and that I could return back to the store with high hopes and receive excellent food.

My experience at pepes west bromwich was very good as the food tasted wonderful(proper taste and juicy) and the service was also good. All staff were kind and fast on their feet and got all orders out as fast as possible.

Food was amazing and the stuff. Ranu and Jessica were very warm and welcome! We've had Pepes in Wales and Southampton but this branch was the best in terms of taste and service. All condiments served separately and neatly, food was ready in ten minutes. Will definitely be coming here again.

The food is great but delivery takes too long! They need to give priority to those who order at home, I work outside and sometimes I don't have time to eat because it takes too long.

Not the same quality food as the Walsall brunch. The chicken had a smell to it and the chilli sauce wasn't as nice as Pepe's Walsall or Soho Rd.

I visited the store as I seen there was a lot of customers, due to this I ordered food from the store. The food arrived very quickly despite the store being busy. The food was marvelous and arrived with a plethora of delicious fries. The chicken and rice was also a great dish packed with flavourful succulent strips. This store was a great option to visit

The store was really busy but despite this I was served fairly quick. The staff also severed me with care and also helped me pick my order by assisting me with food options and flavours to pick . The atmosphere of the shop was quite jolly and the music in the background accompanied this mood. One of the staff named naz visited me during my meal and asked if the food is okay. The food was great and was packed with flavour. Overall the store is a great option for those that enjoy chicken with a spicy flavour.

Big disappointment I phoned them been told food will be ready in 15 mins but ended up waiting another 30 mins total 45 mins wait could’ve just tell over the phone .

Claim in huge writing there is 20% student discount. Me and my partner both are uni students and were told we need to bring our physical uni id card for discount to apply. We have unidays as well as other evidence tjat we are enrolled but were told it is still not accepted. Also no toilet facilities?????? Do better!

However, I recently visited your West Brom store and had an experience that left me quite disappointed, which I feel compelled to share. Due to a tight schedule, my companion and I opted for takeaway, ordering a wrap and a rice box to enjoy during our movie. However, upon opening the bag at the cinema, we discovered there was no cutlery provided for the rice box, making it impossible to eat. Following the movie, I returned to the store to share this feedback in good faith and was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response from a staff member. She curtly stated that cutlery is only provided upon request, which I found both unreasonable and perplexing—surely, rice is not a meal one would expect to eat with their hands? What disappointed me further was not just the lack of cutlery but the manner in which my feedback was handled. As a customer-focused brand, I would hope that Pepe’s values feedback as an opportunity for improvement rather than dismissing it outright. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously and hope that attention will be given to improving service standards, both in terms of practical details like cutlery and the professionalism of your staff.

The delivery was really late and the food was cold cold.

ordered online 2 vegetarian panner rice because I’m vegetarian and don’t eat chicken and later on while eating i found peace of chicken inside there. Call the restaurant they had my order number and told me manager gonna call me but its 2 weeks now haven’t got a call from there manager. Spending almost nearly £20 on order and have to throw it in bin . You can clearly have a look chicken pieces which i took out from my mouth . This is how you treat vegetarian people. Thank you
