Best chinese food in Smethwick. Good, big portions.

Food is brilliant my only very negative is drinks are not cold and are very warm . Do not buy drinks if you like your drinks cold and seems they don't use fridges for drinks Also guy is friendly but the lady is very rude just throws your food on side no thank you or any word said even when said thank you myself . She just walks off . Not very good customer service skills

Takeaway delivery. Ordered online and delivery before advised time so good start there. Read the reviews, and it was looking positive so thought why not. Had the satay chicken and pineapple, and that hit the spot, pineapple nice touch as made the sauce just right, well for me anyway Beef and tomato, chips, and free spring rolls, nice touch the free rolls. Beef and tomato, again hit the spot for me very nice, good balance of ingredients, and a bit of onion, again not loads to pad it out but just right. Will I use again is my test on results so far yes, and happy to recommend

Ordered food on just eat, waited hours rang the restaurant again they said 10 to 15min. After another hour had pasted food still had arrived, last time I called them the man on the other end of the phone decided to shout and swear at me and cut the phones off. Will never order from them again. Food never arrived

Communication isn’t his strong point however his food is bloody marvellous!! One of Best Chinese on Bearwood road 👍

They closed the shop early and didn’t let us know and we’ve been getting food from them for a couple months, very rude on the phone and when trying to talk to them. They’re talking while am talking and they cut the phone, Zero rating.

Had the most appalling service tonight, our delivery driver shouting and being threatening because he claimed to have been calling and waiting for fifteen minutes, we had not had any missed calls. He was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. When I called the restaurant to explain we had not had any phone calls and suspected the details may have been incorrect, they told us the number they had called and it turned out to be the just-eat number! I sent a screenshot of evidence that we had provided the correct mobile number and was then ignored. Obviously it’s a system error or a restaurant error but the service and verbal abuse we received as a result has put us off ordering again. Food was also reheated and overcooked.

I ordered from Uber eats and decided to cancel the order. I called restaurant to cancel the order and they agreed. However, they still marked the order as completed and are now refusing to refund me although no food was received! Please do not order from this takeaway as the service is terrible, the owner is very rude and unhelpful.

The Special fried rice was too salty.It could not be eaten. The menu does not indicate if the special fried rice was dry or with a sauce.It came with a sauce on top of the rice .Arrg!!

Absolutely disgusting. Food arrived cold, it tasted awful. The won tons were basically just batter. The curry was vile, I had to spit it out. I tried to call the restaurant and the manager refused to speak to me, discuss my concerns, or offer an apology or any compensation. Absolutely diabolical. I strongly recommend against this place!

Very friendly, always very welcoming. The food is beautiful and very time effective. I am a little addicted to the pancake rolls atm.

Placed an order on just eat supposed to come at 19.25 and it's 20.15 now and it still hasn't come cant get through to just eat nor can I get through to the takeaway no one is answering the phone very disappointed 😞 finally come at 20.40

If I could put 0 stars i would! I ordered food, delivered in fair time however thats as good as it got. 3 main dishes all without veg. 2 of which arrived as per our request the 3rd did not. I had paid for extra meat so wasn't expecting to substitute the veg with meat. I called straight away, was told "sorry my kitchen speak no English, they not understand" - funny they understood the other 2 dishes. I pointed this out, to be told well we very busy you eat what you got", YES, i was told to eat what I got, NOT what I ordered. I was then quizzed why I didn't want veg! Because I didnt, I dont like them. They hung up! I called back & was told he's too busy to talk to me he has to many other customers! I asked what he will do, his reply "you just eat around the veg, its fine".no thanks I want what I ordered or a refund please. "No you have no refund, I cook again" ok how long will that be"1 hr, eat what you have, I send other dish later", so now I'm being told to eat what I was given not ordered, & how to eat it. so basically eat my side without the main dish! I replied no, I'm not out of order for wanting to eat my meal as a meal instead of individual courses or am i wrong? He then hung up on me for a 2nd time! I called back a 3rd time, asked why have you hung up to be told, "you got food, I too busy with too many customers, I send you new dish tomorrow" I'm not even joking! I told him I didnt want it tomorrow or to wait an hour for the main to go with my sides. I asked for a refund again as I havent received what I ordered and the service has been terrible, I was told I wouldnt get a refund and they might send a new dish later. I did advise him I would write a review, ensure they didn't get to busy with to many customers again and that way they wouldn't need to worry about to many customers again. As for the rest of the food. The chips looked old, the curries were extremely oily. The boiled rice was OK.I will go back to ordering with Lins Kitchen.

Just ordered food . I asked for Thai broth extra meat. Recieved sweet and sour prawns and whatever is in this dish. I would never order this as I do not like sweet and sour. My sons girlfriend ordered tofu in blackbean sauce, it was tofu but not in blackbean sauce. I like the food from here. But spending €4 1 pounds. I would expect the order to be corrct. Will not be recommending you any more.

We have struggled to find a decent takeaway since lockdown but tonight LeLe delivered the best chinese we have had in a long time! Piping hot, amazing food. Couldn't fault it at all. 100% recommend. Thank you!

I have been ordering from here for years. The owners know our dish. We have 5 of them. They messed up the order 3 times. Giving wrong food when I telephoned they refused to change. I will never order from them again. They just lost £1000.00 a year from me. I suggest everyone.open the bag check the order then pay.

My takeaway was 55 minutes late. Not acceptable. The order was also incorrect. I would give it no stars if I could. Would never order from here ever again.

Have been ordering from lele for quite some time now,have tried pretty much all there menu in this period of time and I'm always spoiled for choice as it all tastes so Good. The staff very helpful as well as polite. Would definitely continue to use these guys.

Food was very disappointing, flavourless and not very nice, the meat looks like it's just been boild definitely not roast pork. Would not eat here again.

I was not going to even give any stars at all. I have never been so angry in my life. my delivery was over twenty minutes late. I contacted the restaurant to find out why my food was late only to be told that their customers were more important. I thought I was a customer too after I just paid over £27. Ordering over Just Eat does that mean you are not one of their customers. I must remember that in the future. I did not even receive and an apology. Their saving grace was that the food was nice. Customer service needs a lot of work. THIS WAS BACK ON THE 18/12/2018

Lied to me. I rang the restaurant after my order was very late, the woman told me the food went in the bin because the driver was at my door for 30 minutes and I ignored him. This is a complete lie, nobody had rung the doorbell or knocked, and we were watching out the window every time we heard a car go past. Complete liars, will never order from here again

WORST SERVICE. Ordered through Just Eat on a Tuesday night. Got an email response to say the order would be delivered in 1 hr 20 mins - on a Tuesday night! Despite that, it still hadn't arrived after 1 hr 30 mins. Rang restaurant who said it had been delivered, then they said it had been delivered to the wrong house. They then offered to start cooking it, at which point I cancelled the order. Very disappointing as this was for my daughter's birthday meal. AVOID

Called three minutes prior to placing my order online for my order to be unaccepted when placed. Called up to speak to a man and woman who didn’t seem happy to answer my query.

The sweet and sour chicken smells of vinegar and the taste is similar to that of an armpit. Delivery was fast.

Won't ever order anything from this place again. Order food for 2 people. Starters came full with oil, really couldn't taste anything except the oil. Instead of a wan ton soup, got only the wan tons. Payed extra to have meat on one of the dishes and came without it. King praws with oister sauce as well as the fried rice smelled terrible as it was rotten, couldn't even taste it as bad it was. Only thing that we ate was the duck with garlic and hot sauce. Don't order from this place unless you want to be sick, if that's the case go ahead!

Ordered from this takeaway and found a METAL SCREW in my crispy seaweed. How on earth that got in there, I have no idea. I contacted the restaurant and they stated they would refund me the cost of the seaweed (which is below £4.00) and give me a free dish. I had already ordered enough food and did not want another dish - but the refund simply was not good enough. The screw itself is sharp and thick and would have caused internal damage if I had swallowed it. I explained this to the 'manager' who became aggressive and refused to refund me anymore. He does not know where the screw came from. He then hung up on me. Simply not good enough and dangerous. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've ordered alot from here the quality is good.seen alot of bad comments here let's don't forget they are not English so don't worry about the accent or English. And yes they have kids in the back but common ppl have to work and may be they don't have anyone to look after the kid at home!let's enjoy the food and don't be so judgemental.

Never ordering from there again. Normally the food is amazing and comes withing too time. Today I ordered 10 mini spring rolls, mixed sweet and sour balls and honey spare ribs. Order came faster than normal. But only to notice I only got 5 spring rolls and the mixed balls were all soggy so I called and the owner ( some Indian at a Chinese take away) argued with me for a solid 10 mins saying I was wrong in what I ordered then proceeded to come toy house to argue with me more after I said I wanted a receipt for what I paid for, coincidencely the machine isnt working for me to get a printed receipt and the owner doesn't own a pen or piece of paper and asked me to provide them after he wouldn't correct my order and didnt want to hand over my refund. So I'm never ordering from there again and its not worth the hassle of anyone else ordering from there when's theres a beautiful take away called lychee garden not far down the hagley road.

Le Le used to be fab. After eating one of the worst take away I've ever tasted we rang to complain. Apparently they have new owners. This explains a lot. I highly recommend that you never eat from there but if you like to gamble?

Trying to place an order, my kids were laughing in the back ground, lady on the phone told me to shut them up... said I don't care how you act in your own home. She could barely speak a word of English. I asked the man to translate to her which he refused. Rude staff, poor manners, wouldn't order from there if you paid me.

Incredibly poor service! Wasn't provided with the right meal, when I went to ask where the missing dish was. I was refused a refund, treated aggressively by the staff, and told the delivery driver might have eaten it. Will not be returning!!
