Caspers Grill & Pizza in Sandwell

The lambs chops have come in disgusting form. Two of the chops have been ok and two looked like they have been eaten before and bone mixed with chips and sent to us in the box. Never ever again order from Casper's grill. When I called the place, spoke to one member of the staff and he offered 20% off next order!Really? Ridiculous and disgusting.

Wish there was a no star option food was absolutely disgusting cookie dough was basically **** the Donner meat wasn't cooked and salad was missing on it how is this place still open

I would give 0 stars If i could. Food was cold and undercooked, portions were also small. The cookie dough desserts were extremely thin and dry. The milkshakes are extremely basic with absolutely no flavour. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I will be charging back with my bank. Please please avoid this disgusting takeaway. Eating out of your local bin would be a healthier option.

Order wasn’t for me but for my dad who said food was lovely. At first I was thinking what’s the catch, as the portions are great as is the price. After reading the reviews I was a bit half half but nothing to fear, food turned up (personally) spot on the estimated delivery time and the food was still warm, can’t really ask for much else. 👍

This place. The service is appalling on two occasions I ordered food and it’s taken over two hours to arrive. I ordered a meal at 9:30pm and right now it still hasn’t arrived and it’s 1am. Pathetic service and the guy on the phone was doing nothing about the situation but giving me false updates. This place needs to shut down immediately as the inside looked dirty.

Found a hair in my food (which was in my mouth). Food was cold and my bbq base pizza had no bbq on it.. restaurant refusing to do anything about it as I didn't take a photo (first thought was to spit it in the bin not take a photo). Disgusting food with even worse customer service...

It came 20 minutes before delivery time, the smash burger was wrapped in foil to keep it warm and the chips were salted so good! It's the first time I've ordered from this place as new to the area, and it certainly won't be my last!

I placed an order via foodhub and order never came! Now I’ve got to eff about submitting a chargeback claim against this company/purchase and I’ve been unable to take my pain relief without food to take it with so I’ve been in absolute agony all night,my carer even called the phone number listed on this ad only to be “put in a queue” and the call went unanswered! AVOID this place like the clappers unless you’re a fan of getting ripped off or you have a thing for places that rip off disabled people in wheelchairs,as for me I’m certainly NOT using Caspers or foodhub again

Ordered food first then read the reviews. And i lost all hope in food turning up. In the end turned up 20 mins late but let me tell you the portion and quality of food was well worth the wait. Piping hot food wrapped in foil and then in a pizza box was just too perfect. First time here certainly not going to be the last. Other reviews have mixed views. But take it from someone who knows the quality of meat. The mix kebab was 100% quality. The salad was fresh and crispy the sauces just perfected the nachos cheese and jalapeños top quality. Over all 10/10 however the delivery time was exceeded by almost 20 mins. But still came hot and fresh. Keep up this quality guys. Thanks for a good munch. 👍

Ordered from here as never ordered before and thought I try something new, after reading the reviews I was disappointed thinking it's another bad restaurant but like they say never judge a book by its cover, it should go for never judge a restaurant by its reviews! Honestly one of the best takeaways I've ever had will definitely be ordering from here again the potion sizes were good food was hot and tasted amazing thank you guys don't understand how you could have bad reviews

Please don’t waste your time ordering from here. They don’t deliver at all. If you order on Uber eats good luck, your food won’t be coming so don’t bother. Waited 2 hours for no reason this shop really needs to close down and let other people who know how to run an actual business. Disgraceful behaviour

So sad to say, this was an amazing take away (been using weekly for 2 years) i always had the caspers box special a mix of donor meat two different types of chicken and more. lately iv seen a huge change i order the same thing only to find no chicken kebeb meat or tiny amounts with loads of donor meat to make it feel like a caspers box special, its become a total rip off. how they have let it fall this low is so sad dont get ripped off just avoid this take away.

Amazing, and professionally organised indeed. We had eaten here last evening and again today and the food was very good, all good quality foods and ingredients, fresh and just fantastic services. As a chef for 23 years plus I'm amazed by caspers grill & pizza to deliver such a high and outstanding foods products within the fast food market. I would definitely recommend highly that anyone who likes and love multiple choices in food and top quality then look no further then here 100% . You will not be disappointed at all I promise.Thank you to all of the staff at caspers grill & pizza for their performance and fantastic foods and delivery, and not to forget the amazing delivery driver , top delivery driver of all time, always has a smile and so kind and totally professionally, and brilliant also at his job 10/10 all day brilliant 👏.

Always love caspers, but haven't had one since the start of lockdown as such. Ordered tikka nan x2 and they were tiny, compared to the last time I ordered them. The taste is still amazing but value for money is just not there any more😔

Very disappointed ordered a Delivery on Monday 3rd May 2022 ordered the Caspers Box Special mixed kebab meat chips and 3 naan breads £21. 99 paid total it came Stone Cold but did taste nice but we couldn't eat it as Very Cold rang them up spoked to a man I complaining it is Stone Cold was asked for a refund or expected them to resend another one hot this time the man said we cannot give a refund and another our but can do us a discount of 30% off next order. which I won't be ordering from them now that has put it off my mind to use these again not very good looking after customers and if I did have another is next one going to be cold as well.?? The following Day they wasn't at all bothered at all I rang to complain that we all had bad stomachs the didn't seem to to think they were the blame I told him that we was ok all day until we eaten that food won't be using these again and there's there loss so be careful with these they have not good customer service/behaviour and they shouldn't be working they don't deserve it to do well Do Not Order from these they are not bothered just bothered to get money off you for there bad quality of food delivered etc Tuesday we all had stomach upsets from the food of how cold it was when I rang them tell them they said oh no it cannot be our food and I said well that's the only thing we ate that nday which could've started stomach 9ff as we haven't had anything else to do that was ok all day before etc etc they didn't and wasn't

Your telling me I paid £15 for a Pizza box that had 7 chips 1 chicken strip and 2 slices of pizza? The pizza was rock hard chips tasted warmed up and it was just a waste of money tbh. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! the most stressful bit of all I was starving and I couldn’t eat it. The chips had cheese on and it was plastic cheese well that’s what it tasted like. Vile!

Missing lamb chops in both meals can not get to speak to them missing Nan bread can not. Get through to them cold food last time I ever order from them

Never ordering again. Food was not fresh at all and very dry almost made me feel sick. Can taste it's not just meat and processed, thought I'd try it for the first time and now I have I won't eat from there again. Waste of money and could have gotten better quality food from the chip shop. Paid too much for what I was given and not worth the money. Poor quality overall

Waited 2hrs for food too arrive was given a delivery time of 45 mins . I paid by card 18.50 . Delivery driver then wanted 22 pound told him I had paid for food by card he argued I had not showed him proof of this n he still was adamant I had too pay 15 minutes it took too clear things up won't be ordering from here again

Portion size decent. Food quality poor! Ordered 3 burgers and a grill box, all food was honestly tasteless, Wouldn't be ordering again.

10% discount online not worth it as there is a delivery and service charge - so saved 90p Ordered online and saw it was 45 min wait. 2 hours later after a second lot of food we could eat. Food was cold when it turned up, was offered a discount next time! Told you I wanted new food. Order came out minus the new chips, no cheese on my pizza and chips box, no salad in the grill box and meat on my margarita pizza!! I’m vegetarian!! Food was tasteless, something wrong when even I don’t eat pizza!! Wouldn’t bother!

Usually good place to order from food is quite tasty the last time I ordered the person on the phone was quite obnoxious and put the phone down at the end of the order without saying the what the hell the food tastes tonight I have tried to ring several times the some reason keeps going going through to a voicemail for a mobile phone I thought this company with a good place to eat from little bit worried what their cooking skills r like this place seems to be turning l into w this is an add-on tomorrow review you as I never had a problem in the past customer service is quite poor but recently they have taken notice in their reviews and seem to be changing the methods top customer service of afaaq is really giving the time I'm too understand what you want with your meal this is the longest review I've ever left and adding to a review is something I really do do but this place really does deserve it

Guy was rude on the phone and food was really bad ( greasy and cold). Delivery took over 2 hours when it was only supposed to take 40 mins when arrived it I had no apology and he forgot drinks and one meal.

This shop is a joke. Pizza box can be any pizza it says on menu but when i asked for the pizza i wanted i couldnt have it. When i was on the phone it came across that i couldnt read the menu and then they got agressive and threstenin, showed the dwlivwry driver the menu and he agreed with me. When the order came it was wrong and when i called to tell them it was wrong i felt like i had called a street gang member! All i wanted was some jalapeno creamy peppers. I do not recomend ordering from this sham of a business!!

Arrived over 2 hours late, called the restaurant to see how long it would be but no answer. When the order finally arrived there was no apology and they got items of the order wrong. Ordered a tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, which was the wrong flavor and completely melted literally like the consistency of water! I would give it Zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not use this place. It took an 1hour and 20minutes to arrive. Once arrived the food was stone cold. I had 2 of the box meals, one of the box meals there was hardly anything in it, for £6.99 this is a rip off. The meat was like rubber. When phoned to complain the person on the end of the phone was rude, and said that the box deals were a new thing they were trying which they weren't. Caspers Grill & Pizza, will not be having my custom again For other people considering using them, think twice before you do, based on my review of custom.

Cold food that was almost 3 hours late and not right. I will never order from there again as I couldn't get in contact with them. I would give them minus 5 if I could. I felt sorry for the delivery driver having deal with the flak.

2 hours from order to delivery!!!! Contacted them after 1 hour to be told food was on its way obviously a lie. Asked to speak to the manager to be told he had walked out or was on a delivery. Will NOT order again!!

Give it 2 stars because you couldn't fault the size of the portions, we had two mixed kebab box meals but as for the quality of the meat very low grade of donor meat and the sheek kebabs were white in colour meaning there's not a lot of meat in them either and as for the grease,,😔

Our first and last time ordering from here tonight, leaflet says 10% discount if you order online, their website says 15% discount for first time orders.....we got no discount at all.....Food was far too long being delivered, even had to ring to chase it up....food was ok and huge portions but lamb chops were as tough as leather

HERE IN THIS STATUTORY DECLARATION YOU WILL FIND ME STATING TRUTH. AND EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS MESS. So we has these often and we started to get fed up of soggy chips that are pre cooked and then microwaved and delivered to us. So we left in the additional comments section upon ordering.we said we want proper chips not soggy.and So it came. I through it back at them. Not order8from here again. They intentionally burnt it with soggy chips. I recommend CHIKING. The triple chicken burger was exactly burnt to a beef burger. Now. Aladdins is also same company as caspers. Grill and SOGY FOOD. AVOID all.

never had a issue before but today it took nearly 1hour 45 min to arrive then it wasnt very warm ordered a cheesy box no cheese on it and half the portion size than normal but same price wont be getting my custom again seems like they have gone right down hill in the last 6 months and portion sizes keep getting smaller on every order

Never had a problem but I've always collected. Great lads. tonite we decided on a delivery .Food arrived a little late but wasn't the drivers fault as it's a new build estate. Food was cold and the portions were alot smaller than the dozen times I've collected. Normally plenty for 3 to share but tonite struggled to feed 2.ill collect next time and see if there's any change before altering my review.

I always use this place but not again for me. 2 and half hours I waited for food and I find they always keep you waiting on every order. My food arrived wrong and cold, kids were waiting patiently but they got upset in the end because there food was wrong.They forgot part of my order so they had to bring that too. I phoned them to complain and they said I should expect to wait 2 hours at least,his was no where near my estimated time when I ordered on line. They said they will discount next time, I am sorry but for me there will not be a next time. Food was not good so they do not work well under pressure. Bingham

Absolutely shocking after placing an order online to then wait 2 and a half hours trying to get through to the shop to see how long delivery was going to be bt phone was switched off to then finally get through and ask for a refund to be told it's a long process and put the rude server put the phone down! Shocking customer service and absolutely no manners

Ordered 3 times now, twice i waited 2+ hours for my order and the other time it came quick with half my order missing, definitely not ordering again now. Food is alright but plenty of shops around that are alot better.

Decent food in box but its not fresh they have it made before put on grill after 2 mins they serve it u and naan bread they make is rubbish they need to buy a proper tandoor and make it in there and it will taste alot better what they doing now putting naan in pizza machine

Friday we ordered and it took 4 + hours to come ,today we ordered again and as promised a desert was sent free or charge ,food quality was never an issue just time thanks for the deserts

Good food but delivery took long and I ordered a large pizza but there was only 8 slices bit dissapointed

Waited nearly 80 minutes for a home delivery and was very underwhelmed by the food. Should have just cooked at home I guess. Doubt I'll have it again.

Kebab was one of the best I've had, nice salad + big portion, very fresh. was delivered bang on time, the only thing I could say that it's a bit too expensive. Will definitely order again :)
