Pepe's in Dudley

The staff is very rude and seriously lacking professional behaviour on our visit today, the restaurant was cold and we asked for heating three times and were never answered. Had to sit in the cold restaurant with the main door open and wind coming through. Dirty table, had to clean the table ourself. 45 minutes wait for the partial order and another 30 minutes for remaining order.

Cold in the seating area, asked staff to switch on the heating but got ignored twice. Tables are dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Staff who took order lacking basis i.e thankyou or welcome. This Restaurant is giving PEPES a very bad name. Normally Pepes is excellent service in Birmingham area

I've ordered from here 147 times in the past, and generally the food is top notch. Sometimes I have bad days after which you might expect with spicy food. Although after my last order, I had very severe salmonella food poisoning for 2 days after. I have never felt so bad in my entire life. The pain was unbearable and I was even blacking out. Spicy chicken is my favourite, but after this last time, the very thought of it makes me ill. There's no way I can order from here again, I never want to feel that way again.

Missing part order of delivery, spoke to 'manager' Ali who lacked basic skills, advised me he is 'mad busy' and lacked any managerial skill. Avoid, they do not care about customers, just numbers.

Missing order didn't turn up kept on phoning the restaurant nearly 2 hours now still no.food they saying gone out but hasn't turned up dont order from here people 😕 ro

Service is great food is good most of the time. Sometimes chips can come out undercooked but not always. Shop can get very busy. And parking ain't great

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners. The front desk staff couldn’t even speak a word of English and showed no respect towards customers. I waited for a rice box meal for about 45 minutes—yes, 45 minutes! When I asked how long it would take, the response was simply, “I don’t know.” Just unbelievable.

First time going here after sticking with what I know at Nandos. Gotta say, way tastier here. Chicken is juicier and cheaper meals. Just wish the family meal options with chicken and wings had a few more wings included, rather than a single pure wing option. Even so, great and Nandos is now sacked🤣

Don’t get me wrong the food is lovely from pepes but for the price they charge and the portions you get are actually getting ridiculous! Day light robbery at its finest 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

Worst service ever , orderd on Uber eats numerous items were missing from the order once received and I paid in full , after ringing the restaurant it was my word against theirs and they did not reimburse my order Avoid using at all cost

Driver took 4 digit from us and said it wasnt the right location and took our food.

I ordered 3 meals (2 chicken burritos and 1 paneer burrito). I went to collect this order and the order was repeated to me. I was happy with it but when I came home I started eating the food and all 3 burritos were chicken ones.

food was fresh and flavours were nice. I asked for hot but was more medium in spice. I think I will choose very hot next time. I think the only drawback is the full chicken meal you only get 1 portion fries and 1 drink which is not enough for 2.

Ordered a meal to enjoy with kids after a long day at work, only for it to have a missing item, which spoilt the whole meal, contact the store and you get just an apology sorry, it’s been really busy, the drive cannot re delivery the missing item. Just not good enough. The response I got was contact just eat and request a full refund. It’s not about the refund, do your job properly check item before you hand it over to the delivery driver. 48 hours later. And still not resolve.

Shocking service ! Spent 34 pound with them yet they forget my 4 pitta breads phone them and they can’t do nothing about it was told to claim money back from just eat ,clearly staff ain’t suited for the job if they can’t get peoples order right!! Fuming ain’t the word

we order from here ALOT and have never had a problem. Unfortunately tonight they missed out the dip we ordered which was the sweet chilli one I selected as part of a meal deal, its our favourite dip so a big part of enjoying our meal. There was also an offer for 3x chicken wings if you spend £25+ but these were also missed out of our order.
