Pepe's in Dudley

If only their service went up as much as their prices.

This shop really needs to re evaluate and think about who to hire as a manager because clearly the so called manager refused to cooperate and understand from a customer's point of view.

Our food came very very late and it was cold the chicken in the burger was such a thin slice considering we ordered XL burgers

The driver forgot to give us drinks and dips bag, we called the place and they said to let just eat know so they can refund us the cost of drinks

Food was okay, bit tight of the amount of chips and peri salt considering the price.. Would I go more often but the cost holds me back. EDIT 29/09/24 Dropped to 2 star food yesterday was shocking First of all sauce split everywhere all over the food Childs portion of chips was ment to be a large. Ordered a double XL and the second additional chicken breast I got was tiny. £35 joke won’t be going back pepes our relationship is done.

Ordered a meal to enjoy with kids after a long day at work, only for it to have a missing item, which spoilt the whole meal, contact the store and you get just an apology sorry, it’s been really busy, the drive cannot re delivery the missing item. Just not good enough. The response I got was contact just eat and request a full refund. It’s not about the refund, do your job properly check item before you hand it over to the delivery driver. 48 hours later. And still not resolve.

Shocking service ! Spent 34 pound with them yet they forget my 4 pitta breads phone them and they can’t do nothing about it was told to claim money back from just eat ,clearly staff ain’t suited for the job if they can’t get peoples order right!! Fuming ain’t the word

we order from here ALOT and have never had a problem. Unfortunately tonight they missed out the dip we ordered which was the sweet chilli one I selected as part of a meal deal, its our favourite dip so a big part of enjoying our meal. There was also an offer for 3x chicken wings if you spend £25+ but these were also missed out of our order.

Food was amazing, definitely the best eating spot in Dudley. Priced decently, portions are good, clean and tiday with seating inside.

Bad experience. Some Workers should learn how to deal in manners with customer or uber, just eat drivers. Went for uber delivery and guy start arguments and didn’t give me food. I said I came from oldbury but he said he is the owner of shop. Next second, he said I’m the manager as well so I’ll decide if I’ll give u this delivery or you need to cancel. The food I asked prime pitta 🥙 extra hot but it was was very mild and had no salad 🥗 in it, the rice had extra hot 🥵 . I think they got mixed up

My chicken and rice was perfect. however, my mom's "plain" chicken and rice was basically extra spicy, and she could not eat any of it.

Hammad took my order at 10.50pm (10 mins before closing up) food was ready at 10:59pm) no questions about ordering so late, and the food tasted spot on, thank you Hammad

Stingy restaurant, would not recommend. They cry when you ask for extra sauce but when I order on uber eats they miss out my sauce pots I payed for even though I write it on notes, this has happened over 5 times.

Delivery was good on time.. But well the food... chicken was dry.. and the extra chicken wings we got not sure if you should call them wings hardly any meat on them and for the price you pay absolute joke.. Food very overpriced for what you get..

I haven't received my delivery and it says my food has been delivered. I've ordered from here numerous times and always go into store. It's 11:30pm and I'm now without food as the shop has closed.

Paid £36 for 3 meals. Half the order wrong flavoured and then charge 50p for dip after arguing what I bought and 2 dips are free per meal... only got 2!! Rude service!! Won't be going again.

Fantastic service and great food. Today we had takeaway and were served by Asim. Very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Food was exactly what we expected. Highly recomend dudley branch.

Food was supposed to be delivered for 19.45 ended up calling them and finally turned up 45 minutes late after they told me if it didn't turn up to come back for money.. by the time it arrived chips weren't warm. a chicken burger that was nearly 9 pound was no bigger than the palm of my hand and not alot to look at at all, chilli bites where dry and not cheesy. I've always ordered here but honestly appalled especially for the prices you pay
