Pepe's in Perth & Kinross

I visit pepes very often, anytime I go I'm greeted very nicely and customer service is spot on.

Ram was brilliant and served me with exceptional customer service, he was very helpful and staff was great really enjoyed from pepes Perth

2 hours for a delivery on a non weekend night is poor. Called to question and zero apology or customer service. Food was average and ended up in bin due to both being past the point of hunger and not tasting great.

Come here daily, best service, best food big up the staff

Great delivery, on time and arrived hot. I particularly loved the flavour of all the dishes, you guys did a great job.

I selected a pinpoint location of where I was to meet the driver but he did not come at the exact point where I was, he decided to leave my food outside on the cafe

My dad is Spanish and he said in the 13 years he’s lived in England they were the best chicken wings he’s had and he was impressed that they were actually really spicy like he wanted. Food was fantastic and the driver very polite. Thank you.

Food is great. No honesty about delivery though. Have to pester them so it finally gets sent. Over an hour and 45 when quoted 50 mins.

Food being late on busy nights I can understand however the quality of the food did not meet the usual standard and was cold. The chips were terrible and soggy/cold . All the restaurant offered was an apology

Just had a takeaway meal from Pepe’s, treated the whole family as it was Father’s Day , my husband picked it up on the way home , was absolutely awful, chips freezing, chicken dried up lumps won’t be back, I did phone the shop first before leaving a bad review as I don’t get takeaway often but this was meant to be a treat but the member of staff I spoke to wasn’t in the slightest interested. Takeaways are a luxury these days they should e trying to keep their customers not offering a substandard service

This lot need to get their act together with delivery, second time in a row ive ordered about 2 hours ahead and still cant deliver even close to on time. No excuse with that much notice, it’s just bad planning. Or not bothering their backside. Food was fine, get your finger out please

The service I received was appalling, I waited over 1.5 hours to be told that the driver had been at my door but nobody had been and they are just not listening, it was over £40 and I am extremely unhappy with this.

I get from Pepe’s a lot and it’s normally piping hot but the chips were cold and the chicken burger was lukewarm..

I am unhappy as my food arrived stone cold.and was binned. I phoned the store to complain and was advised to claim a refund through just eat. They have advised it wasn't possible for a refund as my food wasn't delivered at the time of the claim despite sending screen shots. Poor customer service and won't use again

Order was exactly as ordered, food hot and no items missing. The delivery driver was on time (towards the early side) and followed instructions to call me, rather than disturb the neighbours for further directions. Thank you!

I didn't enjoy the food as I'm not sure I like piri-piri nor the ordering of the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is good for a fast food place quite relaxing.

Driver arrived with food just sitting on the passenger seat. Arrived cold. Portion size of quesadilla around 1/2 what it used to be. Chips cold. Chilli cheese bites were ok. Not worth the £18 all in though.

This is the second time food was delivered cold and late, also was asked to pay more for delivery by driver which I refused to do. Complained through Just Eat but the restaurant was not interested. I will never buy from them again.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered food at 7 for it to be here at 8:45 , wasn’t until 8.40 I was rung and told if I don’t pay an extra £7 (delivery fee was then 10£!!) I wouldn’t be getting my £35worth of food I had ordered. And on top of all that after choosing it to be here a hour and 45 mins after I ordered it was still 50 minutes late , definitely wouldn’t never order from this place again

I paid for my food and delivery fee which was not an issue. I don't know whether it hadn't come through the system or not but on arrival the delivery driver told me I needed to pay for the delivery fee to which I had told him I had already paid for it. I then said I would give the place a call and if I had to pay another delivery fee that would be fine and I would pay. Once I started to ring the place the driver seemed annoyed and got into his car driving off. food was ok . Thanks

0 STARS !!!! Absolutely horrendous customer support. I’ve ordered from Pepe’s all over the country many times. I’m sure the food is fine but I ordered on Uber eats. They repeatedly lied about the amount of time it will take for them to make / deliver my order. They had me wait for over AN HOUR, bear in mind the branch was a 6 minute drive from my location. Then after lying about the amount of time it’ll take for them to finish my order, they cancelled it. At this point I was really hungry & I was made to wait for over an hour for absolutely no reason. Horrendous customer service & AWFUL treatment.

I have visited to Scotland by seeing reviews I ordered food it cost me around £60 but the whole food is leaking ,damaged and cold . Do not order from this peri peri worst delivery service ever. The delivery driver can’t even locate the location.silly!!

Food was ok but I asked for peri peri chips and got plain chips which is very disappointing it’s an option which I chose so I shouldn’t have to state it In notes. Chips were bland and had no peri peri salt so I would like a full refund for my chips !

We have been to a few Piri Piris but this one is different. I always come back here when I get a chance. The food is yummy and I like hot sauce on pretty much everything. The staff is friendly and the place is clean too. My favourite are chicken wings, paneer tikka and spicy rice. The piri piri salt on fries is yum. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

I go to Pepe’s Piri Piri usually in london. Since I recently moved to scotland and I am not aware of good takeaways locally. I came across Pepe’s Piri Piri in Perth recently and been here few times now. Food is served hot and taste is amazing. Staff are really friendly. Highly recommended.

I'm a massive fan of spice. First place I've ordered from that delivered on their "extreme" heat warning. Absolutely delicious, and fiery to boot.
