Food is consistently amazing! Great delivery and staff

I waited 45 min longer than expected for my food

Food was 30 minutes later than expected, waited 1.5 hours in total. When opening food up we had an extra hot burrito instead of the lemon and herb fajita wrap. And the chips were cold too. Always enjoy a pepes but the last few deliveries have been well below par and I'm pretty hacked off after tonight.

My food was spilled and I asked for my chips with peri peri sauce but there was no sauce

ordered my food, the place is a 10 minute drive from my house. when i called 30 minutes after the order was confirmed to have arrived they told me he was already on his way. 15 minutes later it shows up stone cold

Was charged an additional £4 delivery fee despite already paying the £3 delivery fee on app. I understand we were further from the restaurant however this should have been accounted for in the delivery fee and not added on as an extra. Otherwise food was good and delivery time was within stated time frame.

Ordered The fajita wrap meal with extra chicken - delicious!

chicken breast dry and powdery. pitta doughy and wet and the wrong drink was delivered. ordered mango rubicon, recievedBarr cola. as a diabetic I can't bring cola.

The best branch in entire UK the staff amazing friendly caring smiling faces and always helpful, the Chef RK is amazing. Feels so homely we go to perth all the way from dundee just because of the friendly environment of staff , because they serve you the best food hot and fresh. All the team is amazing

We ordered food for a team meeting. It was very tasty and everyone was quite happy with what they received. It was about 3/4 hour delivery which was about right from what we were advised at order confirmation.

Food was really good, the rice was quite spicy though. Which I like but I know that's not for everyone.

Doss. But please add delivery charges to the order stage instead of turning up at my door saying I'm due an extra £2

Don’t know what’s going on with this place recently but this order was so disappointing as this is usually my go to place to order from. The lid wasn’t put on the sauce right so spilled all through the bag everywhere and the chips were old and cold. Overall the food wasn’t fresh and not the usual standard I’ve had before I ended up putting half of it in the bin 😕

food was nice however, my corn was burnt so couldn’t eat much of that. Was strange I had to pay extra £7 because we are in dunning which just eat allowed me to order. So paid £10 for delivery if you include the £3 I already paid.

Earlier than expected cause the roadworks on the A90 are so temperamental, which was great. Slightly let down by the mozzarella sticks, but everything else was great, except for veggies in the loaded fries but only because I'm fussy. Can't go wrong with Pepe's

Chicken stale, chips stale, mozzarella sticks stale! Everything cold and stale! Not exactly cheap either. The only redeeming quality was the polite and friendly server. Dreadful meal nothing was cooked fresh. And what is thar sweet chilli sauce all about? Won't be back.

Took over 2 hours to deliver to scone. said it was delivered after bout an hour but it wasn't. phoned restaurant, guy was pretty rude just said it was on way he didn't know when it would arrive but id get it. clearly wasn't on the way cause it took another 40 minutes. regular customer but I won't be back second time now this has happened

2 hours for a delivery on a non weekend night is poor. Called to question and zero apology or customer service. Food was average and ended up in bin due to both being past the point of hunger and not tasting great.

We placed the order at 12.15 and asked for it to be delivered as soon as possible. We were told it would be between 13.00-13.20. It eventually arrived at 13.40. I phoned the restaurant at 13.30 to be told it would be with us in a few minutes. 2/10

The food were absolutely gorgeous. Something we don't have back in England. Definitely somewhere I would eat from again. However, the delivery was terrible considering we paid an extra £7 for it. It was 30 mins late and they still couldn't find the holiday park.

foods always good. Delivery took 90 minutes. Was supposed to get a free tub of ice cream for spoening over 25 which I didn't. delivery guy was asking me for an extra £2 for delivering to scone. it's says this nowhere during the ordering process. I order from here regularly and have never been asked for this before

Great delivery, on time and arrived hot. I particularly loved the flavour of all the dishes, you guys did a great job.

I selected a pinpoint location of where I was to meet the driver but he did not come at the exact point where I was, he decided to leave my food outside on the cafe

My dad is Spanish and he said in the 13 years he’s lived in England they were the best chicken wings he’s had and he was impressed that they were actually really spicy like he wanted. Food was fantastic and the driver very polite. Thank you.

Food is great. No honesty about delivery though. Have to pester them so it finally gets sent. Over an hour and 45 when quoted 50 mins.

Food being late on busy nights I can understand however the quality of the food did not meet the usual standard and was cold. The chips were terrible and soggy/cold . All the restaurant offered was an apology

Just had a takeaway meal from Pepe’s, treated the whole family as it was Father’s Day , my husband picked it up on the way home , was absolutely awful, chips freezing, chicken dried up lumps won’t be back, I did phone the shop first before leaving a bad review as I don’t get takeaway often but this was meant to be a treat but the member of staff I spoke to wasn’t in the slightest interested. Takeaways are a luxury these days they should e trying to keep their customers not offering a substandard service

The service I received was appalling, I waited over 1.5 hours to be told that the driver had been at my door but nobody had been and they are just not listening, it was over £40 and I am extremely unhappy with this.

This lot need to get their act together with delivery, second time in a row ive ordered about 2 hours ahead and still cant deliver even close to on time. No excuse with that much notice, it’s just bad planning. Or not bothering their backside. Food was fine, get your finger out please

I get from Pepe’s a lot and it’s normally piping hot but the chips were cold and the chicken burger was lukewarm..

Basic service but honestly the foods amazing. Parking in site, bathrooms and clean all round.
