Such a great spot with really delicious food and fantastic service! The ciapaninis are incredible, and the salad that comes with it is divine. Calling ahead for a takeaway is super simple too. Can't recommend this place enough!

Pembrokeshire Promise is a frequently visited spot for lunch out. As always the food this weekend was fresh and plentiful. The menu has many original offerings, there are always things to tempt you. There is an excellent breakfast menu, along with a choice of panini, ciabatta and ciapanini rolls, all with interesting and flavoursome fillings. There are a wide range of other eats on offer from soup to omelettes. To drink, there is a good selection of hot chocolate drinks on offer, alongside excellent tea, coffee and soft drinks. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service is prompt.

An excellent place to stop for a quick family meal. Staff so helpful and friendly. Food well prepared and presented and very tasty. Highly recommended.

I visit this establishment every Friday and have to say the service is absolutely superb. Always on hand to help and always serving with the biggest smile. Katy is always welcoming and makes the best coffee we’ve had.

Not sure If I visited on a bad day but awful service. Staff more interested in chatting and gossiping than serving customers. Food was average. Eggs not cooked properly. Had to return one to be cooked more

Visited on the recommendation of colleague at work as looking for more than the usual "meal deal" from the supermarket. Ordered a coronation chicken ciabatta to take away, not only was it freshly made with no delay but also came with really tasty salad in a box and a recyclable fork to eat it with. All served by the highly professional and friendly staff. Thank you Whilst I took away there is seating inside for a number of groups of people as well as outside (and it was still warm enough to do so today as well!). Lovely atmosphere inside, "seaside"feel to it with some nice artwork too. Shall be back to try more of the menu in the future.

Stopped here at random for a late lunch. So glad we did, it was a lovely experience. Food was delicious, very well presented and good value. Waitress was pleasantly friendly and efficient. It's cosy, relaxed and smells wonderful (sells soaps and wax melts too). Would definitely recommend.

Me & my wife decided to have breakfast here, I had the smashed avocado with poached egg on brown bloomer, it was nice but one poached egg was nice & runny while one was not, my wife had the small breakfast which was nice but the bacon was wafer thin & overcooked, not much taste to it, would eat there again, the staff seem friendly.

Stopped here on offchance, glad we did, two lovely friendly girls, good choice on menu. We had rolls, which were really tasty served with salad, coleslaw and crisps. Very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
