Peking Palace in Hillingdon

First time ordering food in this area went to the shop in person . I ordered the crispy shredded beef , special fried rice and a portion of chicken balls totalling £20 . I was told only cash but doing the maths it doesn’t add up to £20. Think I’ve been ripped off and no given receipt. I had to ask her for tissue and a spoon. Food was ok not the best.

Terrible food 😢 tasteless, so far the only thing tasted ok was egg fried rice. Crispy shredded chicken tasteless, meat is tough. Satay chicken sauce stringy. Sesame prawn roast has a weird after taste etc etc just wanted £60

the staff were not very friendly and when I ordered and picked it up the food wasn't great there's no seating space but overall isnt worth the effort to try

Nice place. Good food, good portions, some of the dishes is to bland as for my liking, but overall is on plus. Reasonable price.

What Happened please?? This place was recommended by family and omg. Every single dish we ordered was bland and torture to try to consume (from the noodles to the Special Fried Rice) and we spent £50!! The prawn toast overcooked and burnt. If we didn't live 15 mins away and have to come to collect it, I would of brought it back. What an absolute joke and a waste of money! Do NOT go here.

Food isn't good makes you feel sick

Love this place, especially their Crispy Hot Chicken dish. Nobody else can get it right, so I keep coming back to Peking Palace for it. They are friendly and welcoming too. Great little takeaway place.

terrible service. Multiple ocaisions they've been slow to prepare food, adg gave incorrect ETA's The last instance was the final straw. Was quoted an hour half ETA, two hours later call back told another half hour. Pushing on to 3 hours wait time, call back for again and they hadn't even started preparing the order. They clearly have huge problems in managing orders, and no amount of food quality can excuse the poor quality of service. To not even push the order through after the first call, and to blatently lie and say it's half hour away when they hadn't even started, is unforgivable.

Ordered from here last night paid nearly £90 for food for my mums birthday for it to be a complete disappointment had absolutely no flavour or spice some dishes were wrong when I phone to speak to someone the women on reception who claims to be the manager was very very rude and unwilling to accept my complaint no apology at all I WOULD NOT recommend this food to anybody

I'm very fussy when it comes to Chinese takeaway because I grew up eating at some great Chinese restaurants with my family when we went out for dinner. So I'm very particular. Most Chinese takeaways are bland and do the box standard chow mein noodle dishes. However, Peking Palace do the crispy noodle dishes which is what I'm a huge fan off, and they did not dissapoint. The food overall was great, and the portion sizes were decent. I think I've found my new regular Chinese takeaway. Please don't ever change the quality of your food, I've waited a long time to find somewhere that could match up to my favourite one in South London!

We always use them good food and good portions, I would recommend them, cheque or cash only, no cards excepted, that is the only thing.

I've used this takeaway occasionally over a number of years. We tend to order the same meal and its always consistently good. Cant go wrong ordering from here.

I like the food here and the service. I've never had a bad meal from here in the last 10yrs. It's not my favourite but it's up there, as I know what I will be getting!

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Always prompt and polite service, very clean premises. Crispy shredded chili beef is the best I've had.

Always a Reliable Choice. We've been using this Chinese Takeaway for many years and never had a disappointing meal. Quick & accurate on the phone, pleasant service and food ready in about 20 minutes; Always fresh, hot and good. Portion sizes are large and prices seem fine to me. I can strongly recommend this place, call them up when passing Rayners Lane on the Met and your dinner is ready for collection as you pass the shop.

Top notch food....only take cash though.
