No taste what so ever and everything was stone cold. Shame really because the last 2 times have been ten ten !!! Very disappointing I won’t be coming back

First time ordering ! Came quite a distance and was piping hot ! Delicious! Driver called when struggling to find me ! Perfect will come back ! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Lamb biriyani 10/10 100 percent bang on. Bhuna sauce. 7/10 nan bread - 0/10. Nan breads are a main part of takeaway night and unfortunately pavilions Nan breads are not great. They taste the same although we ordered keema, peshwari, and garlic. Soggy nan and all taste the same. 2/10. Overall 7.5/10. Chips also bang on.

Great food as always, delivery’s always either on time or earlier than stated! Will continue to order from here no problem!

lamb was uneatable, never eaten anything as chewy. chapati tasted like they were made yesterday. mushroom rice was nice . it's a shame as tried this place before and it was nice but this meal has definitely put me off

Food arrived hot and bang on time. Great large sized portions and a good quality. Makes a change to get a decent kebab these days.

W have used pavilion express in Bacup over some years, however the quality of food (now very average) versus cost mean it’s not really worthwhile I’m afraid, £40 for three meals one of which a starter only? Nope

The quality of the food is always good from the Pavilion but unfortunately for the second time in a row our order was not complete. The first time we didn’t speak to the restaurant, but this time we did and the missing items (popadoms) were delivered very quickly.

Normally pretty good. Yesterday ordered at 5.05.. 6pm delivery was fine, arrived 6.50 after phoning to find out what the delay was, guy said our system shows everything is fine here but we are busy!!! Nolearly 2 hours for delivery !! Samosa burnt and inedible. Normally pretty good!

Took them multiple attempts to even send us a garlic cheesy Nan since they sent a normal Nan multiple times in a row, when we finally received our two cheesy nans it was very disappointing since the cheese within the Nan was like American burger cheese and u couldn’t even taste it since they was basically no cheese within the Nan. They also seemed to try and not understand me on the call as apparently I was confusing them after I told them they got our order wrong. They finally listened when I got a lad on the phone. Seems like they won’t listen to girls/ women.

We had to wait 40 minutes extra and then the app told us the driver was on it’s way (which is only 5-10 minutes away) and it took them 35 minutes to deliver it

Didn't even deliver or attempt to deliver my food. Waiting 2 hours. Shocking service.

Food was brilliant, piping hot and mega early! Only issue was they forgot the drink I ordered but will be ordering from here again.

I ordered at 8pm, confirmed by the restaurant at 8.06pm, deliver due 8.40-8.50pm, then received notification at 8.50pm, and it would be late 9.20pm-9.40pm Food was delivered at 9.50 pm, no apology from the driver or any offer of a discount nor change. Food was ok, nothing special, unfortunately what my husband had did not agree with him and he has been poorly all day. And to be honest, it was so late we weren't as hungry by the time it arrived.

30 mins added onto the order after waiting 45. Unacceptable

The lamb tikka madras curry was v nice but Chips horrid, arrived luke warm, extremely rubbery and inedible. Salad was chopped lettuce That’s it, No lemon r cucumber. Had to make my own chips.

This is our third meal from Pavilion Express and it can’t be faulted. Keep up the good work,it’s so nice to find a Restaurant that is consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

Just eat won’t let you amend a review. Had a problem on New Years Eve, the guys read my review and came to see me in person to apologise. I’ve never seen customer service like it. Replacement food was absolutely bang on and back to the amazing standards that these guys usually deliver.

My mix kebab was very nice, although I would of enjoyed it even more if you had delivered the mint sauce I paid for?

I understand it’s New Year’s Eve. However, I worked just as hard for the money I gave you and I’m sure I didn’t order cold food that had been sat around waiting for a driver to collect it. Absolute shambles, food is in the bin and the money is in your pocket. Not sure what you are playing at, but we are done…..happy new year!

Lovely meals but the worst chips ever.... The chips were horrendous. Such a shame they serve good food with shocking chips.....

Lovely meal it was all hot, fresh and tasty. My only slight downside was the vegetable pakora were much more like onion bhaji than i would have liked.

Waited an hour and half to hear they couldn't handle the delivery. Go elsewhere if you want to eat on the same day you order.

Would not order again, mixed kebab starter was average, although wouldn’t eat the lamb. Not sure what that curry was but definitely not a Balti. Surprised as it appeared to have good reviews

Didn't bring the Chappaties. Barely any chicken in either curry.

The samosas where really lovely. The curry wasn’t as good as it normally is. I always order the Chicken Tikka special as it usually has a great depth of flavour and being Asian style quite hot and spicy. Tonights was just chicken with tomatoes and not spicy in the slightest? Hope it’s a one off. Fresh and hot and always delivered with a smile from a top gentleman.

Food was fab not one thing that was ordered was not liked defo my new go to takeaway 🙌

Sorry, don't usually have a problem but the korma's tonight were weak and watery. No real flavour or consistency. Poor considering the prices have just gone up.

Fab mid-week special. 20 minutes from order to door. Food hot, plenty and tasty.

I order curry Asian style no peas and spicy cos I can’t eat alot normally food is mint. Come full or peas bland and not even a dip in the bag when Order them with pops it’s ok cos I’ll get a free meal Next time not like I’ve got work at 7 and now Paid for food that was mingin And in the bin!! The food was delicious as always but it was delayed for some reason, but Just Eat DID let us know it would be delayed.

Ordered garlic chicken curry. Don't know what the curry was but it certainly wasn't garlic. Chips not cooked properly either. Like most fast food in BACUP it was rather disgusting and the straw that broke the camels back, where I wont be ordering any food again. I think the people of BACUP are being used by the fast food outlets round here.

Its a low bar to start with anyway. Most of the takeaway/delivery food in BACUP is utter garbage anyway no matter where you get it from. However, in the past Pavilion now and again can be OK. Not tonight, ordered a garlic curry with chips. No taste of garlic whatsoever and chips not cooked properly. That has made the final decision not to order any takeaway. delivery food in BACUP ever again.

The food was lovely and even though it was delivered a little later than was scheduled we had a text message to let us know so that wasn’t a problem.

Tried for the first time tonight the online order system was simple to use came to collect and food was ready on time the food was very good all 3 dishes had plenty of flavour and we have no complaints will defiantly be back

Not the best, always had nice food in the past from here, but the chicken didn't taste right, so threw mine in the bin. Didn't even feed it to the dogs, woke up with a sore stomach this morning. 1st time I've had to leave a low review, but the chicken tasted really rubbery.
