Would never eat here again after having green mouldy bread on a bacon butty made me feel sick told the staff and got no answer disgraceful 😕

Very expensive. Almost £6 for two scoops of ice cream on a cone.

Really to have this cafe on the bike ride. Great value, nice home baking. The only issue is there is nowhere to lock your bike against

Always call in here on our walk round Hollingworth Lake. Cosy little cafe with a great menu. Outside seating if the weather is good.

Food, ice creams and drinks are very good and the service is usually good, unfortunately I have had a bad experience with one member of staff that I found to be rude and obnoxious 😢

This is an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE Cafe for Ice Cream, having previously worked in the Ice cream industry the Profit 📈 Mark Up is MASSIVE, ( I'll try upload The Ice cream Price Lists) I got Cheaper Ice Cream in a Casino In Monte Carlo 😅😅 Large Types of Coffee are around £3.50p So in fairness these are what you'd expect to pay. The Staff work hard and even go litter picking for those Lazy Lardarse People who Don't put their own litter in the Many bins provided. A Child on a cycle ride with his mates wanted to buy a drink however they DON'T TAKE CASH ( Maybe the owner thinks the Staff Steal who knows🤔 ) So he couldn't get a drink, however a nice adult in the shop bought a drink and gave it the lad for nothing outside the Cafe ( Yorkshire Generosity). 10 year old children don't usually have Banking Apps or Current Bank accounts. I think any child should be offered a Cup of Cold water for free in any Cafe. All in all its a great walk around the lake, plus they filmed a Drama there called " The Jetty " Check it out on BBC iplayer.

Bought children milkshakes and cookies. The milkshakes were lovely but the cookies were stale. We informed them and the lad took them off the shelf but then told to put them back. No offer of a replacement or even a refund. Will not stop off on our walks around the lake again as staff not interested.

Card only is ridiculous it's over priced and not even good.....

Handy cafe to stop at whilst walking around Hollingworth Lake in Littleborough, Rochdale. Good coffee, cakes and sandwiches jacket spuds, soup, ice-cream etc. Couple of tables inside, tables outside plus picnic benches with lovely view of the Lake. Staff are always warm and friendly, good service. Normal prices.

Really nice coffee, friendly staff, cakes look nice and prices are good. Full breakfast is excellent. Loos round the back are council run but plenty of loo roll on a bank holiday weekend.

Overpriced in my opinion although some things like rocky road was a decent price. For the money we spent I could of made better at home for less. What makes me not want to come back is apparently it's card only & when asked why they seemed a bit moody telling me. There's about five seats inside all crammed.

Today, I went into the cafe and asked for vanilla ice cream as that is the only flavour my young child will eat. I was told they had completely sold out of vanilla so I said ok, do you have something almost identical in flavour, to which I was told crunchie is the same with a tiny bit of chocolate within. I bought this, it was nothing like vanilla and actually the ice cream flavour itself was not vanilla.. which was fine, it is what it is. However, I turned around walking out of the door after binning this to see people carrying out vanilla ice cream!!! That I had just been told had completely sold out!!! I went straight to the counter and the girls knew dactyl what they had done and tried to say well it is soft so it’s not ready, baring in mind three other people had just walked out with one and it was in the counter to be sold.. so not too soft to be sold to other customers!!! Absolute disgrace!!! Not only that but then I was charged for a vanilla after speaking with the manager after telling her about what had happened and how I had been treated! I won’t go back again! Which is a shame as we go in every single Sunday. Had there been none at all, I would have binned the one I was provided with and just takin it as my child doesn’t like the flavour, but I was lied to and the girls could easily have gone and got the vanilla from wherever they got it from for the customer stood two people behind me!! Poor customer service!!!

Great little shop to stop at for a drink or food. Caters for dogs also. Do a variety of hot and cold food and drinks made in front of you or whilst you wait at one of the many benches outside. Limited inside seating, but some benches outside are under cover.

Just had coffees while out on a walk. Quite expensive. Nice that there are alternative milks and vegan choc for the cappuccino.

Absolutely awful...over priced, coffee tasted like hot water with milk, my 3 year old wouldnt even eat the ice cream looks like been sat there for 6 months also dont takw cash avoid at all costs

Great place at Hollingworth Lake. I always have toasted tea cake and cuppa tea whenever I go there. Staff are great too. Only downside is toilets aren’t that great

Only had drinks.. coffee and hot chocolate.. there.. but the food snacks do look appetising and are popular.

Lovely food but there can be a wait

I brought my 2 sons and their friend here this evening for icecream. 2 of them got 1 scoop of icecream in a small tub and 1 got 2 scoops in a small tub. I got a bottle of Pepsi and it cost me £14.10. I think that was very expensive for what we got, I wouldn't go again.

The place was filthy. Ice cream stores in a very unhygienic way.

Good drinks but stake cake and biscuits..Sunday staff were rude one girl in particular was seen to be pulling a face at a customer for returning a stale shortbread..

Lovely little cafe by the lake plenty of variety of ice creams hot drinks cakes and treats very good prices too.

Nice food, could do with serving proper breakfast rolls though rather than the continental crusty rolls that are difficult to eat as the fillings don't fit!!

Nicely placed while having a walk round Hollingworth Lake. We had latte coffees, very welcome. I noticed that there were cakes, biscuits and ice-cream.

A nice walk with a cafe in the middle. Sausage bacon and egg toastie. And a coffee. The ice creams look good too. Clean with seating inside or out with a good view of the lake..
