Pascal's Brasserie in Mid Sussex

We had a family dinner here for 15 and everything about it was excellent. The food was served promptly and was perfect, it was a fun and very relaxed evening. The singer was a surprise but he was amazing and made the evening even more special..

Not a good evening at all. Most of our first choices for starters & mains were unavailable, didn't even have mixed nuts, now come on you could send somebody to waitrose!!! Staff just made excuses not 1 apology. When food eventually arrived mussela were in coloured water & the carbanara had no sauce. Won't be going there again

Oh dear, this place has gone down hill. Used to be great. However, this time the new menu was bland and there were no specials. It was loud. The windows were all open and people were smoking outside, so the smoke drifted in. Seems more of a bar now than a restaurant. We had a drink and then left. Didn’t stay to eat.

Popped in on the off chance they were playing the football - had already been out for dinner somewhere else locally and fancied a night cap and maybe a few light late evening snacks. Pascal's did not disappoint! Friendly and prompt service at the bar offering us a range of bar snacks and well made drinks. Didn't have a full meal but the atmosphere was relaxed and comfy so will definitely return

9 of us for lunch. Everyone enjoyed there food, we were looked after very well, food delivered all together and waiter very attentive checking we were ok. We were all very impressed and will be back

Dinner, Starters fine, table not cleaned after waitress dropped dirty cutlery. Mains poor, moule mariniere had raw garlic and burnt onions , very salty. Chicken burger not on brioche, but cheap white roll. Chef and maitre sat at bar watching football…. not what you would expect for a top dollar restaurant. Wouldn’t go back.

The food was very good quality and home cooked. The waitress helped us decide because she has eaten the food and was able to describe how good it was. Value for money was acceptable. We sat outside, and were very impressed with the comfort and atmosphere.

Booked our lunch, much of menu not available. My main was Chicken Caesar salad, no caesar dressing,parmesan,croutons or anchovies! Service not with a smile, no interest from any staff as to whether we were happy or needed anything. We wont be back!

Popped in, last minute, for lunch. They have a lunch special - two main courses for £15. We both had the steak frites, absolutely first rate. For £7.50 each. A no brainer.

Great food and service especially considering we were a large party and hadn’t booked ahead. LuLu was attentive and made sure we felt welcome and had all we needed.

I cannot rate highly enough the service, staff and of course the food at Pascals Haywards Heath. We were a party of 9 for my Dad's 70th birthday. Every single staff member were so attentive and assisted with a lot of the organising to make my Dad's birthday so special. We had a fantastic evening and can't thank you all enough. See you soon.

Delicious food, excellent service, good value, sun terrace for outdoor eating available I recommend the bruschetta followed by stuffed chicken wrapped in parma ham with green beens and parmentier potatoes, but the pasta dishes are just as good.

Fabulous evening thanks to our host Lombardo the manager. We called in the day before to assess and book the restaurant. Lombardo was absolutely charming with his encouragement and service on the night. Everyone loved their food, and there was no cakeapge charge for our own dessert. They did us proud

Popped in on a whim and found fantastic service and food to die for. Pasta dish spot on, mussels lovely and great homemade chips. Service exceptional. We’ll be back with friends!

This was our first visit and we weren’t disappointed. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are a little higher than average but the food was delicious and well cooked. My fillet of beef with dauphinois potatoes and broccoli was perfect. Indulgent but not too rich and heavy. We saw some other customers with interesting looking cocktails and tasty desserts but we decided to save those for another visit. If this restaurant can keep standards higher than the chain restaurants in town which seem to be slipping, then they’ll do well and be rewarded with loyal customers. We’ll definitely be returning.
