Travelled from outside the area to try the Parmo. I’m from Middlesbrough originally (home of the Parmo) so was eagerly looking forward to trying one. It was ok, wasn’t what you would get in Boro. Meal was laced with herbs which was quite overpowering. Would be better with plain fries and proper garlic sauce. Asked for onions too and couldn’t have any for some reason. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. Back to Boro soon hopefully. Lady serving us was really nice and friendly.

Ordered here for the first time tonight. What an absolute joke. How can you send out food that is freezing cold and also burnt. The Mexican fries were burnt beyond recognition, with what looks like the bottom of the fryer scraped inside. They Absolutely drenched with oil that was somehow leaking through the polystyrene tray they arrived in.

Tried the Parmo Butty at the Manchester Christmas markets and loved every bite. Full of flavour and it was devoured within a minute. Looking forward to visiting Parmogeddon outside of the Christmas markets to try other food.

Best parmo in Manchester easily! I got one with pepperoni, hot sauce, and jalapeño. Tasted super delicious, and was a good portion. Cost 13 pounds. The chips were really nicely seasoned as well, though perhaps a tiny tiny bit under salted. The garlic sauce was tasty as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If you fancy a parmo in Manchester, I would definitely direct someone here. Personally, I find the location a bit of a shame, as I don’t particularly like underpass / shipping container business centers, but that doesn’t reflect directly on Parmogeddon, who are great!

Wow, so much food! I was so full after the parmo I couldn’t eat my fries! Hatch is such an amazing atmosphere it’s hard to not have a good time! The food makes it that much more amazing! So happy I was able to enjoy this awesome meal.

I’ve been here/ordered from here 3 times now and each time the parmos and tenders are just drowning in off-tasting oil. Don’t get me wrong, I love fried greasy food as much as anyone but this just tastes really strange. The chicken itself isn’t the problem, but the oil it seems to be covered in is the main problem for me. The béchamel I’m also not a fan of, it also tastes a bit ‘off’ to me and when we ordered from there last night, it tasted floury and wasn’t nice at all - my partners was the same, so not just me. Just not for me, and I’ve definitely given this place a fair try over the last 18 months with ordering different parmos and sides.

A bit of a mixed experience really. Ordered during what I thought was a quiet lull but the food did take quite some time to actually come out and I had only ordered the Parmo Baos and nothing else so was a bit irritable by the time they arrived. As for the Parmo Baos themselves, one tasted really good, covered in hoisin and green onion... the other, the garlic mayo and chips option, tasted a bit on the bland and texturally mushy side thanks to the chips not having any crispness to them at all. I'd like to try other things at some point from here but sadly my first experience could have been better.

We went there after looking at the lovely pictures on insta, took a long time to coencide a visit to Manchester and an opp to go there, either way got there walk in to the shipping container, no one else there and was ignored for a while, eventually a lady came over to the hatch I asked for a menu, it's in the window I was told. Ok fair enough go outside look at the window decide what we want, go back in ignored! People literally opening the hatch from the kitchen and walking past, right okay then off we went in search of a beer, found one went back to sit outside parmageddon, went in and again no one in there apart from staff and someone else having a conversation about who owes what knives to which place, again about ten mins being ignored, so outside again scan qr code, order food, wait. Food arrives I had really high hopes however, chicken was dry as fluff, bechemal sauce and cheese made it so rich that after half of the dry chicken breast and cheese it was sickly, I had the hot one and the good lady had the salt and pepper one both of us had the same opinion. The weirdest bit was we were sat outside of their shipping container and the chicken on both portions were cold???? That said after the amount we had been ignored trying to order whats the point in mentioning anything? We had a show to go to. Chips however were warm and actually decent.

Not as tasty as the reviews say, in fact its really bad. A fried chicken fillet topped with cheese that has absolutely 0 zero. My food was cold, assuming it wasn't fresh. The chips are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, otherwise it's not even worth it. Not recommend!

Had the cauliflower parmo with mac and cheese topping - portions were big and it was nice... just not very well seasoned? I know its quite hard to make cauliflower more interesting so it's not really on the restaurant 😂 The chips were seasoned so so well and the pickled salad added a really nice sharpness and contrast. So overall it was nice.

I ordered this order on UberEats so I cannot vouch for the Service nor Atmosphere but the food was 10/10! Unbelievable Parmos with a lovely creamy cheese topping. I got the Holy Grail Parmo and my Son & Husband got the Holy Macaroni Parmo. It comes with Seasoned home-made Chips and Red Cabbage Slaw. All of it as a combination really works. I would love to Visit soon and see if the Service and Atmosphere is up to the Spec that the Food is. I definitely recommend...

Great experience! Must try Pro : great chicken and cheese and homemade chili sauce Cons : fries where too salty , the wooden cutlery made it hard to cut and The cardboard plate and paper under started to get in the food , just saying things that can be improved But I enjoyed the flavour of the chicken Parma . Cmon guys!!! :)

Very delicious i got the hot honey and feta cheese parmo. It was flavoursome and it was delivered straight to my table. Would seriously recommend this! And the coleslaw was great too

Tried Parmogeddon today and was blown away. I ordered the buffalo and blue parmo. The food was delicious and was bursting with flavour. The chicken was perfect, it was tender and soft and tasted really good. The triple cooked chips were delicious and the spicy slaw topped everything off. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

The chicken was juicy and covered with cheese, perfectly cooked spiced and flavorful. The side salad is the one for which I can constantly go back to this place. Don't forget to try the truffle butter fries.

Having never had this dish before I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff were pleasant enough, however I found the food not to be of my taste, firstly it came out very quickly which means to me it's not fresh but pre cooked, I found the seasoned fries although very tasty really salty but I did finish them off ! The chicken parmo was really very bland after the fries and was extremely greasy, but again I finished it because I was very hungry and in need of food after my insulin shots. It was a nice experience...... Would I revisit if I was in this area again ???? It's a sound no from me !!

I do not claim to know what a Parmo is or be a regular. I was enticed by the high reviews and I have no guilt in leaving another. I confess I do like my food spicy heading towards over seasoned. So, with that most of the negative reviews may be from those who have a more delicate palate. To me, a great fillet of chicken smothered in cheese. How can you go wrong. Spicy salty chips and a sharp sauerkraut complement deliciously. If in doubt, opt for the mayo, I went all in with chilli sauce. It delivered. Wood park style tables in an underpass, Served from a shipping container. No pretentiousness. Great

Some friends were visiting from out of town and thought of checking out this place while walking on the streets. And I have to say, it was an undoubtedly the best decision of my life. They had a limited menu selection, but every item on the menu provided quality and food made with love and care. The portion size was quite big as well. Overall had the best experience and enjoyed the time out.

Ordered “The Holy Grail” parmesan with a side of truffle and garlic butter fries. The Holy Grail is your standard parmo, in all honesty, a decent piece of chicken and a nice amount of cheese. Quite sickly as you go on. What ruined it was the overpowering truffle oil on the chips that seeped under the parmo and quite frankly made it impossible to eat. No more than 3 fork fulls of the parmo were had due to the overbearing truffle and garlic oil. Also ordered the “Salt & Pepper” with regular fries which was good. The toppings on this parmo really helped give it some much needed flavour. Chilli sauce was ok also, was nice to have as a dipping sauce with the regular fries. Would definitely recommend having the chips separate, especially with the truffle and garlic butter ones.

Visited site in Hatch. Chips were really hard had to throw half of them away. Parts of the chicken were very thin so had hardened. Garlic mayo was tasteless. Shame as the taste of the parmo itself was decent.

First off the service was really quick which was great! Unfortunately the food was just over seasoned for me. I had a parmigiana with the fries and pickled cabbage side. Fries were cooked well but mega salty and the pickle could do with being a bit sweeter it was quite abrasive. The chicken was really thin so didn't balance well with the mounds of cheese. The spicy ketchup was tasty though. Sorry I'm not normally one to trash restaurants, hope the comments help.

We visited the Newcastle site in Stacks Newcastle. Food was delicious, we had the fried babybel - cheesy gooey melty little bombs with tangy spicy tomato based sauce. We shared the chicken parmo - very generous portion, delicious and crispy chicken covered with creamy bechamel and mountains of cheese, fries were homemade, well seasoned and soft inside like clouds - Definitely recommend! Accompanied with light and surprisingly spicy slaw that lifted the whole meal with its freshness. All food was homemade and fresh, you can tell they care. Portions are quite big so if you’re not too hungry, definitely share. Overall absolutely recommended!

Just returned from Hatch and REALLY enjoyed the Mac n cheese Parmo. If you like fried chicken and cheese, it's a match made in heaven. Honestly, one of the nicest lunches I've had in months. Worth noting that Hatch felt very comfortable in 'covid times', with food ordering done via an app. It's a system that was easy to use and worked well. Although it was the first time I've had a Parmo, certainly won't be the last!

This place is shocking. I eat in all different places in chorlton. And places I have been have great standards. Tried jc tonight and waited 2 hrs from making order. The food come and was not even mediocre. SHOCKING and I'm not critic but wow 😳I only went there because I was on beech Rd and thought with its location it must be good. Well I was very wrong. I should of stuck with water lily restaurant.

Terrible standard of food the short ribs were dry seems liked they were cooked days ago and re heated I know cause I’m a chef. The potatoe tots are pre made frozen crap they taste more like crisp from the Aldi. But t was all just average I complained and got 20% of but I left 80% of the food and had to go else where to get fully awful experience I’m not your average diner but this is below average food. Stay clesr!
