If you’re thinking of ordering, do it. Best takeaway every single time. The flavour is unmatched no matter where I go. The kebab is just the best same with the pizzas. I promise you won’t be disappointed it’s actually still amazing

Ordered from here for years and other than the odd incorrect order from time to time (which they sort out straight away) the food is spot on and the service is excellent. So happy to have this takeaway just around the corner.

Unnecessary #CreamedCabbageGate… I’ve spent so much money with #ParmesanHouse over the last few years, but over the last year or so, it’s gone way down in my estimation by A LOT! ——— I ordered two days in a row and explained i hadn’t received the creamed cabbage the day before. They said “and?” So I asked ‘So, is there anything you can do for me?” Responding “why didn’t you tell us yesterday” I then said “because I’m here telling you today?” To which I was told “tough luck you should have complained yesterday” (And I bet there wouldn’t have been a delivery organised to get me the creamed cabbage after picking up the takeaway and taking it home either). ——— Welllllll tough luck to you too Parmesan House! ——— They could have offered me a small gesture of goodwill, even a can of pop would have been fine. Instead, they just refused to even listen me. The food was cold too, even through I collected it 15mins after the order was placed. ——— I won’t be using parmesanhouse ever again, their customer service was absolutely disgusting, with three blokes all having a chip-in as to why they didn’t care about my complaint. There were plenty of options to resolve a simple issue, but they didn’t step up and handle it very well at all! —— 1/5 for the Parmo, which was cold but edible. Check out the rest of the reviews… this place has many complaints against them.

Ordered over phone collected in 10 minutes ,good fast service but this was 6pm so won't have been too busy ,I only ordered a small doner kebab ,which was quite big , but the meat was like rubber , and the salad was hardly there , and the chilli sauce is awful , just tastes like chilli powder , worst chilli 🌶 sauce I've had .

It was served quickly and the food was hot and tasty, The hot shot parmo is just right for me.

I did a phone order for collection chicken parmo chips and salad , that will be 15 the girl said I got there on time it wasn't even in the oven, not even an apology!!. Absaloute waste of time, if they spent less time on the phone outside the shop they might get something done.

Got a special box, and I'm never disappointed. Plenty of food,fresh, and seasoned lovely. Been in the shop a few times and all the staff are very friendly. Love there chillie and garlic sauce, all around fantastic

Just watched a server pick her nose and wrap someone’s donned wrap food handling hygiene doesn’t exist in that shop

Always enjoy their food, pizzas always have a good base, hot and cheesy! The meat is a lil bit questionable / ropey in quality but worth it. I keep going back and it is quick tbf.

just had an order off these guys , food was cold , the pizza was incorrect where i selected a certain pizza with only meet to find other ingredieants had been added where it dose say anywhere when creating this pizza that these ingredients are added , when we phoned up to complain about this we where told it is our fault and we would have to purchase another pizza , when i asked to speek to management i was told he was to busy to come to the phone ( more like he dose not have a set of balls ) we have spent a fortune with theese guys and WAS our local take away !!! i advise people to stay away !!!! Ordered from here a good number of times and been thoroughly impressed by the food, the nice service and the price. Would definitely recommend here.

Brilliant thanks our meals were really tasty and generous portions although it was very busy they were friendly and helpful

Absolutely terrible service. Placed my order and they said an hour at the most over 2 hours wait and still nothing. Ring up and they say it’s out for delivery. 30 mins later they say sorry we didn’t put the order through and we can have it too you in 20 mins. Still waiting 30 mins on. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering from here again. Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star.

I thought I’d give this place a go and ordered a Parmo for delivery. I wasn’t disappointed. Speedy delivery and a huge parmo with a nice thick layer of bechemel sauce, something a lot of places don’t seem to be able to manage. Lovely fresh salad and decent chips. Recommended!

My son loves the stuff crust cheese pizza here . Alway fast food is very good 5 stars from me.

Just ordered for the first time. Garlic was runny and didn't taste anything like garlic. Chicken was pink. Donna was horrible. Won't be going back

We always order from here and everytime they mess our order up when we ring them bck up they normally bring the stuff straight bck out but when I order food now and ask if they can make sure the order right they laugh and say okay not even apologise they have also done this to a few of my family members and tried to call them a liar down the phone

I used to be a regular at parmasen House but I've just ordered rather a large order tonight for my family I must warn others. In disgusted of the state it got delivered in looked like it had been sat on. They were over an hour and a half on delivery the food was cold. The garlic sauce tub was open dripping all over the order. The donner meat box was crumpled and grease dripping all over the other boxes Very messy And it looked like it had kicked round the town. Won't be wasting my money again on this place very disappointed!!. Come on ppls you be can't delivering food looking like that.

This place is an absolute joke Ordered £20.00 pounds worth of food complete with 4 tubs of garlic Waited over an hour for delivery Once the delivery came the food was cold and there was not 1 single tub of garlic sauce with the order After phoning to complain the lady on the phone to which it was not her fault was sincerely apologetic for the people who had actually cooked the food And she assured us that there was four garlic on the way So 20 mins later after putting our food in the f*****g oven the garlic arrived totally smashed up in a bag To all those thinking of ordering from this place The warmest thing from here is the f*****g coke

Absolutely disgraceful waited over 1 hour 20 minutes for food. Told them not to bother still sent it anyway. Nothing but cheek from them on the phone. Always happens when the owners not in !!!!!!!

Very Unhappy!! Ordered our food at about 7 o clock and it’s only just arrived, 9 o clock! Two hours later! When the food finally arrived it was cold, so when we phoned up to complain about the wait and the food been cold we were told not to order from there as our address is apparently too far! However, it’s a 13 minutes drive according to google! Really am not happy!

Food is always of a high quality - tasty and served hot - try their parmos! Service has always been pleasant enough. Also, the meal deals represent decent value for money. I always pay them a visit when I return to the north.

What place does kids meals without chips got a 7inch pizza in a box to then get a snotty guy on the phone telling me I should of rang up when i was using just eat an absolute joke. If you want chips with the pizza meals you have to ring up as no option on just eat what a mess on not using this place again

Waited an hour for delivery not to fussed about that. But food was cold and also found hair in the food won't be ordering from there again!!
