Great tiny shop serving wonderful hand made pies and other delicacies and coffees .Wide range of up market food on the shelves including bread and farm eggs.Sit outside on the grassy bank on variety of tables and chairs under the shade of a huge apple tree. One of our favourite places to go on a sunny or snowy day .

This great deli/takeaway on the North Deeside Road is full of lovely artisanal goodies and serves great coffee and other hot drinks. A small selection of wines, spirits and beers available along with fresh bread, cakes and Wark Farm pies served hot. There is a covered area to have your snack if the weather is cold but a few outdoor tables for better weather.

Highly recommended- a nice little deli with delicious pies, scotch eggs and cakes, along with a variety of unique food and drink items. Worth visiting just for the excellent coffee and the service is very friendly.

Driving past this shop, homeward bound thought we would stop. 1st visit, good parking & outside seating area. We were advised 1 person in at a time, assistant then asked if we wanted coffee, we said we decide once in, we were told there was no menu & she could prep the coffee while waiting. We accepted the offer to then be asked what kind of coffee would we like!!!! (thought this was odd) flat white & a white coffee ordered. When the shop was empty we were allowed in. Was going to have a good look round but instantly felt very uncomfortable. The selection of produce looked good. Coffee ready, was small cup, had to ask for sugar. paid & then sat at the seating area. The white coffee was an Americana, very strong & bitter, flat white was nice just very small over £5.00 very disappointed & will not be recommending. We try to support local when we can.

Absolutely amazing and tasty ice cream. £2.60 for two scoops. I tried the Rocky Road flavour which was delicious. Highly recommend.

I met a mixed group of 8 friends here recently for a Friday ‘liquid’ lunch and on arriving was surprised to find the bar really empty and the room temperature quite cold. The staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and quick to serve our drinks however they all looked really scruffy and unkempt which, while this probably fits the Brewdog ‘hipster’ image, doesn’t do much for customer confidence around hygiene….which brings me to the toilets…a horrible dark corridor leads to the back where I saw the gents was out of order meaning the only other option was the disabled toilet, the ladies was just awful, again dark, no soap and the sink was dirty in the corners, so I couldn’t bring myself to brave the cubicle and opted to wait until we moved on. Most of the group had burgers which they all said were good, but myself and one other in the party had Macaroni Cheese. This title on the menu should be challenged under the trade description act, as it was just wet macaroni shaped pasta and we couldn’t taste or find any cheese. It also came in a small tin bowl and looked pretty basic, so a shocking offering for £8. Anyone who ordered sides were told when the food came that it ‘was all on the plates’ so my side of chips was put with another order. They also don’t take cash, which is a pain if you are out in a large group! So all in all a pretty poor grubby (overpriced) experience, and after this visit will definitely not be going back.
