Park Chippy in Hyndburn

Absolutely disgusting service and horrible staff. No manners at all, messed my food up yet was told that they can't do anything about it. Would not recommend anyone eats from here.

This is the worse place I've ever ordered from I ordered on just eat and paid for it and they delivered it to the wrong place didn't refund me and tried telling me I've got my order when I gave them clear directions to find me and still they delivered it to the wrong place won't ever order again from here

Food has defintley gone downhill The fish was all batter overcooked and cometely greasy Dosent help when the lad doing the frying is snivelling all over the food and refused to blow his nose Daylight robbery if you get a can of pop 2pounds each but.price not advertised on the menu board Youve just lost another customer

Ordered food here it took 2hrs to come it was stone cold rang them they told us they would resend the order within 20mins its now been over a hour we ended up taking the food back and waited for it to be made fresh if there was a minus star I would definitely use it

Great service and value for money

Had f&c from this place as everything else was closed after 7pm in the area. Not the best around for sure Fish was decent, mushy peas and fries (oily and soggy) were bad.

The guy on the phone a complete nonce. Messed up my order and instead of apologising, started to give attitude. Food order repeated 3 times and still messes up. Telling me he works 8am till late and never gets it wrong. Im sorry to say but 3 people were with me when i made order as it was all written down. People do make mistakes and i respect that but there is a way to deal with it. Next time i will be coming into the shop to deal with the orders.

Gotta be the best food in the area if you like burgers pizza or Persian.. These guys do a 5star chicken Persian and chips . The chips are real chippy chips . The burgers are very nice . For those who may not know a chicken Persian is sorta like a chicken curry cooked with onions and peppers quite mild but very tasty, these guys do a perfect example of what it should taste like highly recommend

Ordered online , they charged £1.29 for a small bag of malteezers , where the rrp was 70p , ordered keema and rice with salad , very little keema , with soggy salad thrown on , this is a business being greedy , not changing fair prices

Today got two fish chips and mushy peas unfortunately the mushy peas were still hard and raw so a waste of money

avoid this place !! Food poisoning from the pizza, chips aren’t fresh drinks are flat and the pizza! Caused food poisoning to both me and my husband vomiting and stomach pain all night

Before, the base was amazing and they actually made a 10-inch pizza. Now, this is just a rip-off. They made an 8-inch and used a 10-inch box. Plus, the base was terrible. Never ordering from here again.

Chips where so disgusting they weren’t washed properly and where dirty not ordering from them ever again

Not going here again, ordered persian chicken and chips. The guy with the glasses sneezing all over the food and didn't care at all, not just mine but everyone elses. I walked out even after I paid as I was that disgusted, didn't even bother asking for my money back. Dirty.

I do love the mixed kebabs from here & majority of the time had no problems. Although I ordered a milkshake one night as extra (which costs nearly £6 for a small milkshake). No joke when I say the delivery guy handed me the milkshake UPSIDE down in a plastic bag. I immediately said I'm not accepting that, I need a new one sending. He said I know I know is no good in the car, it fall down or something. He threw it at me & RAN back to his car when I said I would like a new one sending. I tried ringing the shop numerous times & no answer!

3 orders rejected on hyndburn eats in two weeks without notes of reason You have now lost me as a customer! Sat waiting for food to find out 15 minutes later thats its been rejected when other businesses could of had my custom 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I order 5 boxes of 12 inch pizza for a family party they were delivered on time and lovely and fresh with lots of different toppings and very reasonable Sarah Clay

The chips are good but the sausage didn't taste like a chippy sausage at all. I'll give it 3 star, and that's being generous

Ordered a Persian rice and chicken, the rice was soggy and there was sweetcorn in the "salad".

Was a regular customer for years! but recently the food has been so below standard, first time i thought il let it go, then ordered again same issues, they also charge you whatever they feel like now, a burger with or without chips they still charge £5, 10 inch garlic bread £5, seems like everything is £5 nothing less,the chips were re-fried and hard, the chicken fillet burger was defo not a fillet chicken in it, just two pieces of very salty chicken. Definitely will not be ordering again!

Ordered online, got the food and the chips were reheated and so hard I couldn't eat them. The pizza which was supposed to have three toppings barely had any toppings at all.

We go there every couple weeks and the chips are delicious and the prices aren’t to cheap or to expensive it’s quality food cant speak for anyone else

Sure doesn't look like a dinner pizza to me 25 minutes late and arrived cold if I could I would throw this food at the person who made it only decent thing from this meal is the can of Pepsi DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Placed an order at 17.55 At 19.30 rang the restaurant and was told order would be with us in 10 minutes Order arrived at 20.00 The food was tepid and not up to the standard I was expecting After waiting 2 hours and rubbish food no apology was offered and no discount I will not be using this restaurant for quite some time or until they have sorted there issues out

Overall good, The donner meat was just about luke warn.. needed a quick zap in microwave.. Naan bread was smaller than usual but was quite fresh and well packed.. Would've been 5 stars apart from donner not being warm enough..

Came to my door, speaking to me like I’m a kid, shouting. Lucky I was calm and didn’t smack him, talking to me like that outside my own house. Pathetic. The last delivery driver was so kind and helpful, the delivery driver now is pathetic and just wants to cause stupid arguments. He definitely has anger issues

VERY POOR FOOD - Fish & chips was passable chips very oily but the SPECIAL Mixed kebab was daylight robbery @£7.25 & went straight in the bin, VERY WET curried Chicken tika sauce poured on a nan bread with a dash of donner meat topped with floppy salad. This is NOT a kebab. Who on earth pours curry in a kebab??? and there was 2 ingredients this is not SPECIAL or MIXED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM PROPPER KEBAB SHOP. ALSO DID NOT GET MY 50% OFF PROMISED BY UBER WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

U need to tell Ur delivery drivers that they need to hand the food to customers as u delivered tonight to a disabled persons house and expected her to bend down to pick up food when she can't bend Think of the disabled customers rather than being quicker as u could of injured the disabled customer

Missed out some of the order and wouldn’t pick up the phone when we tried to sort it out, the food that we got wasn’t great too.

Went in here a couple of weeks ago, got chips and gravy, very disappointing. The good point was the gravy was nice, the downside, although the chips looked ok, if you smelt them then tasted them you could tell he doesn't filter his oil everyday, and it needed changing, I used to have a chippy and filtered my oil every day, and renewed it regularly. So I know what I'm talking about, will never go back there again!

Just want everyone to know our experience last Saturday 18/04/20. We got a pizza and chicken tikka and chips. My little boy got food poison. He started feeling a bit sick after a few hours and we didn’t know what was wrong with him. At 4am Sunday morning he was running back and forward to the toilet and that continued for 5 days. We couldn’t even get to see a doctor but a telephone appointment said he had a stomach bug. After a few days he was getting any better and was getting worser. They told us that he couldn’t see an out of hours doctor and maybe should go to a&e but with everything going on with this virus thought it might be worse taking him. Finally after 4 days got him a sample bottle and the next day it was diagnosed as severe food poison. Just thought I would let people know as wouldn’t like for any other child or adult to go through this. When I spoke to the owner he did say he was sorry, and we have been going for a number of years maybe once or twice every three to four months we’d maybe use it, as it’s close and the kids likes the pizza. and he said to me you’ve never had a problem before. But that don’t amount to arrow of beans when this happens you can’t be 99 percent with food as it’s very dangerous. I told him you must be every time 100 percent every time or you shouldn’t be in business. It’s he’s job as the owner to or manager to make sure every bit of food is 100% before it goes out. You know what they say once bitten twice shy. I won’t be going back and neither will any of my family

Best pizzas and chips around. Used to visit them alot when they were in Blackburn. Main guy at the shop is really friendly and gave outstanding service for a small chippy in Accrington.

Received two cold pizzas requiring microwave heating and with one missing ingredient off both pizzas. The major ingredient to make the spicy vegetarian pizza, jalapeños. Driver not ringing bell as requested so could have missed him if not for my dog. Never will I order from here again

Horrible place my partner ended up in hospital after eating from here he hasn't had anything else to eat before and was constantly sick and in pain had to ring an ambulance coz he was in so much pain turned out he had really bad food poisoningand had to be put on a drip just glad my kids didn't get anything from there will not go here again and environmental health will be in touch!!

Have to edit my review from a one star to a 4 star. When i went 8 months ago the food was soggy and not very good at all, however this visit the food was very tasty and fresh. Thankyou and will come again. Would recommend.

What the hell has happened? Food is bad... Not the same since new management... Bring back the old owners asap!!! It's not worth even 1 star.... Never getting food from here ever again... Waste of money! Anyone recommend a better take away???

This place used to be bang on with their food. Has recently gone down hill. My gripe is that they still offer garlic naan but just send you a plain plastic naan. The contacted them and they just said 'yeah we removed it" keep your food up to date Park chippy

Possibly the best mixed kebab I've ever tasted, no grease and lots of meat and not tons of salad unlike every other takeaway. The samosas were perfect too. Foods always been amazing from park. Definitely the best in takeaway Accrington.

Feel I got ripped off ordered a 12 meal and got a 12 pizza 2 cans and a portion of chips for 9.60 what a scam when their menu says 7.50 when I asked for a menu he have me a chicken menu trying to hide the meal deal prices .. should of stuck to la-las down the road n even spicy hut make a better pizza I'd m better value for money
