I had a chicken sharwarma kebab and fries. The fries were excellent. The kebab I'm sorry but it was awful. It was so salty I couldn't eat it at all and I was starving. Worst kebab I have ever had !.

Wat a waste of money!!!! 33 quid for food wat ain’t been eaten cuz was so dry and things missing! No salad on chips ring the shop asks why I ain’t got salad on my chips..his reply how do u want me put salad on your chips 🫣 his attitude was discusting! And come on 33 quid surly should get a free garlic bread with tjat! And my nieces kebab well h could keep a door open with a piece it was tjat thick! Anyhow will not be ordering again and tjats for sure 🙄

3 times i have visited this shop now, and each time they have missed over 2 items off my order, after ringing them they told me to come to the shop again and said it wasn’t them.. when i have receipts on my phone…

Brunt and the ham was so grey and wouldn't risk more than a bite. Clearly new owners and no longer have the made in-house bases. Lashed it in the bin.

Nobody in paid extra for double cheeseburger recieved single , fries were soggy

Very bad experience at the 5:24 am when they should close already in place to don't respect the customers needs.

They exchanged my order, when I speak to them they add the topping to my pizza and hand me uncooked, again i went to them and they put the pizza in oven and gave me over cooked and burned, but didn't accepted their fault, i have waisted my money and time.

Chicken wrap and chips 10/10 - chips are best

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips. Chips we're okay but the ketchup tasted too much of vinegar. I ate half way through the chicken when i realised it was raw and pink inside, called the shop to tell them about it and was told i will need to return to store to prove it, I explained to the person that I have already got on the Bus to go home and i wouldn't be able to return. I got told there is nothing they can do and wasn't bothered at all as they kept saying that "they have served the same chicken to people beforehand and no one has complained". Take a look at the picture and tell me that it's not concerning. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Brilliant food and music on display

Ordered once and got delivered. Online order comes up for delivery and they've cancelled it 3 times now. Rang up and apparently drivers say it's too far. But they keep coming up as delivery.

Usually this takeaway is the best but just ordered a delivery and found that my donner kebab hardly had any meat and had mostly salad and my daughters chips had a eye lash on them also we asked for boneless chicken for her and got chicken on the bone. I'm still hungry my daughters had to have her tea made again but the wife was happy NOT. Sorry guys not a winner winner chicken dinner this time 😟

Fast and lovely. The chilli sauce actually has a little kick, unlike everywhere else. I got spicy chicken wrap and will be coming back to try the rest of the menu. They also sell Miranda which is a bonus.

One of the few places in Wigan town centre that is open super later during the week. The spicy chicken wrap is excellent.

Decent food, slightly pricey, we got cheesy chips and gravy which is amazing when it’s that time of the month, however the pizza was okay. Chips were 7.5/10 and pizza was 6/10 and pizza with chips cheese and gravy and 2 cans = £16. Would be great if they had toilets for customers

Hour and a half after ordering I rang to see where the food was as they marked it as delivered on justeat. Was told it hadn't even been made and all their drivers were out and they were very busy (late Tuesday night). They cancelled the order rather than give a time for delivery. First time trying this place, also the last. Avoid if you want to eat. Couldn't leave a review on justeat due to the cancelled order so left it here instead. If you can't commit to the delivery, don't deliver!!!!!!

Rubbish. Extremely small portions. Alsp Ordered "" donner KEBAB and chips but just recieved a tiny bit of donner meat on top of loads of cold hard chips instead of an actual donner kebab. Kids meal was ridiculously small and my kids don't eat large amounts but this took the micky. Wouldn't order again. Waste of money.

The food is always bang on from here and the chicken calzone is my personal favourite. Delivery can be slower than some places, but unlike others, the food is always hot on arrival.

First time ordering here tonight, slight mistake with the order as a burger was missing when delivered. Rang the shop and they insisted the food was sent correct but would check the CCTV in store. After a wait the driver turned back up with a fresh, hot burger! Honestly, I know people scam on takeaways and they have to check these things but the truth is - food was amazing, fresh (even on the order that arrived first) and despite the problem will ABSOLUTELY be going again. Delivery was fast too, genuinely exceeded my expectations.

I expected some delays ordering on new years eve but 1.5hour wait for a pizza did seem excessive. That said when the food arrived on a busy evening it was really good and fresh.

What can I say...absolutely lost for words! Got served this bad boy of a double chicken burger by the usual nice lad at the counter, and without doubt the best in my area if not the best in all of Wigan! I've also tried their pizza which is heavenly and I would pipe their chicken if I could 🤤 Keep up the smashing food Paradiso!!!

Best kebab place in wigan !! The boned chicken from here is is unbeatable! Won't go anywhere else other than here now as ive had some awfull takeaways from other places. Place always looks clean, the staff are all really nice and friendly and food is always hot and fresh. Good work guys !!
