very disappointed. ordered a rice box meal. chips we cooked and re-cooked again hard . chicken tasted strange it was hard and dry definitely not fresh, all went in bin ! waste of money

my order for chicken strips meal was missing fries AND the drink, which is a total rip off i paid £8 for just chicken strips TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! i will NOT be ordering from here again

This place treated my friend and her boyfriend with appalling treatment. She (by herself) asked to go to the toilet. They were extremely polite and inviting in the beginning. However once her boyfriend came over they instantly switched up. They screamed at him saying he needs to 'get that stupid b*tch out'. Poor her just needed some loo roll. They both asked many times for some tissue or anything she could use but they were unwilling to listen. The manager also threatened her boyfriend and grabbed a mop insinuating he was going to hit him. Do not go here.

They took the money from out of the bank and accepted the order and then called us after 30mins of waiting and then basically said they are not gonna deliver the order because we have complained about items being missing in the past.

Wasn’t what I asked for and I ordered £4 worth of monster drinks and they sent red bull without consulting me first and giving me a refund so now I’ve paid for two drinks I don’t drink for £4 waste of money

Food was excellent as always, came right on time, the delivery driver dropped some of the food a street away to a family member at my request as I couldn't due to injury so very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The best Piri Piri chicken in Blackpool 😋

Had bargain chicken pack,which was delivered bang on time and hot.loads of chips and 6 large chicken quality portions.only downfall was the beans and coleslaw portions,very small, no bigger than a tablespoons full which is a shame,considering the cost of a tin of beans.will use again though as chicken was top notch.

Always enjoy a papa'z but they just put the minimum order to £15. Ordered it over 30 times this year. £13 a pop including delivery. Looks like that'll be stopping now.. can't justify £18 each time just for 1 :)

The best, never fails to disappoint

We used this place earlier in the year when we stayed at a nearby hotel. Food is delicious and the service again today was really fast delivered to our hotel. We are having the same food again tomorrow evening its that nice. I can definitely recommend this place.

My friend had the wing bucket which was fantastic. After eating half his dinner I felt obliged to go back and order some more wings. When I entered the shop the welcome I received was as warm as the boomerang nebula. When I asked for the wing bucket I was told 'no we will have to cook that, it will take too long' in fairness it was 9:30PM so they were only open for another 2 and a half hours. This was slightly disappointing and not what I had come to expect from the posh end of town but they allowed me to order some boneless chicken which only took them 20 minutes to cook. The sound of the fryers keeps Doris (down the road) up most nights and they don't let it stop them doing what they do best - world class service. Would also recommend the gynnie down the road to watch the footy

Food was fine ,but I ordered choc fudge brownie ice cream but got cookie dough ice cream,not what I wanted.

Delivery quick, but unfortunately food was awful. Ordered beef burger and chicken tenders. The burger was mushy, wet and an unpleasant colour. Only had one bite. The chicken can only be described as wet, and order was wrong. Ordered fried chicken with mild spice. Got standard chicken with lemon + herb. The lemon was very strong. Only ate one piece. The chips were nice. Honestly, the worst takeaway I've ever had.

“Driver on way” 20:31 arrived at 21:11 it’s 1.1 mile away… Food stone cold no apology no nothing. Missing wrap no wings and replaced with chicken fillets without even communicating. Absolutely awful service considering we never have a problem. Won’t be ordering again.

Excellent food, best takeaway chips in the area. They arrive hot and still crispy. Chicken, moist and succulent. Salad fresh. Only down side tonight was a long wait time but that's always a good sign of decent takeaway.
