What an absolute star Alex is at the Greggs opposite,M&S in Blackpool. He had a queue but was still extremely polite to people, welcomed everyone with a smile and was unbelievably helpful when sorting a cold drink for a customer - five star employee.

Sent me the completely wrong order then told me to just get a refund through justeat when I asked them to send me my food.

I ordered two croissants and I only received 1. But was still charged for it.

We have been coming to this shop every week since Covid as part of our Sunday morning walk. How anyone can say the staff are rude is astonishing quite frankly. The family who brought in their "comfort" daschund puppy (not a service dog at all) and sat it on the chairs in a food establishment and then were rude to staff when asked to leave. Staff were not rude or aggressive, the man in question clearly embarrassed his own family with his own rude and aggressive attitude. Nobody wants you to come back to the shop anyway so glad you are staying away.

Ordered from here on Uber eats, got completely the wrong order no fault of the driver as he was given the wrong order at the shop. So I’ve received the wrong order which I won’t eat any of it and now £16 out of pocket till I eventually get a refund which will take up to 10 days! Phoned up to sort out and not really much help whatsoever, my order is there at the shop but it won’t be delivered now. Oh and apologies to the order I did get who was supposed to be for someone called Jess, not only did you not get your order but it’s gone to waste. Well done Greggs top service… not 👍 safe to say won’t be using you again!

We where there when the gentleman of the last review Jon O was having his breakfast. The staff did everything correctly and i think he should be banned. The rudeness what came out of his mouth to the staff not normal. Staff was very professional and polite and they are super friendly, i will go again 10/10

The food was tasty Big queues but fast nonetheless

Stay away from this place. Appalling staff with terrible attitude who like to argue with customers because you bring in service dogs with hidden disabilities under the equality act 2010. Walked in with our dog for my partners PTSD disability.....lady walks out of the kitchen whilst waiting to be served and tells us to get out with the dog without even checking first and makes an assumption. I show her up Infront of other customers so she goes back into the kitchen and storms off.......sat down to enjoy my breakfast with my family and midway through our meal another lady comes out and decides she wants to have a pop at me also and repeats the process same process despite proving we have a disability and insists that we leave. She then becomes abusive and accuses me of the one who is being rude because I stand my ground and refuse to leave. If you have a disability or a hidden one and walk in with an assistance dog, then stay away from this Greggs as the staff like to make assumptions, won't check first to ask you and will refuse you entry, ask you to leave (which is completely illegal) or get abusive with customers if you refuse.

Disastrous order!! One item missing (only 1 lemonade delivered), 2 items completely cold (chicken & wedges) & salad replaced by melon & grapes with no contact to see if acceptable (I don’t eat grapes). The doughnuts & sausage roll are fine but that’s not great is it!!

The delivery driver was rude and lazy

Second delivery of the day, food arrived hot and drink too. Extras to make up for the mistake on earlier order were perfect. My children loved it. Thank you.

Missing items, food that did arrive was cold & hot drinks warm. Latte tasted horrid. Worst Greggs we’ve had . Shame really as normally 10/10. Was advised by one of the staff to do a fresh order for missing items and they would add extras to cover the cost of the delivery. That was lovely but felt annoyed that the missing items weren’t my fault yet I had to do a fresh order at more cost. And to top it off, was a birthday brekkie treat and it was the birthday boys brekkie missing ha ha.

Grear friendly staff very friendly great choice of snacks i had the steak beak and a coffee, clean place, grear if you just want to eat on the go or you can eat in as well prices are resonable too....

My companion ( elderly gentleman ) and myself sat at the tables and we met some really freindly lovely customers all sitting alongside us. I had been discussing some ethnic spicy food and recipes I like to cook and then we went on to talk about the Blackpool Coastal Radio DJ Event that I had just come from earlier, held at Church Street town square in front of the Homeless Church youth hostel. As we finished chatting, I was waiting for my companion to finish his drink and we were ready to leave the shop, when a few Indian middle aged grandparents entered the shop with a child in a pushchair, they would not leave us alone and simply mind their own business constantly staring, hanging around the shop floor, not choosing anything to purchase for a long time, standing facing in our direction when they didn't need to be, and speaking about us in their own language. Eventually and finally, they did purchase some tea / coffees. Such a strange atmosphere. I couldn't wait to get out. Hopefully next time I visit, I won't see people behaving like this again.

Restaurant gave the driver the wrong order for a different customer. Driver has now marked it as delivered so difficult to get a refund even though he took it back to the restaurant or has probably eaten it himself.

I ordered two bacon and sausage rolls, hoeeveri received only one

Gave me wrong items, asked for cold drinks and was sent hot coffee. Asked for hot cookies with dip and got 2 cookies that look liked they'd been smashed with a hammer. Maybe next time don't send stuff that wasn't ordered and just refund the money.

Food and coffee was cold when it arrived. The Latte with caramel syrup I'm pretty sure was just regular coffee with no caramel and about 1/4 of it was spilled in the bag on delivery.

First time ordering, ordered cappuccino but got half a cup of flat coffee which was cold! ordered a triple chocolate muffin, got a chocolate donut.. hash browns was freezing cold. Not impressed… sausage baguette was nice tho.. and I’m sure the donut will be ok too

I had to stand outside for 7minutes waiting for the driving as he was circling around the houses. The food I received was cols, I am also missing 1 chicken bake, a salted caramel dip and the southern fried chicken goujons. No alternative has been given either. Which means half of our meal is missing

I'm afraid I ended up with food poisoning after visiting here on Monday 29th January!! I bought a Steak Bite, which I love, but unfortunately it was nearly cold!! I know your policy is not to keep food warm (?) so I thought it would be safe to eat. I was in the bathroom for TWO DAYS after eating this item!! This is totally unacceptable and can you explain why you do not have a hot food counter like other places, just because of tax reasons? 😡😡

Most items as expected, but the porridge looked like it had just had the water poured in top and hadn’t even been stirred. There were thick lumps of dry oats stuck to the bottom of the tub with a pool of luke-warm water sat on top.

The food was cold and one of my orders wasn’t even part of my order. I asked for a bacon AND sausage baguette which I paid extra for but only got one of the of the ingredients but still paid full price for.

considering there is 4 greggs stores on this app, this is the only greggs store that gets your order right with no problems. keep up the good work.

So ordered xmas cake different kind of donuts and pasties..I got 4 caramel donuts when only 1 person likes this and caramel slices instead..why wasn't they put on the site that these items were available instead a sorry on my recept we had to swap..wouldn't have ordered if they were out of stock on these items..

Food was great . Delivery was slow. Apologies to the just eat driver who got our psychotic neighbour shouting at him.

They accepted a just eat order, then cancelled it. They should have just not accepted it in the first place. Happily took the money even though the order had been cancelled Absolute joke after receiving a text saying I haven't been charged. I called the bank and they confirmed that I had infact been charged. Shocking.
