We had our own room with our own music the food was fantastic Enzo took care of us all, will definitely be going back.

I have now been to paparazzi 3x. Each time better than the last. Customer service exceeds the expectations each time. I love the food the Mac and cheese was amazing. I loved my lamb cutlets and I got amazing pictures and the drinks were good! Me and my friends had an amazing time I would highly recommend! Uma took really good pictures of us too and was very upbeat and impressionable!

The service here is what really makes it special, all the waiters are so attentive and friendly. I went for my birthday and almost every waiter I passed wished me a happy birthday. This is exactly what Tamworth needed, a higher end classy restaurant, super unique and perfect for a special occasion. Will definitely be returning

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great vibe and beautifully set tables. Sam was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond to make the experience special, offering great recommendations and checking in at just the right times. The overall experience was beautiful. From the second we went in the vibes were just great. The food was to die for. The restaurant was literally picture perfect. The Staff were excellent. They did everything they could to make our experience great. We mentioned when we booked the reservation that we had a birthday and the staff member Sam made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend coming here if you want good food and a good time.

Had such a wonderful night out with the girls. Enzo was so friendly and explained everything on the menu. His favorite drink - Chameleon Island - is a Must Have!! Matt made all our drinks perfectly! I came from Birmingham to visit this amazing place with my misses for our anniversary and we were highly impressed. The service upon entering was honestly the best from start to end. Such a warm welcome. They respected our privacy and gave us a corner table. They laid down the napkins for us and gave us some water to begin with. The starters were dynamite prawns and spicy BBQ wings. Both were amazing. For mains, I have the sirloin steak and misses had the lamb Adana. Again, both made beautifully and tasted amazing. I had the Pina colada and misses had the Virgin mojito for drinks. We genuinely finished everything on our plate. We were too full for desserts lol. Our bill came to around £140 including the 12.5% service charge. Upon leaving the young chap took our photos in the amazing "paparazzi" booth or as such. They came out perfectly.

Paparazzi is a beautiful restaurant in Tamworth. When we walked in, the staff had arranged for easy access for a wheelchair, as per request. They provided friendly, respectful service throughout our dinner. The waiter, Enzo, had a great sense of humour and was extremely accomodating. Thank you for making my aunt’s 84th birthday special!

Disappointing Experience Despite a Lovely Setting We traveled from London to Birmingham to celebrate a special birthday, excited to enjoy a meal at what we thought was a reputable restaurant. The decor was lovely, and the staff were accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. Unfortunately, the experience took a very negative turn after we finished our meal. While the food seemed decent at the time, all of us started to feel unwell shortly after leaving the restaurant. We spent the entire night with stomach issues, and the following day we were all unwell, having to take time off work. It was incredibly disappointing, especially given how highly rated this place is and the fact that it’s a fairly expensive option. I didn’t want to leave this review at first, but after reaching out to the restaurant via email to express our concerns and receiving no response days later, I felt it was necessary to share our experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and investigates the kitchen conditions, as no customer should leave a restaurant with food poisoning, particularly from an establishment with such a strong reputation. It’s truly disheartening when an experience like this overshadows what should have been a celebratory occasion. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.

We came in a group of 3 on 31/03/24 day after Eid dressed up and the atmosphere and welcoming staff and especially Sam he was so sweet took our pictures , he was very friendly and made sure we were okay . The food is delicious we all enjoyed our food . And the atmosphere is very aesthetic for pictures and the vibe . Strongly recommend !!

Newly decorated restaurant with nice decor, but really lacking attention to detail when it comes to actual food and service. If you're looking for a place with nice aesthetics for Instagram, this might be the place for you. But if you're actually hoping for a 'fine-dining' experience or good quality food, you're much better off elsewhere. The highlight of our meal was the hummus which was a nibble to start with, which I think says a lot. The pardon peppers weren't really pardon peppers as they were still way too firm, but the seasoning was nice. We opted to skip appetizers and have mains which is where it went really downhill. I myself opted for the salmon which was described as having a yuzu dressing, as well as tenderstem broccoli which on menu is described as being 'sweet chilli'. Firstly, when they brought out the mains, they brought out everyone's food, but completely forgot mine. So I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go back and cook it whilst the rest of my family ate. When it finally did arrive, it was some of the blandest food I've ever had in a restaurant. There was no hint of any of the Asian seasonings/dressings described on the menu, and it tasted like the kind of meal a student might make at university. Whilst it was cooked well and soft, it was very very disappointing considering how long it took to make and the price. There was also just a general lack of attention in terms of service, despite us being right in the middle of the restaurant it must have taken us 15 minutes to grab their attention to order our drinks and food. Overall a very disappointing experience for what is marketed as an upmarket fine dining restaurant. In reality it's more of an Instagram photoshoot with very average food at an inflated price.

We visited here and was blown away by the experience. The owner jay was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. The service from Enzo, Jamil and Sam was exceptional. The bartender was really helpful and made us special cocktails based on what we told him we like and it didn’t disappoint. Food was good quality, there is actually substance to the image. Would definitely recommend.

I went there in my birthday with my partner, atmosphere was so fancy , but food was bad , our chicken was uncooked , we told to staff , kitchan admit it that it is uncooked, it was dark there the part I ate of that uncooked chicken disturbed my stomach very bad.just be careful.

Been here several times and it just gets better every time… staff are absolutely amazing, especially Enzo - he goes above and beyond for us each time we come. Food is always amazing, highly recommend the Korean wings and dynamite shrimp as a starter. The wagyu steak and black Angus fillet were gorgeous as well and the cocktails are very good quality, taste amazing and served in lovely glasses.

I had a great experience here celebrating my friend’s birthday. We used the private room. The food and drinks were great and came out right on time. The staff were super professional and kind, most especially Enzo and Sam as well. Enzo made sure we were comfortable and very happy. We really do appreciate his service. He was very professional too. The ambience and atmosphere was pretty, modern and clean. Great vibes all round!

I celebrated my Birthday in the private room in December last year the manager allowed me to bring my cake, thank you for that. Well I must say I was impressed with everything. The service was great the food was nice, pleasant atmosphere. We were the last to leave and they did not rush us at all which I thought was really nice, customer service at it's finest, Definitely will be going again. Downside the parking lot was so small and at that time we struggled to get parking but other than that I will be returning back again.

The food was great, and the service was attentive – definitely worth the money. The decorations and atmosphere have their own unique vibe. The halloumi was so tasty with a delicious jam, and the Chicken Yakitori had amazing flavors – both are highly recommended. The Black Angus fillet was a high-quality steak paired with a rich peppercorn sauce, and the Wagyu Burger is one of my favorites around. Special thanks to Dean, our waiter, for his exceptional service – he truly made the experience even better!

A very distinctly average restaurant, made to look better than it is with smoke and mirrors. Firstly the good things. Wonderfully warm welcome (however this is where the service level stopped) Love the dark moody decor, great selection of background music, ambient temperature perfect. Not so good things. We were a table of 6 friends, once seated it took 45 minutes to take our food order. Then a further 40 minutes for the first course to arrive. Every time we required a round of drinks, we literally had to wave a flag to get anyone's attention. Because we are not instagrammers or didn't have the flashes constantly going off on our phones, it seems like our business wasn't as important. They attended the tables of people taking selfies and wanting flashy firework drinks, but not those who were quite happy to simply order the extortionately priced mixer drinks. Food. Very very average. But served in the dark, on fancy plates, with a bowl of dry ice to make it seem like an experience. Not served particularly warm either. Shame.. but I feel they are all about the insta! Coming across nice and flashy, but ultimately they one thing that would make them stand out far more, is improving their service.

Service is so slow and rubbish. The atmosphere is so dead. Saw this place on tiktok, and decided to give it a try as it was highly recommended on there. Never been so catfished. I’m not impressed, with the cheeky service charge imagine paying £24 for service charge, staff are so clueless. We ordered two cocktails and they only put down one. When we bought this to the staffs attention, he was again clueless? And bought another staff to come to the table all we asked was for the drink we initially ordered to come. Don’t recommend guys.

Too expensive for the amount of food you get. I left feeling hungry. Sorry but £14.00 for one of the starters?? I ordered the steak, it only comes with salad and green beans. So had to order separate sides. Service was not great either for a restaurant of this calibre. We had to call the staff to our tables to take our order. There was no fire show as advertised on website. Don't know why they every charge service charge. Left feeling hungry.

Wow! Just had an amazing meal. Started with Dynamite Prawns which were incredible - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The Chicken Shish was juicy and tender, and the Wagyu Steak was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Mac & Cheese was the perfect creamy, cheesy side dish. Highly recommend! The service was also fantastic - friendly and attentive. The Wagyu Steak was definitely the highlight of the meal.

Went here as a last minute booking and was not disappointed. The decor is stand out for Tamworth, something I hope raises the game of others. Service was on point, wine and food were both amazing, and have to say the salmon and lambwas excellent. Will definitely be going back.

I recently visited Paparazzi restaurant in Tamworth after traveling all the way from London. I had heard great things about it and was very excited to try it. I’m happy to say it was even better than I expected! The service was amazing – the staff were so friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely too, a whole new experience . It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every part of the experience at Paparazzi. This restaurant was well worth the trip from London, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tamworth.

I took my husband here for his birthday and it was a very lovely spot. He had one of the burgers which was good but the star really was the steak. I can honestly say that its the best steak we’ve had.

My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. Special mention for the stunning interior, general cleanliness, attention to detail and the extra touches such as the red carpet and staff who are helpfully on hand to take photos (bearing a RING LIGHT) for guests. The customer service is 10/10, staff are polite and very hospitable and accommodating. Loved the food presentation and it was a lovely dining experience. Definitely a restaurant we plan to return to in the near future!

Honest review as always the place looked amazing I would say however it is a bit cramped. There is no parking whatsoever so be mindful. You only have 2 hours at your table so again be mindful. Food the Parmesan truffle fries are not worth it couldn’t eat them at all flavour was bad. The steak itself was very nice I would say 9/10 perfectly cooked. I would have rated higher but it’s just the things like 12.5% extra service charge and a bit of a slap dash service. Main thing which was a bit annoying was having to vacate the seat after 2 hours if you come in late due to parking or whatever it’s taken off how long you can spend there. I’d say food is okay. Steak 100% worth it wouldn’t recommend anything else. A good place to take a partner. Quite expensive however full Bill for three come to around £180+.

Took wife for 50th.. from start staff were amazing and throughout night... very attentive and professional. Fire eater was a nice addition through the night. Decor top class and the photo area a lovely end to the night with some great pics taken for.later memories. Food was amazing and bought out in a timely manner... cant fault the presentation of the Food...it is quite expensive but you pay for what you get... deffinatly go again.
