Probably the best value for money takeaway in Brierley Hill. The presentation of the location is humble but the pizzas are better than most big chain types you can order, the prices are more than fair, and the food is ready pretty quickly. Their fries also deserve a mention, generous portions, great dips and they have great texture and taste.

Absolutely delicious pizza.tons of tasty chips. Collection is fantastic value all this for 10 quid. Really nice food 2nd time orderering from here and will be back. Would reccomend to anybody.

Always brilliant food comes warm and taste amazing, staff are all friendly and never had a problem only been late once due to the weather but was sincerely sorry and awarded us with some free food, brilliant service 100% recommend

I went to get my pizza I am a regular customer I paid for it another customer who came in threatening me for no reason the owners done nothing about it I had to leave until the person was gone. Won't be going back there again.

Awful!!!! Since the brothers have left this place has gone downhill. I placed a phone order tonight at 7pm...told it would be 40 mins......8pm......no sign of food......phone engaged.......8.55pm.....no food...called and answered by someone who had no clue of my order or me calling to place it. I'll never use this place again and we used this place for over 10 years 😠 😡

Absolutely shocking shocking customer service, after waiting for 2 hours for my order to come to my house that is 8mins away. Some of my order was missing I called to tell them and it then took a further two phone calls to find our where my food was and then after nearly 40mins the rest if my order arrived. I called to speak to manager who was incredibly rude, I said I wanted some if my money back and he just laughed and said give me my food back and hung up. Never never trust this place stay well away!!!!!!!

LOVELY PIZZERIA!!!! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever tried, I tried the papas special and New Yorker both were fabulous. Staff were friendly and pizza tasted fresh and delicious! I recommend it 5/5!!!

Very late delivery over an hour to deliver from order placed from phone call and staff were very rude. When I complained about order being late person on phone spoke rudely and said Wel cancel order then. Driver came to door said we it’s 4 miles away. I stated he should of known this when taking order but he got rude and said we won’t take order from here again.

Never again, we ordered and paid for a stuffed crust meat feast thick pastry and it was not what we got, next time we order we will check what we have had deliverd before we pay for it and advise anyone ordering to do the same. I telephoned and complained and was told to "Have a look at it the cheese filling is there somware"

always lovely pizza from here, shame they don't do the same Collection meal deals for home delivery whilst we aren't able to collect due to covid-19 has it means I'm having to go elsewhere for food.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight & he tried to charge us £4 delivery for food that came to £22. Menu states free delivery for orders over £8. We live 0.6 miles away. Overall pizza was ok but wouldnt order again. W

This place used to be good. Tonight the pizza barley had any sauce, the chips tasted like raw potato and the garlic bread was sliced up baguette put under the grill without even a hint of actual garlic. I'd like to tell you this is the first time I've been disappointed with this restaurant but it most certainly isn't. Waste of money and now going to bed hungry. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

This place has really gone down hiil since it has been sold ( if that is the official story) Service is dire, items get forgotten on the order. They have also taken my order incorrectly several times. When we have recieved food it is usually burnt. The website offers customer loyalty points, after 10 years of coming here there is no loyalty. they do not give the advertised loyalty points. They have now gotten very greedy and introduced a service charge, I will no longer be ordering from their web site. This pizza shop used to be well run and was one of the best in town. Papa Pizza is no longer No1!.

Have used this place several times in the past but won't again after tonight, whilst eating the pizza I discovered a hair in it, which is disgusting, didn't take it back as I didn't want to go back out again, just will go elsewhere in the future.

Chips came soggy and stale-tasting, as did other food ordered from there. Food seems to be left on the side and just left there to be delivered late, either that or they take too many orders out at the same time to deliver to many at the same time.

We have been ordering from here for years and years. Always loved them. But now they have deleted their just eat account and have their own website. Fine, only their website is rubbish. We have so many problems trying to order. We have just phoned them but we can’t pay buy card over the phone. You have to use the website, the website doesn’t work. So therefore we can’t order food with them. Very disappointing as like I say, we have ordered from them for maybe 10 years. Now we are unable to. We don’t have cash, as I’m sure many people don’t as these days we don’t get paid in cash. Very sad to have to order elsewhere.

Pizza was full of red chilli powder but described on the menu as green chillis.delivery driver was so rude.

Very bad service 2 hours from ordering

Absolutely lovely food!...but appalling service tonight weve always ordered online & ordered online tonight waited an hour rang to find they have done something to the website therefore our order didn't go through, got told to do the same and still couldn't order well we didn't eat tonight thanks a lot papa pizza.
