STAY AWAY!!!! I’ve ordered a pizza and a side it arrived after 2hr and stone cold. I tried contacting the shop to see what was happening- no one answered. Horrible service and food!

Order arrived quickly, but only lukewarm. Awful pizza and completely undercooked chicken wings - not safe to eat. Stay away to avoid food poisoning!

I recently visited Papa John’s for a takeaway order, and while I was acknowledged by the staff, I had to wait quite a while without anyone approaching me. It would have been great if they had communicated better, as I had to call out for assistance myself. The customer service could definitely be improved, but the pizza was fresh and amazing. Overall, it was an okay experience, though I hope they work on being more attentive to customers in the future.

Don’t waste your time. Placed an order via ubereats, after an hour tried to call to find out where it was but after calling 19 times no answer. 3 hours later the pizza arrived (gone 10pm), at which point I sent it back. Worse than 1 star

Ordered online, messed up the order, was stone cold, called them manager said they’ll offer a free pizza but not right now whenever you call you later we will deliver your same order next time for free. Called them few days later for the pizza, then asked for my promised pizza said I have to spend money first then they’ll give the free pizza. The guy was speaking in Hindi with no on site managers and kept saying I have to spend money first. We said that’s not what we were promised as they messed up our order, then cut the phone on us. They don’t care about customers at all, or their business just wants to keep scamming people without even delivering a proper pizza that is asked for.

Pizza arrived cold and hot wings arrived without sauce. Called to let them know, they said they’d send a replacement, never came, called again, said they’d send a replacement. That took 25 minutes and still arrived without sauce. Either new ownership or new staff, something has gone awfully wrong here!!

Rude staff, refused to refund an item I didn't receive

Worse delivery service ever from papa John’s I waited 2 hrs for my pizza and got delivery after calling more than 50 times….

Not going to order again. Ordered 3 pizzas and they are all in this condition.

Delivery arrived after an hour and a half, and it wasn't warm so had to heat it up. They had problems with Uber drivers cancelling, and ended up sending a guy on a bicycle. Management were not apologetic and no compensation given. Don't order from here if you are hungry.

Avoid at all costs. Pizza took 1 hour to arrive and they forgot to bring the drinks, 30% of the pizza had no sauce and no toppings and it was insanely chewy. We called and spoke to the manager to complain and he said write a review, when we told him that had we read the reviews we wouldn't have ordered and his reply was it's your fault for not reading it then

Food was 20 minutes late!! Food was cold when I received it , my kids don’t like it reheated so I had no choice to bin it! Very disappointing as we were all very hungry !

Absolutely awful! Food was terrible, the call taker was rude, extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, blamed the issue on JUST EAT when it’s the restaurant that cooks the food. Basic instructions cannot be followed. My advice would be not to waste your money!

I call them about my order and the guy was rough with me and hanged up the phone on my face , after 1 h they delivered my order and the delivery guy was same very rough with me . Them service is very bad , I’m very disappointed

Worst place ever. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour for a ridiculous meal for one. This is unacceptable. Very rude and impolite staff. They trying to pass jokes on the phone when they can’t even speak English properly. This is ridiculous. Never ordering again… they should just close down at this point. They only have bad reviews and giving people horrible experiences

Ordered online from them just after 10pm. They did not make the order for ages and then called me to tell me that I have to cancel my order just because they couldn't be bothered to make it and the want to close the shop. They don't close until 11pm so they had more than 30 minutes to make my order but decided to just call me to cancel it. Pure laziness just trying to steal people's money!

First time ordering from this branch. I risked it, despite seeing the negative reviews. Overall: It wasn't terrible. Just okay. Pizza was very sparse, hardly any toppings! I ordered stuffed crust, but the crust was literally almost empty. *Not enough cheese, not enough toppings*. So you feel like you are eating a thin slice of bread with a bit of cheese on top. Everything was cooked okay. Order notes followed. They didnt forget the extra dips. BUT I just wish they would pack everything better -- pizza was basically cold, even though the restaurant is only a 5 minute drive from me. The pizza box itself was kind of open, not tightly closed. And because they put the dips inside the box, the plastic had melted somewhat. Don't feel like eating dips inside melted plastic pots. I usually order from Tops Pizza (rayners lane) and they are much more careful in packing cold items such as dips separately. They also load the pizza with a LOT of toppings. Probably wouldn't come back to this branch again. I'm just glad the pizza at least got delivered and was edible. Delivery driver was lovely, very friendly.

Didn’t allow me to order for collection coming up with some terrible excuse saying an order have to had been placed online before they can take a second order?? Papa johns Northolt this isn’t acceptable I have been a customer with you over 6 years and will not be returning.

Ordered food for delivery on their website. Tracker shows delivered but nothing delivered. Called the Northolt branch and they claim to have no knowledge of anything. Useless. Then 1 hour later they tell me the delivery driver has 'probelms'. Last time ordering from these jokers.

Each time we order from here, not only is the order late but it has over half of the items missing. The restaurant are dismissive and then state that either they have delivered or explain why they could not make the order. In this current financial climate, this is scamming customers which is not acceptable. I hope people realise this and check their orders when they are delivered.

This place is a hell hole! Food is rubbish quality and member of staff are the most rude and ill mannered people especially this guy called Kaif who takes the orders over the phone. Avoid this guy in fact avoid the place altogether for ordering Pizza. This branch should be shut down. I will be reporting it to the local council.

Quality gone down the drain over the years, improperly made pizzas, poorly made crusts that are far too thick and far fewer toppings than before. Not sure why it's gotten so much worse. Garlic dough balls/bread bites are terrible. Almost seemed microwaved with how soggy they were, missing dip too. Everything just needed a few more minutes in the oven, my stuffed crust pizza was undercooked. Cheese hadn't even melted and the crust far too wide.

Perfect! Did cinnamon rolls how I asked abit dark and a little burn underneath it without burning any other part of the roll. Very happy...

Ordered from this place and food never arrived! Can’t get through to the store as number constantly engaged. Contacted customer service and they will get back to me within 5days! Disgraceful, I want my money back for an item that was not delivered

Very hit and miss branch. When it comes and it's good, it's good. The problem is they lack drivers, as drivers now prefer to be self employed as it pays more. So drivers now carry multiple orders and because those ordered are not prepared simultaneously, whoever's first - your one is going to be cold. Also the bacon and cheese sticks, they use ham, not bacon.

Late delivery 30mins late. Got it cold n rang two time to chase my order n third time I complained. My pizza cold! Put in oven to heat up.. Second time this has happened. Rang at 8.10pm as that was delivery lastest time for my pizza delivery via just eats. I was told to hold the guy put me on hold then came back saying driver just going out should be 10-15 mins. At 8.25 rang and was told very busy. Asked if my pizza will be delivered hot guy said warm. But it arrived at 8.40pm n barely warm.. .had to put in oven to heat up! Not impressed.

My order was supposed to arrive between 7.45 - 8.10pm...I'm still waiting. Rang restaurant at 8.10pm n 8.30pm. 8.10pm told it will be here in 10-15mins...which ment by 8.25pm lastest as he was just heading out. Rang 8.30pm asked if I will get a delivery n will it be hot? Told very busy here maybe warm when you get it! It arrived at 8.40pm! Barely warm had to put in oven to heat up. Not happy at all.

Pathetic. We ordered at 7:43PM and were told that the pizza would be ready for puckup in 20 minutes. We came back 25 minutes later and asked and were told our pizza would be ready in 4 minutes. Lo and behold, it took 50 minutes to get our pizza and we didn't even get an apology for the lateness of our order (which we judged based on the times we were told!) - all we got was attitude that they were busy and we should have ordered online. Very disappointing - as someone who goes to Papa John's often, I won't be going here again.

Massively overpriced!, I had to pay £32 for one pizza and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were tiny and the bbq sauce for them was missing. I know nobody made me buy it but I’ll try making my own pizza from now on. At those prices who can justify it for what you get.

Always late, always cold pizza. We are vegetarian, and today, non vegetarian pizza was delivered. When we asked for a refund, none was offered, infact the guy was not even listening. No matter what I said, the same response was offered. "The pizza is on its way." We had to eat the original few items and dump the pizza. We also returned the non vegetarian one as we didn't want the smell in our house. Very sad place to order from.

I bought vegitable pizza from them and it was like someone vomet on the dough n try to cook it the worst ever pizza on earth is papa jhons and it their garlic sauce is disgusting plz plz domt waste ur money to buy from them.

Nice & warm but only reason I ordered from justeat is because of the cinnamon rolls(they are no more on Papa John's website only the sticks) The rolls I like more because it's burnt underneath & dark on top the sticks are not like that... I prefer the rolls but these where not like that it was all light & hardly any of the bottom parts where burnt. It seems it was cooked quickly maybe? That's why it wasn't as it used to be... So I was quite abit disappointed but still tasted the same & very nice but without the burnt taste which would have made it delicious. I tasted the potato dots today, not bad but not alot in the box. The buffalo sauce is not that hot a little sweet but others may like it more then me.

Waited almost an hour for a delivery and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Called to complain and they said if they sent another that would be cold too!

I ordered and paid for dips which did not arrive with my order. Very poor service from the Northolt branch. I was told they’d resend the driver with it. This did not happen. Also it would have been too late to have with the pizza by then. Will ask driver to stay until delivery is checked if I ever order again.

Its below the standards you come to expect from Papa Johns. The staff are often at the back when you walk in and are in a relaxed mode. I know it's a take away but you expect a little bit of hospitality and perhaps the feeling they want to serve you

Ordered a XL create your own pizza. Got what I paid for but ingredients wern’t fresh, had to spit out a few mouthfuls of rotten bacon. The sauce is always wrong. I want garlic & herb and receive special garlic everytime. I wish we had a dominos in Northolt.

Warning; When I ordered a pizza from Papa John's in July 2020 they signed me up to a £15 x 2 a month subscription without my knowledge. I have been paying £30 a month for nearly 2 years just because I clicked on a discount voucher they offered at the end of the online order. I have never received and benefit. Avoid!! Do not click on the discount vouchers!!

Fuck cold!!!! They go to several addresses at once and that's why they deliver cold pizza!!! I do not recommend !!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Appalling pizza. The margarita was burnt, the chicken pizza was incorrect. We asked to swap the bacon for green peppers and somehow this was translated as pepperoni and a half half pizza. I don’t even know what the other half of the pizza was to be honest. The pulled beef covered potatoes were only covered in vile bbq sauce, not a slither of beef could be identified. Looked like something pulled out of the rubbish bin. And to top this all off, my husband got food poisoning. So likely it was taken from the bin. Weekend ruined. Cheers guys!

Staff named RANJU is amazing, very helpful and able to solve all queries with great smile. And pizza is great like all time, their garlic sauce is extraordinary..

Absolutely bad tasting supreme pizza with not good customer service by Mohit. Don't order pizza from here except for pepperoni. Not good cook. They kept postponing my call to next day. On 5th day, manager picks up the phone and does nothing to resolve the issue.

No Pizza . I ordered a pizza at 5.25pm online and paid. I phoned the shop straight away to confirm they got the order. They confirmed yes and my address. Over an hour later no pizza so I phoned the shop and they told me it's on the way. One hour forty five minutes - no pizza. Phoned the shop and they told me it was already delivered. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes and then they told me they never received my order. Unbelievable. Who is running this outfit?

ordered two Pizza, when opened it was a wrong Pizza. called the store 8 times didn't answer at all. I have proof. mistakes can happen but at least you must answer the phone? is this means you don't care ? How can I contact you?

Order delivered almost 3 hours after ordering online. Store wouldn’t answer the phone in that time so I didn’t know why it was delayed or even if it was coming at all. Refused the pizza when it came and requested refund from head office. Same thing happened previously. Management here are awful! Avoid.

Pizza was alright but marmite was literally half cooked.. landed into bin wasn't the first time that side isn't cooked... wasting money and food.

Says they're open online but they will only take online orders except their online system won't take an order....get your hours sorted out online!!! A very unhelpful man apparently called Jamie, the "manager" could do nothing about it. If you're not taking orders you're not open...

I have ordered a pizza at 18:43,apparently it’s just gone into the oven. It’s now nearly 20:00. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. Last week it was late but not as late as this. I say that and I still don’t know what time it will arrive

Ordered a small half veg, half pep pizza, taste was really good. But the bbq wings were like out of a freezer and popped into an oven. No taste, and foil it was wrapped in was burnt with bbq sauce at the bottom.

I placed an order for delivery from PaPa johns northolt and ordered the chocolate swirls have just attempted to eat them and as soon I opened the box they actually smell like cheesy feet and I just rang to complain thinking that was I was a regular customer they might do something about it but first they just put the phone down on me and then put it down without saying anything when I tried to ring back I eventually got through to the manager who just refused to help as it wasn't within an hour of ordering really bad service will never order from here again and think others should think twice before placing an order

Ordered online but it does not give you the option to customise a half and half pizza. Phoned the shop and awful service. The guy has no customer service and sooo rude. He seemed upset because we didn't want certain things on the pizza. Not the first time, they are always so rude. Awful awful awful service. We still did not received our food. I contacted Papa Johns and they said they have the food but no one came to collect it. Order should be delivered 8.10 now is 9.10 so is 1h later and still no food.

After phoning and ordered our food we wanted to pay by card. Not a problem they said, the driver will bring the card machine to your home. The food arrived and yes the driver had the card machine however the screen was smashed and distorted so much you could not read it. This ment contact less payment was not an option. After putting the card in the machine it voided and realed out a piece of paper, again no legible details to read. second time this happened we called the shop to pay over the phone when an employee asked us to pay into a private bank account and not Papa Jhons. At this point we gave the food back and sent them away as we are not getting involved with dodgy transactions like this. they tried to say the card machine was working 2 minutes ago but clearly this is not right. Be careful don't fall for this scam.

I was a regular customer of papa John's Northholt. I ordered a meal deal today consisting of medium size pizza, side and a drink. The order arrived one hr late and it was cold and soggy. Never again from this branch!

Worst pizza I ever tasted, they put little cheese and on vegan pizza they only put lots of tomato sauce and barely any cheese and its not even the worst part, pizza was undercooked, base was so mushy and I papa pizza prices quite high, so please avoid all.

Just look for another pizza place, as those guys managed to get 7 cold pizzas of 7. And that is not under Quality Guarantee. Please, support your local pizza shops!!!!
