Food was hot, great taste, no complaints

it was worth the wait I loved it absolutely gourgous

We were told it would arrive 4.35pm, it didnt come until 5.15pm, we phoned up twice and were told it was coming, it wasn't. Stated on the app it had been delivered so we were very worried

i didn't receive my order. the diver never came.

I want a full refund as this took over 2 hours to come food was cold and stale

Pizza always hits, never had a bad one here. Babar took care of us, chill dude, got everything sorted fast. Solid spot if you just want good food without the hassle

Tasteless Very late rang 3 times got hung up on twice Telephone advisor blamed the driver. Then lied about his ETA. Will never order again

£22 for a medium pizza? I thought it would be large!

Consistently good pizza and quick service, the garlic sauce is a nice touch. Babar, who assisted us upon arrival, was polite and efficient. 10/10 for a a quick yet delicious meal!

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered the vegan Quorn nuggets and potato pops combo and the nuggets are visibly mouldy! Really put me off the rest of my food and won’t be ordering from here again!

Garlic bread was hard, not the usual service

Never said order was on it way and it was delivered late. Also, no sauce on the pizza. Literally cheese on bread and with one pizza missing. Absolute joke

Took over 2 hours to arrive when all that was ordered was 1 single pizza . While we were waiting we rang papa johns and received little help /answers to the problem . When the pizza arrived it was cold . The person on the other side of the phone told us he could not get in touch with his driver and basically that we just had to wait ( this was around 2 hours after ordering ). I am very unimpressed with this service and will not be ordering again .

Very late delivery and the food was delivered cold, the pizza itself was OK but nothing special and well below the expectations I have from papa johns.

I had to drive up and request 2 fresh pizzas be made as my order was over an hour late and the phone was not been answered when I rang to query my order. The original 2 pizzas then did arrive as I was waiting for my other pizzas to be made. I am please the store offered to make me 2 new ones but the communication was a serious let down and I should not have had to drive to the store to find out what was happening

Although food was late in arriving it was tasty and still warm. Needed to give directions to Uber driver who was most apologetic as he’d driven past my house twice! Would definitely order again.

order never arrived and nobody answers the phone no call back after requesting update as its showing as delivered on the app.

After waiting 2 hours for my order rung the restaurant and they said driver is on the way, another hour past and driver was still on the way. Dispite living 2 mile from the restaurant. Never got our food, asked for a refund and the very rude, unapologetic employee said to go through the app, no such luck as it was directly through them, rung again and he said to email, 2 days later still nothing. I never received my food so I'd like a refund!

Kept telling me it’ll be 5 minutes still haven’t got it

I called the restaurant twice to find out where my order was, the first time I was told that it was twenty minutes away (this was ten minutes AFTER the latest delivery estimate). Half an hour later I called again to be told that it was still fifteen minutes away. It was another twenty five minutes before it arrived, over an hour after it was supposed to arrive. For reference, the store is 4.3 miles away, an 11 minute drive. The food when it arrived was lovely!

my order said it was delivered and it wasn't, if it has been delivered to another house the code that is given to us should always be used.

Usually good service and nice pizza. This time uber delivered the food even though I ordered directly through papa John app. It took ages once they were supposedly outside as even though I was on the phone to the driver they circled several times by which time they actually listened to my instructions it arrived cold (we were stood outside waving at them shouting down the phone to stop yet they just passed by holding their phone in front of them whilst talking to me. In addition the cold food sides were sent incorrectly so my daughter didn’t have anything to eat and when I asked for a replacement to be sent they refused and simply offered a replacement next time I order. Very disappointed £3 delivery was not worth it at all!!

Came within an hour of ordering, and some distance too from the place. Very happy as food was hot and delicious, the kids loved it and the delivery driver was very polite.

I have not received my order and it says delivered. Called them up and they said it’s going to be another hour. I have very hungry kids on Xmas Eve and it said 30 mins on the app!

Same thing happens EVERY TIME. Got suckered in to ordering from Papa John's again as we thought ordering through Just Eat would be an improvement. WRONG! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

We ordered food at 7.08pm, delivery time stated 7.25-7.45pm however we received food at 8.45pm, food wasn’t overly warm so was left very very disappointed

don't know if the driver had sat nav but had to ring me 3 times was positive my door number didn't exist, but after myself walking out into the middle of the road he found me, problem was Pizza was getting cold and Ice Cream was melting.
