Amazing place, quick process, and nice staff.

First time trying pizza here , was a nice change , tasted fresh we ate the lot, and delivery was very quick. Are only criticism was that the chicken wings could of had a bit more sauce/flavour , but really enjoyed overall.

I recently picked up a takeout order from start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I called to place my order, the person who took my call was polite and professional. My food was ready right on time when I arrived to pick it up. The manager greeted me with a smile and double checked that my order was correct before handing it over. He is very good at his job. The employees working the takeout counter thanked me for choosing Papa John's and wished me a good rest of my day. For fast, friendly service along with tasty pizza, I highly recommend getting takeout from this Papa John's location. The staff's warm hospitality makes the experience that much better.

It's a Friday night, you've finished work and had a nice swim before deciding it's Pizza Night. So you order Papa John's and drive over to collect. Excited on the way you enter to find your order is ready, piping hot, smelling delicious and your the greeted by a man who smiles and laughs at your reaction, handing you the pizza, exclaiming "Enjoy!". This was the first part of our experience, what a way to go! After arriving home and lifting the lids on the boxes the pizzas were still piping hot and looked perfect! Everything fresh and cooked to perfection, the taste was incredible! Papa John's knew the assignment.

So unorganised, took someone 10 mins to even notice I was standing at the counter, staff could of said be with you soon, but nothing, no one seemed to know what they are doing, clearly more staff needed.

My order come in a timely manner, unfortunately it was all nearly cold, I don’t think it was four cheese it was just garlic. And the Oreo dough balls were so chewy. I rang and complained and spoke with the manager, he offered collected my food, then called me. He asked if I wanted a refund or a new order. I asked for a new order which he asked me to text him, he then cooked all my order himself and had it delivered within 40 mins. I’m happy with the food, it’s exceptional and the manager should be proud of making food that nice. It’s a shame that’s not what I got originally but I am more than happy with my new pizza and four cheese garlic bread which was so hot and cheese melting in my mouth.

£45 for 2 medium pizzas, a pappadia and a couple of sides. At this price I would expect restaurant quality but this place was a real disappointment. None the extras we asked for were on the pizzas and they were over done with few of the highlighlight ingredients. Worst of all was the Philly Cheese Steak - had too look hard for the steak to differentiate it from the onion. Nothing like the picture. Local pub or Three Joes way better and cheaper to boot. Avoiding this place like the plague now.

We received our pizza delivery and the toppings were really sparse, we are talking no bbq sauce on a bbq chicken, barely any cheese, less than a single mushroom in a £1.70 topping, about 2 peices of ham in a £1.70 topping. A whole punnet of mushrooms costs less than that at the supermarket! We also received a burnt brownie that didn't fill the tray. We complained to the store and provided photos and were offered 50 percent off our next order - well we can get that deal anytime on the website! So we contacted customer service who said we could have free pizza next order. When we phoned to order they told us there was nothing on record for us, so we went back to customer service who said case was closed! We are absolutely appalled! What's a free pizza to keep customers sweet when they give 50 percent discounts all day long?! Especially when already granted but didn't keep their word! We were regular customers, we are no longer customers, we'll be using small businesses instead!

Had a bad experience about a month ago but thought maybe that was a one off.Not so.pizzas came on time but were dry, hardly any tomato or cheese and sparse toppings.wife threw hers in the bin.These pizzas are now awful.who ever is making them should be trained properly or go and work in mcdonalds.will not be using again and certainly do not recommend.pappa john management need to wake up.your food is sub standard.

This place is normally dirty ....management have no idea how to run the place and are thieves ........still trying to get paid for the hours I done whilst I worked there .... But the normal delivery and kitchen staff are great

Had many problems with papa John's Fareham ! No1. Appalling customers service with foul mouthed ,unhelpful rude staff ( Joshua and Sarah). No2. Missing items. No3. Burnt pizza. No4. The 3hr wait to only be given the same thing that was cooked 3hr earlier! And only when told that someone will come to the shop did our Missing item turn up but by this time unedible. The staff have no regards for the customer and need urgent training or sacking? Head office offered a large pizza which we can't claim because our food will be sabotaged as like before by Joshua and Sarah who take pleasure in doing so! I will not waste another penny with this store until the staff have been changed? They can not be trusted! They have no care for the job they do nor the people they serve. If you don't believe me , then try them yourself

Order turned up nice and hot. Unfortunately there was a pizza missing. Delivery girl Olivia got straight on to her manager and sorted it. 30 mins later Olivia turned up with the hot and fresh missing Pizza. Thank you Olivia you're a star

I don't even think the option for a thin pizza base is this thin. We ordered cheese stuffed pizza and normally its 2-3 times thicker but this has happened several times now. The pizza looks more depressed than me so come on. It's definitely not worth £24 and the manager was unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

I've ordered here a lot and I constantly find bits of toppings from other pizzas on my pizza (meat/cheese on a vegan pizza). On a collection I noticed the pizza cutter was very dirty and they obviously don't clean it often. If you have dietary restrictions I would avoid this place as they clearly aren't bothered about cross contamination. When I rang up to complain they were polite and offered a replacement which was appreciated, still I'd rather they cleaned their equipment more often. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Ordered takeaway from here food never arrived, phoned that evening they never answered. Then phoned the next day, to ask for a refund and was told it was my fault they couldn't find my place and then started to get rude and aggressive. Customers service is shocking and non existent. Contacted head office and the driver flat out lied about it saying he had knocked on the door when they investigated it which isn't true. It doesn't look like a one off as theirs loads of other reviews saying the same thing. Looks like the staff their need to be re-trained on customers service.

Update: wish i could give this place 0 stars, my vegan pizza has REAL sausage on it and my partners bbq pizza has NO BBQ sauce on it at all, not a drip. Furthermore the guy making the pizzas dropped a tray on the floor and placed it on the side and not in the washer basket, generally avoid this place if you can. Pizza was over cooked and very dry, almost as if it was cooked earlier and re heated a few times and garlic bread was burn around the edges and very over cooked. Added an extra star because they offered a new pizza however I would have to drive down their myself and wait while they made a new one. Generally avoid, this isn't the first time this has happened here. Speedy pizza is better.

If we’re going to order pizza we always use this Papa Johns, the pizzas are so tasty and arrive on time, plus the vegan versions are delicious.

Just ordered pizza from Fareham store at 10pm sunday evening. The store is open until 11pm. We got our pizza just after 10:30... we had a bite each and our mouth was straight away on fire. Dont get me wrong we love spicy and we eat habanero sauce and other hot dishes, but on our pizza were covered with chilli powder so thick we couldnt eat more than a bite we also ordered a dessert I was scared to try because if the same upset worker who made our pizza made our dessert as well God knows what is in it.... we used to love Papa John's but that was it for me... there is no chance I ever order pizza from here. I would like to believe it was a mistake but out pizza was covered with chilli powder under on over the cheese .... The delivery guy was nice we tipped him £2. I will return the pizza tomorrow to the store .... if I coud give zero rating I would, soo disappointing.

Well I'd been recommended to try their pizzas so took the plunge. Wish I hadn't, ordered a half and half, bbq chicken half had no bbq sauce on it so very bland, Greek side was ok, base was soggy definitely not cooked enough and it wasn't cut into slices, well 1 slice was. The garlic sauce was rank tasted of congealed butter and no garlic taste. Won't have another I'll return to Domino's next time

Thank you so much for the illegally parked vehicle outside the Fareham franchise that caused my wife in her wheelchair to be forced on to the road as the pavement was obstructed Also, an even bigger thank you to the driver in the black car and a Company T-shirt who took the time to explain that delivery drivers have priority over wheelchairs and they have the right to obstruct the pavements What an appalling attitude this company has to the disabled this company has, can I please have a reassurance that the actions of these two individuals are an exception to your company policy
