Papa Johns Pizza in Inverclyde

Didn't receive all toppings on my all the works pissa.

Really unimpressed we had a pizza when it first opened the staff were lovely and the food was great so we decided to try again the order was wrong the food was not of a good standard and the staff were not very helpful. The food was not worth anywhere near what we payed will not be ordering again

Ordered tonight and usually is mega hassle and food doesn’t get delivered but luckily Alyssa was working conducted herself like she was working in a Buckingham palace honestly a credit to this business and handled my complaint in the best possible way for me usually at this branch the staff are not good to put it lightly but Alyssa was honestly great, thank you Alyssa !!

Delivery drivers slyly mark your order as delivered before it has even left. My order was marked as delivered, and then promptly left undelivered by the driver. Not appropriate for the price of this service.

Took the money and ran. Made an online order, and as I'm writing this the resturant is closed and I still have not recieved anything. Not even a knock at my door or a ring of the door bell. Disgraceful.

The best made pizza I've ever tried in 23 years. Cool halloween decorations! Friendly staff, good customer service. Very nice store and great waiting area with plug sockets. 10/10

We got 2 pizzas, piri piri chicken poppers and jalapeño poppers from the greenock branch delivered. First time trying Papa John's and will never use again. Pizzas weren't cut properly so had to tear apart. Very doughy and base had consistency of cardboard. Not much meat on the All meats pizza. Jalapeño poppers were OK but have had better. Only decent thing was the piri piri chicken poppers. Considering the price I would expect much better.

There was nothing wrong with the food in that it wasn't badly cooked, it's just average at best, even the sides were bland. 1st time going and disappointed. On positive side it was freshly prepared and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The yellow garlic dip thing however, is probably one of the worst things I've ever tasted. Won't be rushing back. Don't order pizza very often as generally make fresh homemade, but if ordering then I'd say dominos is a better option

Philly cheesesteak absolute rip off. Lots more f sauce onions and peppers but you had to look close to see the steak. First and last time going to this take out

First time I've tride papa John's and will be the last time...very dry bread hardly any meat toppings more veg very dry pizza you could get better from your local takeaway

I ordered chicken fajita and as you can see there were literally 4 pieces of chicken in whole pizza. It was full of tomatoes. Very disappointed.

Ordered via the app which was quick and easy to navigate, I was able to watch the progress of the order but also received a call from an extremely pleasant member of staff to let me know my pizza was ready for collection. Food was hot, well presented and tasted lovely.

Got the bbq one and there was poor amount of cheese the dough was wheat bread not a fan and the garlic dip smelt and tasted like custard not a fan if that at all will not be ordering from here again

Ordered 2 medium pizzas looked nice but I asked for green pepper and mushrooms 🍄 on returning home there was no mushrooms but peppers and chicken I do NOT like chicken so waste......

I ordered collection order for what I thought was for the next day, the store called me the same day I ordered to say pizzas ready. I apologised for my mistake and they offered me to take the pizzas that I ordered by mistake which I didn’t take and gave me the order the next day without any other charge. Amazing customer service. Pizzas amazing and everyone enjoyed

We ordered through the app which was quite straight forward. We got the Big match bundle £29.99 offer but we felt it was not worth the money to be honest. We got All the meats pizza which was disappointing and lacked any real taste. We also got the BBQ chicken classic pizza which was a little better taste wise. Sides of jalapeño cheese bites which where the best thing we had from this order and bacon and cheese sticks which where not to nice. Can't fault the friendly staff but all in all we probably won't be back anytime soon I'm afraid.

Way overpriced, 53£ for a small pizza, cookie, nuggets and potatoes... And food quality not even that great, I do not recommend.

My pizza was cold, the garlic sauce tasted real bad but I did enjoy the sides. I wish you would change the location as I feel shamed buying fast food beside a gym

absolutely disgusting and over priced paid £28 for a pizza and cheesy potato tots pizza was stone cold and was tiny for the £17 price tag was expecting a bigger pizza. the potato tots came burnt and with a tiny dot of cheese on top will never be ordering from here again 🤢

Crazy good value for an XXL at £9.99 vs their competitors. A little slow, but it was busy and it tasted good!
