I DIDN'T even Get chance to Even get my Pizza The Person Who TRIED to take my Order KEPT getting my Card Details Wrong !!! So I GAVE Up sadly you could tell that English wasn't his first language ! I Don't think I'm going to BOTHER Ordering From There AGAIN !!

On business in Burgess Hill, always find it difficult to find good food, Papa Johns I was really impressed with your pizza, so impressed I went back Excellent service, very tasty pizza, lots of toppings

Ordered for myself and my daughter on Saturday evening. One of the pizzas we received was wrong. I telephoned the store and spoke to (I think Mike) was very apologetic and helpful and immediately sent out the correct order. Thanks so much for your quick service. Aside from this all the food was hot and tasty. Delivery man was friendly. First time I’ve had issues from this store. Will order from them again

Went to a papa johns recently and as I arrived staff were smoking half way in the door. As I went into the shop I saw meats without lids on and flies going near them and on them …. This is DISGUSTING! No one seems to care. I won’t be visiting anytime soon

Never had such awful dry pizza as this ..why can’t they make it like the Italians or Americans? Like eating cardboard with hardly any toppings or decent recipe

Always receive a great pizza, and their buffalo chicken wings are the best! Granddaughter loves their chicken bites

Made a small order at 12pm, to arrive at 1:10pm, during our lunch break. It didn’t arrive until 2:15pm, meaning we were back at work and couldn’t even eat our food. We work a demanding job and ended up with no food over a 10 hour shift.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered corn on the cob and Pepsi max on the side but actually got neither; instead they sent me potato wedges and cherry Pepsi with 0 explanation. Last time I order from here

Pizza not arrived after 80 mins, called the local papa johns and the guy said he had cancelled the order because he didn’t have any sweet corn. We asked why he didn’t call and explain, he said he was too busy and didn’t have the time to call us. As of now the order isn’t cancelled in just eat and I have still been charged for a pizza I never received. Company is a complete joke won’t be ordering from them again!

tasted nice and looked nice, the first time, gave myself and my fried upset stomachs, and my friend persisted through the evening. £40 for two pizzas I would expect better. Dominoes wouldn’t have betrayed me like this.....

Steer well clear of this appalling place! Service is terrible - guy who served me was rude and not particularly hygienic - I like to think his frequent snorting and sniffing was due to him having a cold, but the apparent lack of ability to use a tissue or handkerchief was not at all pleasant. He also seemed to have some form of verbal disability which resulted in him being unable to avoid using a swear word in just about every sentence! Pizzas, when they arrived, were pathetic - badly cooked and barely warm in places - obvious from their appearance - and when that was pointed out to the server his reaction was to tell us that we could cancel the order (intermixed with his standard repertoire of swear words)> We left without paying and without the pizzas! Place is to be avoided, especially when there are better pizza places in the town.

They came an hour early before my husband was even home from work. I asked them to come back at the time requested, they agreed and they never came back!!! Absolute rubbish! They ruined our Christmas Eve and left my children with no dinner

Ordered and got told.it was delayed. When I called 2 hours after the delivery was placed they finally got it ready and pretended they had been super busy. 3 hours nearly I had to wait!

Estimated delivery about 60 minutes. Hadn't turned up after 75. Eventually turned up after 90 minutes but despite being promised a hot meal, it was cold! Won't be ordering from Papa John's Burgess Hill again.

Got my order totally wrong and the shop was empty. I only realised when I got home so was stuck with something I didn’t want. Pizza itself was not very good either. I will not use them again EVER.

Pizza was cold and flavourless. Lots of topping but there was really no taste to it unfortunately as the base was nice. BBQ chicken wings were just as tasteless but coked well. Jalapeño poppers were the best thing we ordered. Didn't ring as we were very hungry and would have been to late to eat by the time anything was redelivered.

It will do it’s ok at the end of the day a pizza is a pizza and you get what you pay for. It’s and ok pizza could be better.

I had a take away pizza and brownie, it was overpriced and I had to wait 1hr 15 minuites for delivery. The pizza was tasteless the brownie was totally burnt and should never have even left the premises!! I will never order another pizza from pappa johns!! You can't even complain easily you have to download the app etc etc!!

I had a take-out pizza delivered from here. The pizza was dry without much flavour. Quite a disappointing meal - there appeared to be sufficient sauce/cheese/toppings however that was not reflected once I began to eat it. Won't be buying again.

Poor service...3 phone calls to find out where our order is to be told that the driver had returned to the shop saying he knocked and there was no answer. This was completely untrue as we never heard anyone knock at the door. 2 hours after placing our order we are still waiting for it!

Think you need to improve your consumer services and food quality, one time the pizza was half crushed where it clearly wasn't left flat and fell to one side and today your over an hour late, I understand being busy but an hour isn't a good image for your company, changes are needed.

Really poor quality. Pizza was not cooked properly, sticky dough. I rang to get a replacement and they sent out another uncooked pizza. Manager said she had checked it but clearly hadn't. I will not recommend this or use this take away again.

We ordered papa johns last night just to save cooking and have something easy. We are vegetarian so we ordered the "garden party". But when it came, it was covered with meat on it! This is the second time they've done this to us now! When we complained and asked for a new pizza, they did bring another out but this time the new garden party was raw and the dough wasn't cooked properly! The toppings just seemed to slide off the base. This wasn't good at all.....

Consistent quality! Excellent Pizzas and delivery service. The reason for using this Pizza place is that you can always rely on what you order is the same tastes and quality. PLUS - they offer 2 for 1 on Tuesdays! What's not to like.

Usually love Papa Johns but ordered from this branch for the first time and the pizzas were delivered with burnt bases which overpowered the taste of the pizza. Won't be ordering from here again. Not acceptable.

Always use this for take away pizzas, always delivered hot, delivery person always friendly and can always find a good deal on website. plenty of choice and the half and half option if you cannot make up our mind.

There pizzas are the best and good value for money. They are always piping hot when delivered.Stsff always friendly on the phone.

Delivery was sent in time record (10 minutes) even if I have had ordered it for an hour and30 minutes later. Not sure if it was the same, as I have refused the first one, probably was the same, as the taste wasn't amazing.

It came at 19.11 so was very early. But I ordered for 20.00 and they changed it to 20.10 which still wasn't a problem, but an hour early. Had to put my boy to bed so when I got to eat it it was cold. Doh.

25 minutes late, water chestnuts on my bbq children....not a nice mix. Bacon all fat! Double pepperoni would hate to see what single looks like as very sparce!! Waste of money! Go to Dominoes!!!!
