The food was amazing as always. So tasty. Love the fact I can order vegan pizza and add meat. I'm not vegan I have a lactose intolerance. I was angry with the delivery driver though. How can you pinpoint your location and still not be found. Started to get quite aggressive with me on the phone stating I was send him the wrong way etc. I put him on the phone with a colleague and still he was aggressive. We both had to tell not to be. When it finally arrived I was nice. I just wanted my food while I could still eat it warm

There was no clear instruction saying ti was sent for delivery and even before it was delivered it stated that it was delivered when it was not, very poor long wait time and not happy and disappointing service all around.

Food didnt even turn up after paying by card on just eat restaurant told me take it up with just eat poor service

The driver went to a completely different address, I have no idea how on earth he got there he was 20 min away at the time he was supposed to have delivered. It took him 7 minutes on the phone yo understand where my address was plus another 20 for him to arrive. So arrived 30 mins late, pizza stone cold!!! A refund would be fair, this is really poor service!

Great delivery time, very polite chap delivered however the food itself was very paltry on the toppings for an £18 pizza... My gf and I were basically really hungry after eating a large pizza... Surely false advertising?

Ordering Papa Johns vegan pizza for the second time and they have never let us down! The delivery service is really fast. They are doing an AMAZING job with their vegan selection of pizzas, and the selection for vegans is astonishing! The pizzas taste like heaven, would highly recommend the vegan stuffed crust as well!:)

I believed it, Saturday night, they can be busy, but when my food came, That tasted like that was made yesterday or few hours ago to be honest, and they were busy? I assume they just handed me the returned goods. As pizza was so sold and my side was a bit warm. Worst ever experience, Never ordering it again from here, worse PapaJohn’s pizza ever, put me off PapaJohn’s food. What all happened, While I was on the phone to chase my food order, as that came in mind that I did ordered for tonight as it was mentioned by me as ASAP? Or later day? So when I got thru phone and I mentioned my order no., ordered 1 hour 10 mins ago for delivery at (bla bla road) and they said I have to wait few more 15/20mins for delivery.. I got confused that I really ordered it thru them lot or it’s just a joke? Every pizza company in now days market takes around 30mins the max and on 40mins they give you a voucher for £5 off next time and after 45 mins it’s free (as pizza hut gave me before) And it’s mentioned on PapaJohn’s too, 45mins above “have on them” But for them I got charged twice thru them.. for what? Avoid ordering from them. If you really fancy PapaJohn’s then drive up to Oadby and them lot are the best. So sorry for sharing my experience with you guys but please avoid this place :)

I ordered on the just eat app, after my order was 20 minutes late and no update from them I called in to see what was happening. The man on the phone was adamant that there was no order from me and that I have the wrong place. I told him it's definitely the right place and I've orderd and paid. After going back and forth he Still didn't believe I had made an order so I hung up. I rang back 10 minutes later and he then said he had just seen my order on the system it will be another half an hour... overall I waited 2 hours from the time I ordered an unacceptable wait for ONE pizza. Won't bother again.

A very simple situation. I ordered a pizza for the family. It arrived late. It arrived cold. The wrong dips accompanied it. I called to complain,they picked up and put the phone down. I called again and it rang-out. I call the next day to soeak eith manager and they said to call back. I called back Andreas told there wasn't a manager on. After saying I would come to the store,a manager came to the phone,saying there was nothing she could do and that I was probably lying.I was so angry that ive written an email to the company and no reply!!! All i wanted was a replacement!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I ordered at 7.30pm on a Sunday night (not exactly peak time). The pizza I received was not what I ordered and was stone cold. When I phoned up to report the issue, the staff I spoke to were extremely rude and u helpful; I was effectively called a liar. I never received the correct pizza or a replacement. I'll stick with dominoes in future.

The double pepperoni with double cheese was absolutely great, however the sausage and pepperoni was disappointing. I would order again, but would stick with the double pepperoni.

Ordered Vegan pizzas and got cheese. When we complained they were very unhelpful and we had to wait 1 hour for a replacement delivery. The replacement was very poor with hardly any topping.

On Saturday night I ordered 4 pizzas , 2 were ok but two of them were really bad as if they'd been hanging around for a long time . I've used papa johns for years and have never once rang and complained . I rang the narborough road branch and told them that two of the pizzas were not good and we would like two fresh ones delivered, it says on the box and website that if your not happy they send you a new one . The man on the phone called Dennis wasn't helpful at all and said they cant send us a new pizza . I tried for the next five minutes on the phone to ask him why they can't send me a fresh pizza as my wife and sons pizzas were inedible. He said no ! So unprofessional. what's the point in telling people you get a new pizza if your not happy with it if you don't practice what you preach ? I've been a regular customer for years and now I won't be using papa johns narborough road again .

First and last time I order papa johns! Barely any toppings on it despite being xxl pizza! Stuffed crust was undercooked, tasted raw and like plastic cheese! Pizza wasnt even hot either. Complete rip off!

Well what can I say . . . I used to rave about Papa John's Pizzas - NOT ANY MORE! I ordered my half and half pizza online this evening as I have been doing for many months - and waited for delivery - no delivery after an hour so I thought I'd call them. The phone was answered by a person called Lisa who had lots of attitude (that's the only way I can describe her!) she more or less 'told me off' as I had apparently clicked the 'collection' button on my computer so the pizza had been sitting there for an hour (why on earth they didn't think to call me I have NO idea!!). This was obviously a mistake on my behalf, bad me, a customer making a mistake! (although I haven't actually checked that I did click 'collection'). Anyway Lisa kindly said she would deliver my Pizza, getting VERY hungry by now, so I waited another half an hour . . . The pizza arrived . . . yippee!! I opened the box in anticipation and was SO disappointed! It was so dried up and rubbery, you could literally NOT even tear a bit if it off! My husband called my friend Lisa again who basically said (again) that it was our fault the pizza was like that . . . (IF I was in a restaurant and wasn't happy with the food, I'd send it back!) Lisa was adamant that we should just deal with it as again IT WAS MY FAULT! she told me to complain on the website but it has very limited space to type in your complaint (conveniently). So I have complained on the website who apparently take up to 5 days to get back to you. My husband has now had to drive to the outlet to give them the pizza back. If I was running this franchise there is NO WAY I would let sub-standard food go out of my door - even if i did , maybe, click the wrong button! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?? All for £13 - is that amount of money really worth a crap review! I don't think so . . .

Wouldn't deliver due to distance. Have to wait for a refund now. Just eat shouldnt have included them as a choice if its outdide delivery range.

The food and service here is excellent. I've ordered (online) a few times and was impressed when one order was not clear they took time to call and check rather than just take a chance. Delivery is generally on time and the quality is certainly as good if not better that comparable outfits. My only gripe is that the online ordering, while fine for their menu choices is limited if you want to create your own or adapt a menu pizza. Hopefully they will attend to that as that is the only reservation.

Definitely overpriced for the size and quality, very bland. Disappointed as thought Papa Johns would actually put some effort in, I'd get a nicer pizza for half the price from a local takeaway.

I nearly ordered 2 small pizzas and 2 portions of wings via just eat. The bill was nearly £40! Which is quite frankly ridiculous. I'd love to know how you justify these prices without hand sourcing and scratch making every single ingredient on site.

This is the second bad experience I have had with this takeaway. The first they missed my order, this time they demanded payment on delivery even though I had paid online when ordering.

This is an absolute joke 2 hours and still no food waste of time this place is !!!!

I ordered a delivery order at 18.10 hours on Friday 14/8/15. When it had not arrived at 20.15 hrs I rang the takeaway. They had still not processed my order. I asked for a refund they said no, that only just eat could give a refund. This lie was told by Rupesh who answered the phone. Very bad service and attitude. I am considering reporting this to trading standards re the lie about the refund.

well used this for the first time ever and can say the best pizza I have ever tasted nice crispy base well melted cheese and the best garlic bread I have tasted in a long time

I've been waiting over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Called and received terrible customer service, from somebody who has no people skills. I cannot rate the food as I'm still waiting! Not happy at all.

We have meals from here all the time burr we carefully won't ever again! Poor delivery service! We live in apartment blocks so the drivers cant come in which is fair enough, so we asked him to come to the entrance but refused! When i rang the restaurant they said if his bike gets stolen i will have to pay for it. Certainly not! I am a customer! Shouldn't your motorbikes be insured???? So after all this we finally got our meal which was obviously cold, didn't bother ringing the manager as they have had no training in customer service what so ever, appalling and quite frankly embarassing.

Pizza came 1 hour early which meant that it was cold by the time my guest arrived. Chicken on pizza did not taste very fresh and there should have been more vegetables on it.

Food was great. Quality is always good from PJ's Delivery guy was awful: they don't even attempt door to door service anymore. Last week the guy on the bike couldn't be bothered to find his way into the complex. He rang me from outside and posted my pizzas one at a time through the bars outside the car park. If I wanted to have to put my shoes on and walk 5 minutes in the rain, I would have selected 'collection'.

The food was excellent and arrived hot despite it being a buisy night, however because it was a buisy night the food took nearly 2hrs to arrive, because of this though they sent a free bottle of Pepsi as a way of apology. I would deffinately recomend this for any pizza lovers, its much better than domino's or pizza hut, just make sure you go midweek when its not buisy, as the delivery time is 6star in off peak times

I love Pappa johns pizza bases but the chicken barbecue had to much barbecue sauce on for me but it was still a delicious pizza. I would definately order from there again.
