PAPA JOHNS in Slough

I'm vegan and ordered the vegan chicken bites. I received real chicken bites, which I only realised until I ate one. I'm allergic to meat and called the store expressing this, but the employee didnt seem to care and just said he didnt have the vegan chicken, so he gave me the real one, which I was never told about. If you cant provide a customer with what I've ordered, you should at least call them an verify an alternative before acting. That's is just basic customer service. Plus didnt get a refund or anything, just got some food that I cant eat. I've lost complete trust with Papa Johns and for the sake of my health, will never order from them ever again. Good food, but if you have allergies or a vegetrian/ vegan, then I dont recommend this place.

A Quarter of a hundred dollars for this? I ordered a NY style pizza with the works I picked up my pizza and came home Got the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen as well and NO TOMATO SAUCE Two bell pepper slices 3 mushrooms and no onions 9 pepperonis 3 sausages Massive black olives What a CROCK of CRAP! $25- for this NEVER AGAIN

All food items delivered as ordered, in a hot condition and good quality. Will use Papa Johns again.

Just wanted give a try for something new and we didn’t like the food. Pizza was very VERY oily. Sauce smelled and looked bad so we didn’t try. I would not recommend, there’s definitely much better options in the area. Delivery was fast and no issues.

50% off pizzas should not mean 50% off toppings, well it was 1 piece of chicken for one xxl slice. Disappointed is an understatement. Won't be using again. Tops pizza all the way.

The topping on the pizza was a little mean and there was too much crust showing around the edges of it. The baked cookie was on the dark side (oven too hot?) and I suspect the ice cream hadnt been kept properly frozen all the time before being sold as the top, when opened, looked as if it had been slightly defrosted and refrozen again. The Uxbridge branch provides much better food than this Slough branch.

Didn’t wait too long and with a 50% off deal and cashback through my bank it’s not too expensive. We got a half half pizza, I had the all meat one and my wife some spicy one. The sticky balls with chilli inside were a bit strange, but chicken wings were nice.

I ordered A XXL chilli freak , potato tots and garlic pizza bread On the £19.99 deal Food was hot, had lot of pizza toppings and I received delivery within 25 Mins so very happy with the overall service

Dessert Order came burnt. Person on the phone was beyond rude, didn’t listen, told me I was wrong . Asked to resend the order they said they didn’t have a driver. I asked to speak to the manager they said he was busy.

Food didn’t even turn up. Rang them 3 times and they told me first it was going to be 5 minutes then they told me it was round the corner and then they told me they are closed and to contact just eat for a refund because they are closed. Wouldn’t even recommend considering ordering from there.

£80 for 4 pizza and 3 Pepsi bottles!!? Pure daylight robbery. In hard times like this I feel that the inflated price is a disgrace. Never again will I use this service for my family or my company

The food tasted as though it was barely cooked, with added ingredients which we didn’t ask for, like an abundance of pepper. The ingredients also tasted like they were frozen without taste and very chewy. The delivery driver also couldn’t tell the difference between a 6 story apartment block with balcony’s and insisted I must live in the closed fish and chip shop across the road. His complete lack of English made trying to actually get my pizza delivered to the correct location / understand where he is, very difficult.

Ordered at 7pm . Got a text at 7.25 saying it was on its way. 2 phone calls later and it finally arrived at 9.30 pm. The food was Luke warm and had to go in the oven for 10 minutes. The pizza had been cooked for quite a while , but according to the restaurant they’d mislaid the order and had recooked it. Not convinced that’s true.😡

Had a couple of delivery pizzas whilst staying over in the area. Very fast delivery, the pizzas were delivered hot, and were delicious. Friendly and helpful driver, there are some decent deals available when ordering online.

pizza was good but the garlic dips, were not very good as per my opinion, I had 2 but I had to throw away the one that I didn’t even open because it was so weird!!

Once again lovely food really nice. I did set the delivery time on the app to be at 21.40 and the food arrived at 21.20 which isn't the restaurants fault but I will consider this for next time I order (wanted later delivery so when everyone had finished work could eat). Would definitely reorder and they do have quick delivery

DON’t GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS - THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES OUT THERE! After over 4 years giving loads of business to PapaJohns in Slough we came accross on sunday night 30th of December 2018 to the worst customer service and we were actually shocked! We ordered a pizza online and mistakenly we pressed collection instead of delivery, we realised immediately and called them to request delivery instead as we have 2 small kids and could not even collect but they could not care less and simply said they had no drivers available, 2 minutes later the manager called offering to deliver as an extra charge of 5 pounds ! Really?? We refused the pizza as at this stage we could not even trust that the pizza would be in a good state (you know what a mean) . Honestly nowadays people simply don’t care about their customers. We did like the pizza but we will happily move to Domino’s if that means we will get a better customer service . They will probably say that the the order was submitted around 10:40 and they were about to close. And!?? Who cares if you offer a service until 11 pm you should be available until 11 pm - end of story. I work with customers too and we always go the extra mile to do whatever we can to help, if not possible at least we apologise nicely and offer some sort of alternative!

I usually order from the papa johns local to me but as we were visiting family I decided to order papa johns from slough. After taking an hour to arrive, it was cold, bland and tasteless. I didn’t even eat the sides of a 1/4 of the pizza. Standards have slipped. Never again will I order from papa johns which is a shame as I used to order at least bi-weekly.

Cinnamon knots were DIVINE and my favourite part of the order. Delivery driver was polite, arrived in good time and food was piping hot.

No mor Papa John's because I ordered half sweet&sour and another half should be Chicken tinga taco but they did just sweet&sour. Garlic sauce is disgusting, it doesn't taste like garlic.

Ordered a half and half and they got it wrong worst pizza ever and normally they get it right but then they refused to accept responsibility and adhere to the Papa Johns promise and send another pizza what's the point of having it in the first place !! Joke of a franchise run!! JH
