Went to try Papa John's as a walk in customer. Ordered one pizza a couple of sides and a dessert, I nearly fell through the floor when it came to £51.24 with discount !!!!!! Yes you read it right £51.24. The food was absolutely awful and threw most away. Please don't go here unless you want to feel completely ripped off

The branch sent out our pizzas and this is how they arrived. Manager agreed to send out replacement pizzas and they never arrived!After 45 min,i called back and a sarcastic Staff member assured me that they'd been sent out. Over an hour and we are still sat waiting! Rang the branch again, no answer before closing time.Very poor service!

Ordered pizza on line, turned up after tracking order,oh, given your pizza to someone else called Paul, what's the odds of that, can you wait and we will do you another one, can I wait , come out in the freezing cold,and asked to wait after my pizza was given to someone else, never again will use these can you wait for another pizza😔

Everyone was excited for a papa johns got there my daughter wanting pizza but they don't take cash ! I'm waiting on a card replacement ! So had to miss out . I've been to other ones that take cash so I dint understand why this one don't.

Was given the wrong pizza. Refused refund, even when I offered to return the incorrect order. Refused to believe the order was incorrect even though I had the actual incorrect pizza as evidence. Pizza quality wasn’t great and ended up not eating most of it. Won’t be back. Complained to their head office and awaiting a refund.

Hi I just want thank to great job guys do it this Papa John's unit pizza is great and so much topping on it . Right to get to the point all I said is the opposite so the pizzas I ordered 2 X 7.99 collection deals were not right at all either it is just prank they did or the place need shut down as no one will buy it word of advice check before you pay ok pictures will follow and as we ordered we took guide on website so double pepperoni and chicken barbecue or similar no mention on website about any one toping on pizza ??? This is what we did hear over the phone talking to Paul the SUPERVISOR great at his job ba ... So either guys did prank on us or just general place need shut down WARNING DO NOT GO THERE and now the pictures of this pieces of art, box it's with call of duty cold war ad looks awesome btw,

The food was delicious, we had pizza and sides of Garlic sticks and chicken. The service was great, it came sooner then we anticipated under current circumstances! Our delivery guy was a student who used to attend the school I work at, was lovely to see him and he was a great representative for your company!

Friendly staff, although not very professional hearing them talk amongst themselves loudly at the back whilst we were waiting for pizza to be made. Maybe the staff need to be careful what they say, and who can hear them!Food was great, although it was there waiting to be passed to us for a minute or so after it was ready.Taste made up for it though! Delicious food. Glad we managed to make the ost of an offer though, or it would have been very expensive.

Have pizza's from here weekly (ish) sometimes there great other times not so, its very hit and miss. delivery is always spot on cant fault that

Decided to give PJs a try for a change. Food was easy to order online, though certainly not the cheapest. Delivery was fast and food was hot when it arrived. I've had tastier pizzas, but i guess it's partly down to what you're used to.

Title says it all, really. Thought I'd post this as it's my first order and there were no issues. The pizza was a 12"/Medium "create your own", it was topping-rich and they didn't make any mistakes (e.g. I asked them to leave out the cheese). It came very swiftly.

Less than £20 for a pepperoni pizza advertised as medium but actually good size garlic stick wedges and jalapeño bites.All very nice (wedges a little undercooked)Super fast delivery less than 25 minutes and very hot food .I will defiantly order from here again thanks.

Walking through the front door the seating area is clean & the staff are friendly. The whole process of ordering your food & collecting it takes no longer than fifteen minutes. The prices are a little high on their own, but once the cashier finds you a decent offer amongst the ones which are available to him you'll leave the store with a happy wallet accompanied by a happy belly soon to follow.

Tried them as a change to Dominos, having had a never go back experience with the local Pizza Hut delivery. Nice pizza, delivery man was very polite, the only issue was that it was slightly colder than Dominos. Good value on the deal available.

ordered on bonfire night so might have been busy: pizza cooked well wings juicy and spicy cinnamon apple dessert... yum wedges... underdone only the smallest potato wedges were cooked.... others were mush and still icy in middle...... disappointed

Ordered pizza on 26th Nov after some problems with website had to call to arrange delivery, finally pizza arrives and cold, called shop to complain who offered a fresh one for collection, we could not be bothered driving, so they offered for future collection, called to day to arrange collection and they said no offer was made to us and would not oblige. Never again ......Dominoes every time, hot, fresh and on time.

Just wanted to mAke customers aware my son ordered from there website they charged him twice took over 2 weeks to get his money back constant calls to he fobbed off by manager blaming PayPal but it wAs there website that took payment twice as I had spoken to PayPal absolutely disgusted no apology or anything !!!! His pizza was cold on delivery to but they were not bothered !!!

Ordered 2 pizza plus garlic bread before 8pm garlic bread £22 dry as sand .garlic bread that dry you snapped it every little topping on the pizza bland we asked for refuned told on its way still waiting after 2 hours complain on the phone 2^3 times phone put down on me saying I had sworn at him but I had not my son recorded its I was saying the food is crap .very poor customer service I will not order again

I like pizza from Papa Johns. As always lovely pizza and ofcourse nice chicken wings:-) all for great price.

Ordered a few times from here online.Always found it to be fresh and tasty.Not had any of the sides apart from chicken poppers which were nice so I don't know what the other ones are like.Also always comes within half a hour & has a option to order for later on in the day which is handy.People who deliver are always pleasant as well.

HOWEVER I ordered on a Tuesday...no Two for Tuesday on Just Eat guys??? Surely ordering a medium stuffed crust should entitle me to another one via the offer??? No???

Not a fan unfortunately , ordered the cheese jalapeños and they was very greasy taking the flavours away, the pizza base was over cooked as was our bacon and garlic bites which wasn't even sliced properly, the only thing any of us enjoyed was the garlic knots

El personal (Teléfono) son excelentes, siempre sugiero ofrece para ahorrar dinero y siempre aconsejo un tiempo de entrega de acuerdo a los niveles de negocios. As a worker for another Papa Johns store I was very saddened to see we had only been given 7 chicken poppers instead of 11. I'm also pretty upset that I found chicken in my half on the pizza, I know making half and halfs is pretty difficult but chicken, on the other side of the pizza, na. However the deliver was pretty fast.

After years of enduring incorrect orders being sent back, sometimes more than once from other Pizza chains, I decided to give Papa Johns a go. I will be honest, I wasnt expecting the pizzas to be as good but as long as they were what I had ordered, I didnt mind. I was wrong anyway. The pizzas from Papa Johns are like all the best bits of other pizzas put together. Very similar base to Dominos although you dont get all the grease... soft and fluffy and full of beautiful taste. Papa Johns always fill your pizza and if you order "double" a topping, then that is what you get. In the past I have gone for my usual double Mushroom and Ham and with Pizza Hut or Dominos it never is double and you pay through the nose for this. I am fussy with my pizza but the main thing that other places always get wrong is my request of "less less cheese and more tomato sauce"... I usually ask the person taking my order to think of the cheese as a percentage. A normal person would have 100% cheese. I have only about 10% and I like more tomato on it so it doesnt go too dry. Or a tiny sprinkle of cheese, the littlest amount possible. I cant be the only person in the world who is this fussy. I have resulted in the past to saying no cheese at all just to make it easier but this never works. The order will still come with hardly any tomato or the cheese on as normal... (swimming in the stuff)I had used papa johns a few times previously and never had a problem but the cheese still wasnt quite to my liking. So on this particular visit I decided to go in and ask to see how much cheese and tomato they were putting on. A girl named Amy served me who was lovely. She put just the right amount of cheese on for me and even a little bit underneath the tomato as she said it melts through nicely. The pizza was perfect and now everytime I call, I ask for Amy who remembers me and does my pizza perfectly.In the past when I have fancied a pizza, I have panicked because I know if I order at 8, in reality I wont get the pizza I want probably until about 10... but this isnt the case anymore with Papa Johns. Amy was on holiday last time I ordered and a girl named Hannah answered the phone and she got my order spot on as well. Papa Johns seems very relaxed and friendly and like I said, the pizza is better than other pizza chains.Good job papa johns. You have made me a very happy customer and I would recommend you to anyone. Thanks for putting up with my fussiness and thankyou for not making me feel like a martian because of how I like my pizza. Oh and special thanks to Amy who is a little diamond, and Hannah too.One thing I forgot to mention. The cost of these pizzas doesnt break the bank. I think its about 20 quid at other branches just for one large pizza and the staff here are brill because they let u know what deals are on and if they can save you any money. For 2 large pizzas and a side... I think its usually just 20 quid or just under. Very reasonable prices which makes it even better. I think you are either a "domimos" "pizza hut" or "papa johns" person... because you cant help but compare. Papa johns for me all the way! x

Lots if friends have ordered so thought we would give it ago. Over priced, Dominios it is not although charges near enough the same price. Not sure what the point of the chilli is that comes with the food? Over £10 for a small pizza! Wont be ordering again. But make your own mind up

Had pizza from here 3 times in the last few months...Excellent friendly staff, pizzas ready to collect within 15 mins and the pizzas were piping hot, perfectly cooked and very tasty!!Pizza bases were lovely and crispy.Hands down the best pizza takeaway in Blackpool!

Ordered from here the other night , got one of the online deals, worked out cheaper than dominos. Shouldve ordered dominos. The pizza itself was half and half. The meats and the garden party. That was the nicest part yhe dtuffed crust was gross as the cheese was rock hard. The side of bufalo wings was ruined bu the sauce well the sauce ruined my meal as it burnt my mouth. The desert was also gross. Wouldnt recommend.

It took 2 hours for the food to finally be delivered. I was visiting Blackpool for a stag do and we were all odering a take out, everyone else had eaten their Indian food and me and my friend were just sat there. I appreciate that Papa Johns were busy at the time of my ordering.. But 2 hours, being on hold for half an hour and me having to constantly ring after my order was cancelled was appalling service.

We have used papa johns probably 4-6 per month since opening. We have just called in on the way home tonight to pick up a pizza (husband had one last night!) and have been informed that they can not take our order because they are to busy! REALLY? Well you just lost 2 good customers who live right around the corner. Rude! Never again!

This was a pretty bad experience. At lunchtime today I decided that I would have pizza, since I had no Dominos code I decided to check Papa Johns even though I knew it was inferior, but for £12.99 for an XXL I thought it was okay.I tried to find the actual size of the pizza but to no avail, I had to go to Google to find out off Yahoo answers! Ridiculous, but done on purpose I'm sure. The website is frankly terrible, I was on there over half an hour trying to order the thing. The usability of the site is ultra poor, but it looks good. So I wanted the meat feast one - or whatever it was called - but wanted to change two lots of ingredients as I always do. This is not allowed as you can only make three changes. Another wholly contrived rule; so if you take off two toppings and add two, which is fine at Dominos, you can't here as three changes is the maximum. So the first change is fine, then you can only take off and not put another one back on. Total rubbish.But done on purpose again to get you to add another expensive topping (if you want it the way you want it).I then get to delivery and the penny drops, I'm going to have to wait four hours as they don't deliver until 17:00. Of course I know that is my last ever order here but let's make the most of it, hey. The delivery is on time and the pizza warm, friendly delivery guy.The food. First off, I am still amazed by the sauce that came with it. When I Googled the sizes I also saw posts warning about the garlic sauce and to ring and change it to garlic and herb or you'll regret it! I ordered Papas just to see if they are ok but what I taste in my mouth is heaven...... Pizza came hot hot hot side witch is bacon n cheese bread is absolutely amazing..... Like Dominos but get bit bored with them but now I can choose between them two.... Papa Johns really stood up to my standards. Lovely pizza and delivery man really nice and chatty. ..slow service, twice called to see what the delay was and took over an hour to arrive and then tepid and to be honest we just reheated as couldnt be bothered to wait again. A good pizza by all accounts. Try the discount codes online as is rather pricey!
