Papa John's in Aberdeen City

Normally a big fan of papa johns but was greatly disappointed this time round. Ordered two large pizzas and we got two medium sizes instead. There barely any cheese and 1/3 of the pizza didn’t even have any to begin with! The crust was so thick and was roughly around 3 inches. We normally get our pizza from south college street and we were in the area so we got it from this branch! super disappointed! Nahid

We got a couple of medium pizzas for the £17.99 offer tonight. I did not expect much from a fast food place, but you know what they say, it's always good to have low expectations. The food did take a bit longer to arrive, but it wasn't a problem since I'm in isolation (got all the time in the world) and it wasn't actually that late anyway. The driver was lovely and did indeed provide a contact-free delivery. The pizza was a perfect size (larger than PH medium), arrived hot, with a generous amount of tasty ingredients. I could tell they used better ingredients because the box did not have almost any grease on it and the pizza didn't feel drenched in cheap oil, like other chains' products. The olives and premium cheese blend in particular were standing out, but the crust was also perfect. The butter/garlic sauce was the cherry on top. Overall a filling, delicious meal. I am pleasantly surprised and would definitely order again.

I just ordered my food tonight and one hour later no message, no update and no food...Called the holburn Street one and he said their system is down and I can get a refund online on the help service but there is no email to access that option...First time wanting to eat from them as it's my birthday but never again...Manager was just rushing me 🙄🙄

An hour and a half wait which is terrible. However delivery driver did phone me to update me and the pizza was still hot. I wasn’t going anywhere in a hurry so it wasn’t too bad I’m giving 3 starts

My brother ordered food from woodside branch and paid via card for food, £31 later - NO FOOD DELIVERED - papa johns kept the money and refused to refund!! They are robbing people! The manager of papa johns works at Holburn street! Refused to authorise refund!

Be careful if ordering with your new 2019 spree book. These guys at Holburn St give excuses that they can't be used for delivery, despite it saying on the actual voucher, delivery or collection. Then gave an excuse about it being a festive menu so not valid (it was November!!)When I asked for the name of a manager to complain, I got the height of cheek and more excuses, apparently didn't know his managers name. Then all of a sudden, he'd make me the tastiest pizza ever if we forgot about the complaint. Obviously, I declined. Went to another papa johns in Aberdeen who did honour the voucher.

A must! Great choice. Great offers. Great pizza. Especially the collection offer of any size pizza for £9.99. Even the XXL! You can still get half/half as well. Good delivery times. Collection orders ready really quickly. Nice n hot and very moreish.

Waited 50 mins tonight before phoning to see update on delivery. Said they only had one driver so would need to wait an additional 30 mins. Spoke to manager and his words were "cancel the order or wait the 30 mins". Started getting an attitude so I said I would come and collect and see what he had to say. Phoned back in 2 mins saying food was on its way. Shambles. Food is usually not bad but the management needs to get a grip.

When placing the order I was quoted 30-45 min delivery time. However the confirmation stated it would be closer to an hour then it was another 15 mins late on top of that!!

Didn't get my dinner and the restaurant claimed the driver knocked my door. I'M FIVE STEPS FROM MY FRONT DOOR. I would have heard. I put a note on the order to buzz my door and leave for a count of ten and then open the close door. Still waiting as of 6pm. Should have been by 4.25pm. Pathetic...

they claimed the problem was with just eat but any time I’ve dealt with just eat they have been no problem. I can’t say the same for papa johns Holburn street. they claimed the address wasn’t registered even though I ordered the same order the night before ... they also claimed they tried to call my number but it wasn’t going through even though they got in touch with me no problem the night before. no apology, no discount and an undercooked pizza half an hour late 😅

Fast and relatively cheap, did order in the store. Personelle seemed nice and helpfull. No option to eat inside the place, only to go or via delivery.

Waited well over an hour after it was meant to be delivered, I phoned them 8 times, each time my call went unanswered. Food eventually came, although boxes were still warm the food it’s self was cold and unfortunately wasn’t enjoyable

order food at 8:45 for told it would be here for 9:30 so that's fine it came to 9:45 so I phoned to see how much longer it would be. Looked at my phone and it was half 10 they close at 11 so phones again to see what was happening since it was an hour late to then get told that it was getting delivered due to the delivery drivers car breaking down. Didn't get informed and have no clue what is happening with the money they are due me back.

Poor presentation lack of toppings even after stating you want x3 lucky if you get one piece of chicken per slice of pizza . Will by pass here for a while.

Order was 35 minutes late and when it did arrive the pizza was cold and the cheese was like cardboard. Definitely not up to the usual standards, wish I had ordered dominos instead.

Sent the wrong thing and forgot to send other things. It was quickly resolved but it meant everything else then got cold. Pizza was left anyway as it wasn’t hot and was chewy. Won’t order again as we had a similar experience at a friends last week but coming from a different PJs outlet.

Got order wrong twice and argued with me about what i ordered. Then the manager tried to justify his mistake by saying hes already sent me 3 pizzas in total , 2 of which id already paid for. Customer service skills were horrendous. Only spending one night in aberdeen for work and totally disgusted with this store.

The food was good as usual. the delivery driver was rude and had a bad attitude!!! Apparently there was not enough info on my order? Both the address and phone number was entered before ordering - what more could he possible want?! this reason would make me stop buying from here, incase he delivered my food again.

My son said the pizza was amazing. Only problem was he was given the wrong pizza initially. After eating half of the delivered pizza the delivery driver returned with his original order. Good stuff

Our food never showed up. I recieved no call or text indicating a problem, and this webpage is proof that someone thinks it was delivered, yet it was not. I would like a refund for the food I paid for, but never showed up.

The driver couldn't be bothered to get out his car to find the flat on delivery despite giving clear instructions on the phone and on the order itself. We didn't get our order in the end and they couldn't care less on the phone! Ridiculous.
