I went online and seen the reviews so thought i would try, I was disgusted, my chicken was black, look liked it had been in a heating cabinet for over a day, i couldnt eat it, the chips was raw, total waste of money, so sorry to be negative but this is how my food was. i didnt visit the pshop i had it delivered. i won 10 pounds on the postcode lottery so thougt i would treat myself. how wrong was i

Absolutely gorgeous food, defiantly should order from here, also have good prices. Great service too, just got to be patient as busy sometimes.

We had an incredible evening and we want to thank Kyle, Sophie, Owen and the rest of the team. We have been coming to this restaurant for years and every time we have an excellent experience. The food is delicious, the service is impeccable and they can’t do enough for us. They are very attentive. We will continue to visit Cancello for many years. By far the best Italian restaurant in the North West.

Go here with my grandad as its basically his second home 😂 the staff are great with him and always look after him and also the food is always good! No Complaints 😄

51 High StreetThis place is a hidden gem. Really good lunch as a couple with daughter and son in law. Started either meat balls. Small portion of 4 that was nicely done. Blast of flavour from tomato based sauce. Wife had calamari which was excellent. Then for main I went for the special sea bass - gorgeous dish. Probably one of the favourite I’ve had in an Italian. Served with potato and veg. Daughter went for carbonara which was also excellent (I had the rest as a takeaway next day). Girls went for tiramisu as desert. Had a little which was tasty. Service friendly all the way through. Loved it.
